Good ice cream but not the cleanest floors. It has been years since I've been here so was excited to bring visitors to check it back out. It's a busy spot but they get you in and out fairly quickly. I got a sundae with caramel and brownie and it was very yummy. We also got an orangecicle milkshake and a fruity pebble milkshake. The items seem.very fresh and they mix it up in house which is nice. The cashier who helped us was very patient as I asked questions which I really appreciated. All in all, solid spot and has been a great place for the community for years, I just hope they can keep it a little cleaner .
The inside is 90s themed and had good music going. I ordered the biscoff cookie affogato. It was so good! The espresso balances out the sweetness perfectly. I would definitely recommend this to coffee lovers!
Such a cute and fun little dessert shop. I really enjoyed the Biscoff cookie shake and the regular ice cream scoop with drizzle. Customer service was great even when it was super busy. Place was clean and provided an open restroom.

I have been coming to 90s dessert bar for over 15 years! The ice cream never disappoints it was so busy on Juneteenth that the line was hanging out out of the building, but the employees were working hard to satisfy every order. I had a double scoop of banana pudding and butter, pecan ice cream and my best friend had a cookie dough waffle cone. I have never had an issue with my ice cream not being fresh or with customer service. I am very happy that this ice cream shop is still here.
My review is only based off one item. The oreo milkshake. The shake is made with real ice cream. So thick you need a spoon and a straw. Comes with whipped cream and oreo crumble on top. I opted out of the whipped cream but def needed the oreo crumble. Did not disappoint! Comes in one size and I ended up devouring the whole thing. THIS PLACE IS CARD ONLY! Parking is an open lot with a lot of other establishments so be prepared to drive around for a min.

They both said their shakes were delicious. I'm not normally a shake person, but mine was also delicious. Munro Oreo and 49er: just the right ratio of ice cream to cookie/candy. Thick enough to eat with a spoon but also thin enough to easily drink with a milkshake straw. Moosetrack: too chunky to drink through the straw due to the Reese's not being blended enough. But he used his spoon and was happy. However, I was disappointed with decor and music. As a kid growing up in the 90s, I definitely expected better decor (not just one logo-painted wall) and 90s music playing! Overall, if you're looking for good ice cream and your decor and personality expectations are low, go here. One start each for delicious shakes.
Grabbed a cookies and cream scoop in a waffle cone and it was very good. Quaint spot and I was able to get my ice cream quickly at 8pm. Server was nice and personable. Definitely a place to frequent.
This place is nice the ice cream is decent. I like the ninety's theme that is going on. I think it is the only ice cream shop in that area. The prices are good I have no complaints.
we went here on a saturday right when they opened at 12! i was hesitant bc i had read some things that mentioned they gave small portions and the staff was rude but i thought it was the complete opposite! the portions were large! and yes they averaged around $7-9 but you're at a specialty ice cream spot! so i thought it was reasonable. I got a chocolate chip cookie sundae, and we also got their magical unicorn sundae. they were both huge and delicious! the shop was cute and had 90s themed characters and music. the staff was super nice as well. my reason for 4 stars is the floors were sticky and the windows/doors were a bit dusty.
Cute place! Lots of options! I really wish red velvet was a permanent flavor because that's what I was really craving. I order the strawberry shortcake and the forty niners shake. Both were great! Forty niners had a hint of something interesting that I can't put my finger on but still good! I l also oved that we were also able to substitute to dairy free milk options. Overall we really enjoyed and I look forward to returning.

The workers were in the back for a bit (I believe chatting), and sort of just looked at me and continued their conversation. I stood there awkwardly for a minute or two until someone walked over to take my order. The appearance of the business was super unique. I loved the aesthetic and the mural. I ordered the Mint-oreo milkshake ($8.25) and waited about 6ish minutes for my order. It looked very appetizing, and tasted just as good. I ended up almost finishing it before I even got home. If I lived here, I could totally see myself being a regular in the summer. I also would have totally loved to try that Apple Pie milkshake. Side note: I saw in someone else's review that they thought the set-up of this business was weird, and I have to agree. The flow inside is a bit odd. The line was outside the door but moved at a good pace. The menu was great. I like to see what I'm ordering before I place my order. I usually look for the sanitation rating it was no where to be found at the front. So I thought surely I'll see it when I pick up my order at the end of the counter. Nope! The inside is a MESS! You really don't see it until you receive your order and try to take a seat. Every table is dirty. There is a sign stating let us know if a table needs cleaning. You the staff should know when you see a customer leave. There are wipes at the counter for the customers to use for cleaning the tables. The wipes weren't strong enough to lift the grime off the countertops and grout. The dead roach by the garbage can did it for me! I did enjoy part of dessert.

