First off I order two jr whoopers took them 4 min to take my order in drive through I am at the window it's been a total of 11 min if you want fast food this place is a joke. Get some real managers instead a guy sitting in the back smoking a girl outside talking on her phone. The owner of this business should be ashamed of themselves. Burger King should shut them down it's also dirty inside because I took my kids here last week. This will be the last time coming here better off closing this place down. Wish yelp would let me give them a zero. I am writing this while I am the only car in drive through how hard is this job. We are at 14 min and still sitting. read more

I confess, like Burger King's Whooper above almost any other burger. Sadly, more recently that is only true one of their "good days." It's the same with their customer service/delivery. This store in particular has increasingly failed to provide accurate orders. This weekend I placed a drive through order including 4 Whoppers. It was a moderately large order so (my bad) I didn't inventory, grabbed the three bags, and left. Arriving home I discovered 2 Whoppers were missing. After several back and forth emails with their Corporate AI (Daniel) they offered me a $10 coupon as a replacement for the $12.98 (less tax) worth of burgers. I declined. My logic being I would enjoy turning it down and sharing this story more than the value of a $10 coupon. The lesson is obvious and not new; always check your food order. I won't stop liking Whoppers, but sadly I will have difficulty going back to this store. read more

This place is so dirty everyone is very rude and unprofessional when Christine was there she made my day by her smile and personality wish she was still there i rather go where she is working next I mean the inside was dirty the bathroom was very nasty read more

To go order. Not one condiment received with the fiery chicken fries and mozzarella fries not even the condiments that I paid extra for. Rodeo cheeseburger came with no cheese. Ridiculous. At this point these places aren't even trying and the managers don't care. All they say is I'll have a conversation with them. Yeah ok.... read more

Burger King - Dry Rodeo Cheeseburger minus the cheese that they forgot to put on it. - Burgers Near Me - Huntersville, North Carolina

The absolute worst The food was cold. Look like it was made 3 days early. Service was horrible. Never again

The people here are so friendly and go out of their way to make kids feel special. It was my daughter's birthday and the person working at the counter, offered her a crown and wished her a happy birthday. So nice to be around above and beyond people. read more

This is the second order on DoorDash today that they got wrong, I'm going to attach the receipt and what I got, paid for a whopper with everything and a large onion ring, I got a hamburger with cheese on it nothing else, and the onion rings were mixed in with a chicken, tender and french fries tried to call them and no answer. Do not order from here for DoorDash. read more

I'm leaving this review solely for Michelle, she's there everytime I go and always so sweet! Honestly you don't normally expect much from a fast food restaurant but her customer service is great! She's so welcoming and I appreciate her endlessly! read more

The food is delicious but not that healthy. The bathroom is average for a public bathroom. The service 50/50. You can come on a Sunday wait for 30 minutes and then be told that there not taking anymore orders. On the week though the service is great. The ambiance is rather quiet and is not that sketchy. It's what you would exp for your average Burger King. read more

Great customer service. I am vegan and the impossible burger is tasty I enjoyed my meal and was very happy. This Burger King is awesome 10/10 would recommend and again the people working here are awesome. Thank you! read more

We've always gotten great food here! Sad to hear some people have bad luck. The Charbroiled flavor can't be beat! Even Cookout needs to ketchup! Lol! read more

If I could give this place no star I would definitely do that. The food is definitely not made to order nor fresh. The chicken fries we got were over cooked and dried. The mozzarella sticks were burnt to the point where you can't even chew it and there's no cheese. The whoppers patties were old like it been sitting there since the restaurant opened. The nuggets and onion rings were ok. I will definitely not come back and waste my money on poorly made fast food place and DEFINITELY not recommended anyone. read more

Ordered 3 meals from the Huntersville Burger King. Had door dash deliver. Once we received the order, we found that there were missing items. I called the store and spoke to a low level manager who just blamed Door Dash. How can it be there fault delivering a sealed bag that BK screwed up the order. Just amazing the lack of any customer service what so ever. She actually said to have the dasher return to pick up the rest of the food. Why should the dasher waste his gas for BK's screw up. again, just shaking my head. Why be in business if your service sucks? read more

