I enjoy Culver's burgers. Always hot and fresh with a great flavor. The one downside to their drive thru is that you always have to wait! It took at least 8 minutes to get to the drive up. I place an order for a butter burger. That is it! When I got to the window to pay I got a ticket added to my window as I had to wait even longer to get my food. They ask you yo park in one of the 7-8 spaces dedicated to waiting for drive thru food. As I pulled forward every space was taken! Even a few parking illegally. This is a problem they really need to figure out as I will now hesitate to go to Culver's drive thru because it takes too long to get your food. read more

I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger and subbed my fries for cheese curds. My son inhaled his food! When asked he said his food was good. Maybe my tastebuds are changing on me because I found the burger to be a bit on the salty side, the cheese curds were hard to enjoy because they to were salty. The hamburger patty didn't have the signature crispy edges that a good Culver burger is known for. Idk, fast food lately has been really letting me down. After we ate, we redeemed the coupon for the free scoop of ice cream, they are able to either get a scoop of the flavor of the day or a scoop of vanilla or chocolate custard. Short and simple The fries are bland and need some salt. The burger isn't nasty but it's not good either. The fish is shaped like a brick and has nasty batter and is way too greasy. Service is quick and an order for 4 people was out within 3~ minutes. Cant discredit the general cleanliness for a fast food restaurant nor the speed in which they brought the food out. I recently moved to Charlotte and never heard of Culver's before so decided to give it a try. In my opinion, this is like a way better Sonic but way busier. I got the Culver's Deluxe value basket with fries and a Dr. Pepper which filled me up extremely fast! No complaints about that. After just moving out here and trying my first experience with the famous "butter burger" I am impressed. Upon entering the restaurant it was very spacious and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful in navigating the menu in search of the perfect burger. I found it in the limited time Colby Jack Pub Burger. This is a double beef butter burger with Wisconsin colby jack cheese, crispy onions, A.1. pepper mayo sauce on an everything bun. The combo comes with a drink and a side. I naturally chose the cheese curds being a Wisconsin based company. The meal was amazing and probably the best fast food burger I've ever had. I was left wanting a shake, but had no room left after the double cheeseburger so sadly that experience will have to wait for another trip. I have been to Culver's before, and I found that their burgers are just a little too greasy for my liking. What brought me back to Culver's for a second try was a TikTok video about their fish. I love a fish fry and was super excited to try their cod. I started with the fish sandwich, and was so shocked at the quality of the fish that I must've told everyone I know that they have to go to Culver's for the fish. Is it the best fast food fish sandwich? No. I have my tried and true all-time favorite, but I'm not reviewing that restaurant so I'll keep that my little secret for now. Is this the best fast food fish I've ever had? Hell, yes. I've already been back to try their walleye which they have added to the menu for the season of lent. It's safe to say that Culver's has a new fan, just not for their burgers. I am also excited to try the chicken sandwich there, which I've heard really good things about. I love Culver's. Great burgers, good cod and the best custard. I walked in this one and the cashier looked like a robot. She had a hand on both sides of the register abs stared straight ahead, didn't say a word or acknowledge me. The lady at the other register finished that order and asked me to come over to her. She was very nice, took my order and took me through the process to get my custard later although I already knew. The drink station was in need of cleaning and restocking. All the tables were dirty, not super bad but someone had clearly eaten there since they had been cleaned. I think this was a management issue as there were a lot of staff at the tables outside on break. Everyone needs a break but maybe stagger them so the job gets done too. Culver's usually does a really good job with the cod and I get it regularly. At this location the breading was not crispy and there was lots of grease on the plate pooled up. The best part was the second lady at the counter. When I went back to get the custard sundae she didn't ended look at my ticket, she remembered what I ordered and brought it out right away. Culver's is one of my favorite fast food spots due to the fact that they make most of their dishes as the customer orders them. If you order drinks, shakes or custards you'll receive them prior to pulling off. You'll receive a number placed on your mirror and your hot food is delivered to your car. A few things you'll want to try 1) the custards aka the thick and delicious ice cream, 2) the cheese curds; these are a mix of piping hot breaded mozzarella and cheddar cheese bites in a bag accompanied by a small container of marinara sauce for dipping. 3) the breaded chicken tenders. I love this place for a good quality meal quick. Normally the register people are pleasant but I got a muscle head who didn't have much personality and was very short with me but I digress. I got my favorite North Atlantic cod dinner with fries, slaw and roll. It always comes out hot when they bring it to the table. I do wish the butter was softer to spread on my roll but at least it is REAL butter. I like the tartar sauce as well. They have great ice cream desserts. I am back home in the States where you can get a great grilled chicken sandwich. So that's what I did. It was a perfect Tuesday night to grab a grilled chicken sandwich for dinner. At my request, they added grilled onions to the standard lettuce and pickles. They even buttered the bread! My sister loves the cheese curds, which are like cheese sticks and she got their crispy chicken fingers. I had their flavor of the day Carmel Cashew ice cream. For me, it was a novel taste profile. I don't know if I'd choose it again, but it was a cashew lover's dream come true. Though we had to park and wait in the lot for our order to be served, the service was great. Everything was fresh and hot and our order was correct. We were given Pepsi when we asked for Coke. I won't digress here, but they are not the same, and the switch did not go unnoticed. In price point, products, and service this chain is a full notch above Burger King and McDonald's more on par with Chick-Fil-A. I plan to go again. read more

I just ordered shrimp and cheese curds. I got 3 sauces. They tried to charge me .35 per sauce. When I complained to the price the boy took it off but then another team member came and asked what when he told her she laughed. I said fine I'll pay it but never again. I won't come back.
