At the risk of sounding redundant there is a welcomed professionalism to the way Government ABC Stores operate as opposed to liquor stores in another state or an off license store (which is what liquor stores are called) in Europe. They are not quite as large as some of the other ABC Stores in Charlotte, but they have everything you could want and the shelves are always stocked, neat and the prices are clearly marked.