This location has closed 45 minutes early then they closed time posted on google. No one ever answers the phone. Idk why they have been closing but it's been a couple days in a row. The Impossible Whopper with cheese taste really good to be a vegan burger. It taste really close to a meat whopper. It was fresh hot and tasty. I will order it again. read more

Hadn't been to a Burger King in years. Needed a quick bite to eat before I had to get back to work. Person who took my order was insanely rude and I felt like I was being rushed the entire time. I asked for 2 burgers with no cheese and they both had cheese on them. They included one ranch with my chicken nuggets, but no ketchup or zesty sauce like I had asked. Overall just a terrible experience. Won't ever be going to a Burger King again. read more

Super nice staff, clean, with a 99 health score. Best BK we've been to. Got some chicken fries, whoppers, and an impossible whopper. Everything was fresh. read more

I usually limit myself to fast food chains as a means to provide limited nourishment while on a long car drive. But this weekend we were babysitting my niece and nephew, and when we asked them where they wanted to go for lunch they chose Burger King. The one thing I hate about the location is that it's a pain to get to, as there is no direct turn off of Sam Furr Rd. Once we managed to get there, I found the store to be clean and we were served mighty quickly for it being lunchtime on a Sunday (note: we did not use the restrooms so I can't vouch for their upkeep.) The food was cooked to order with no problems. The kids enjoyed going outside into the play area, and we killed some time there. I guess BK is good if you need someplace quick to eat or need to give the kids something to do for a bit. There are better chains out there with better quality food, but you get what you pay for here. read more

Fresh is not a part of this locations vocabulary. Ordered a whopper junior with fries. The burger was sad.... the lettuce was wilted from sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. The fries were so old and dry that they didn't even taste like potatoes. read more

This is the worst service I have ever received!! Ordered at 11:30 and waited at the drive thru for over 15mins as they kept me waiting at the first window because their food wasn't ready. Then proceeded to have me go to the next window and tell me to move up to the front of the building to wait even longer for the food. After I asked to speak to the manager which was Chuck Ortiz which is the assistant manager and he was beyond rude. He gave me excuses and didn't even offer anything after the wait. I asked for a refund and that took forever also. When I asked for the managers first and last name all they would tell me is Chuck. He was covering his name tag and telling me I'm the only chuck that works here, after I said that's not what I asked, I asked for your last name as well, he proceeded to cover his name tag and tell me again I'm the only Chuck that works here. Just happened to see his last name as he was pulling his hand off his name tag and backing away from the window. Now you can see why this place is so low rated. Awful service, awful workers! read more

The service was fine, the food is digusting. The biscuit I ordered had zero flavor. The biscuit itself was gummy and bland. I only took 1 bite and threw it away. read more

The service that we received at this fast food restaurant was quite bad! Want to get cheated out of food and have horrible customer service to boot? This is your place! Drove through the drive through on this lovely November 2nd evening at 6:30pm and was met with an obviously very unhappy person who should not be interfacing with people AT ALL to be quite honest. She was very short for absolutely no reason from the get go. I continued to be courteous and her disposition never changed. Ordered a Whopper with Bacon & Cheese (hold the tomato) meal, Homestyle cheeseburger with only ketchup meal, Nuggets, Fries and a drink. Went home to find that although we checked and had 2 burgers, 3 fries and 3 drinks, that what should have been the Bacon Cheeseburger w/ no tomato was in fact a plain burger with tomato, mustard and ketchup. Really!? So 2 people couldn't manage to get 2 burgers properly put together and packaged with the 3 fries, nuggets and 3 drinks? Wow! And no, it was NOT busy at the time so there is not even that excuse to use (and I now know why.) The parking lot was next to empty, we drove right up to the ordering speaker and then immediately up to the window to pay and proceeded to sit there and watch the lady on the headset help her co-worker get the food ready. Thinking the days are numbered one his place. Management really needs to think twice about the type of service they are offering, better training and oversight and maybe even consider mystery "shoppers" like other businesses do. It is needed desperately to help turn things around. Don't waste your money here for fast food y'all. Take a few extra minutes and head over to Cook Out and enjoy their burgers and fries for a MUCH better meal for your dollar!! Went through there just last week and ordered 3 meals in the drive through, with no problems! You're welcome! read more

I walked into Burger King and ordered a burger. The wait was only 3,000 years, but I eventually got my Burger King foot lettuce. Then I was teleported to Russia and flew into the Sun. 10/10 customer service. read more

I accidentally placed an order twice using my phone because I thought it did not go through but I I notified the casher when I picked up my order and I requested a refund. The cashier lady said it will credit back to my bank account within couple days but it never did. The lady also gave me the phone number of her manager. His name is Shawn. I contacted him and he said my money will credit back to my account within 7 to 10 days, but again it never did. This location is run by a whole bunch of crooks. read more

This location is just gross. My husband found TWO hairs in his burger. The person preparing our food had no gloves on. Just because you have 1 hour left til closing doesn't mean that all the rules and health codes go out the window and don't apply! NEVER AGAIN will we be back here. I wish there were negative stars. They don't even deserve one. read more

Worst Burger King I've ever experienced. Always, ALWAYS gets order incorrect. Literally the last 10 times I've ordered from this restaurant I've received something incorrect or not gotten what I ordered at all. Service is poor. Food presentation is poor. It's as if the requirements for working here are to give the worst possible service and to not care about the job at all. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT eat here. read more

Food was good as I had ordered, nothing fancy, quick and easy.

Food quality has gone way down here. Spent $25 to feed my family of 4, and every fried item (fries, onion rings and chicken nuggets) were all either old and cold, or over cooked. Won't ever go back. read more

Their morning breakfast drive thru is complete crap. The girl Letitia or whatever never will give the receipt when I get the order in the morning and also they serve old hashbrowns mostly everytime i frequent the location. It is a shame that you pay for something and have to triple and double check your food before leaving the window. I'm going to stop coming there in the morning due to such crap service. read more

Worst service ever! They held the drive thru line for several minutes (probably around 30!) then gave me the wrong order! RE:Burger King Address: 16800 Caldwell Creek Dr, Huntersville, NC 28078 Phone:(704) 896-7895 Service Time: 2045 EST Date: 06182014 This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to!!! Apparently the employees hang out here on their time off and act a fool. I was there with my family (wife and 8 year daughter). There was a group of guys there talking a shooting the breeze with the employees in the back. Come to find out that they all work there. One of the the guys looked intoxicated and he decided to take off his shirt and jump up and down yelling and screaming. My wife says to the man "please put on your shirt there are children here". The assistant manager Jasmine ask him to go outside. So the guys are just chilling in the parking lot. The intoxicated guy (come to find out is an employee too) starts yelling at me as I went to check on the dogs. My wife came out to see what is going on. The intoxicated man tried to run up an hit my wife but the other guys held him back. (to cut this short) The cops were called and when we asked for the General Manager's number we get the run around. I will NEVER go to this store again. Now I will be up all night dealing with my daughter b/c she is absolutely scared and cannot sleep. All b/c we ask him to put his shirt back on. Ghetto BK I could not even get the GM's name. read more

Very rude customer service. Me and my son went to have dinner at Burger King tonight. As we were ordering our food the manager came over to the cashier and started chit-chatting. I was literally mid sentence. I turned around and went to walk out. The manager said you dont want no food, I said no you were rude and im going to McDonalds, she said good we dont want your money anyway. if any management is reading this, this happened on 7/9/15 around 4:55PM. Ordered the new chicken parmigiana sandwich in the drive thru. As I was paying at the window I heard, what I assume was the manager, yell out "Microwave that Parm!!". Being the only one there, I assumed it was mine. Low and behold, when I got my sandwich, I opened it up and the bun burned my fingers to the touch. (Obviously from being microwaved, we all know what that feels like). And it tasted like it was just microwaved. Did not look like the advertisement obviously. Don't go to this Burger King if you want decent food. read more