I wanted to love this one, but unfortunately, it missed the mark for me! Ninety's Dessert Bar debuted their scoopable cookie sundae this weekend, and I was excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, the execution didn't quite match my expectations. When I think of a scoopable cookie, I expect a soft, slightly underbaked texture that's easy to dig into with a spoon. This cookie was the opposite. It was pretty hard and barely scoopable at all. Beyond the texture, the flavor itself wasn't particularly impressive either. I honestly think a lighter bake would've made a world of difference! That soft, gooey consistency is what makes a scoopable cookie so enjoyable, and this one just didn't deliver. On a positive note, the staff was very nice, which I appreciated! Since this was a brand-new menu item, I'm hopeful they'll make a few adjustments as they continue rolling it out. Not my favorite dessert experience, but there's definitely room for improvement! read more
Good ice cream spot in a busy area. Parking can be tricky . We got 3 different scoops, couple in waffle cones and enjoyed them. They were bigger than we expected which is nice considering how much ice cream is these days. Nothing fancy inside, but they do have outside seating too. The area needs some cleaning up as it's old and they could use a renovation. Ice cream was good though, coconut , salted caramel truffle and gooey butter cake were all good. They also make shakes, sundaes, ice cream sandwiches and have toppings. There are nicer places but this worked location wise for us. read more

Oh boy did I enjoy this milkshake. It might be the middle of winter, but who cares? I love that there are seasonal flavors. I got the Christmas cookie, and it was spot on. My sister got the cookie butter, which was also a great flavor, but I'm not the biggest fan of cookie butter in the first place. The consistency is great too. Thick, but not so much that you can't drink it out of the straw. The atmosphere is great in there. If you couldn't tell by the name, it's 90s themed. They have menus on tvs that are easy to read and well organized. The staff is nice and overall, I really enjoyed my time here. They also have cookie sandwiches and brownies! Definitely a place to go if you love a good milkshake. read more

The Aesthetic: This ice cream shop is a 90's and 2000's kids paradise. Adorned in your favorite cartoons from Rugrats to Spongebob, there is something fun for everyone here. The workers have a good time! The Price: The price is cheap for what you get, definitely not as crazy expensive as the gourmet ice cream shops throughout the city! The toppings are not the highest quality, but they're a fun treat. The Value: You are going to get an enormous shake or large ice cream sammie for the price you pay. The value makes up for the quality here. The Parking: It's in a large shopping plaza with tons of parking, but you may have to walk a little extra to get your ice cream on. My Order: I know it's terrible, but I'm a huge fan of a scoop of ice cream covered in gummy bears, so my last order was a chocolate scoop, condensed milk, and gummy bears. My lover had a cereal milkshake. The Conclusion: If you feel the 90's vibes, go here and indulge in your childhood snack dreams! read more
I'm super disappointed on my impromptu visit today because I learned that they no longer serve ice cream macaron sandwiches. That honestly was what brought me here each time I visited. It was such a unique dessert, who else combines ice cream and macarons? And they were good. I rarely get a shake here or even a scoop or ice cream so I'm sure my visits will become much less frequent now. SMH read more

Hair found in milkshake. I have been coming here for years and have watched how the service has gone downhill. This place used to be so lively. Workers made it feel very welcoming but these young girls I saw yesterday seem like they hate their job. I ordered several milkshakes but were disappointed once a hair was found, it just kills the appetite. Definitely isn't our hair because we have straight brown hair. This place makes a solid milkshake, and has nostalgia inducing decor if you're a 90s kid like me(everything from Johnny Bravo to Pokemon). I split a drumstick shake with my wife, and it was reasonably good, especially for $6(before tax). There were a ton of waffle cone and I think peanut butter chunks mixed in, which was nice! However the actual I've cream tasted a bit more like a Wendy's frosty with syrup than a true ice cream shake, but all in all pretty decent. My recommendation, grab a shake and then go for a stroll along the water, or jump in a paddle boat. read more
I am a 90's kid! Urkel on the wall? Here for it! Blasting some smoothe 90's beats- oh bring it! But the 90's here didn't translate into 2022. The staff- they did their job but weren't friendly. My dunkaroo shake (oh yeah I had dunkaroos in my lunchbox as a kid) was great in theory but the frosting kept getting stuck in my straw. It was not blended as well. It wasn't smooth. I did not like taking sips and being hit with a too sweet gob of frosting (if it made it through the straw.) A place like this should be about the experience and the product. What's better than 80 degrees, ice cream and a sunset? I can't think of anything! This was probably my third and favorite visit. I opted for a single scoop of butter pecan, nothing too crazy. It was delicious, and the mix of cinnamon took it to five stars. I love getting ice cream and being able to walk the boardwalk. The boardwalk is under construction in some areas, so be aware. read more

Ninety's Milkshake Bar is all that and a bag of chips! What's not to love about a family owned dessert shop that is heavily influenced by their childhood experiences growing up in the 1990s? They are quite skilled at crafting unique desserts such as the Cinnamon Toast Crunch bread pudding, and the birthday cake dutch mini pancakes. I recommend getting both with ice cream. I'm afraid without the ice cream they would be too dry. read more

Finally tried something from The Ninety's Dessert Bar and I'll definitely be back. I tried the Oreo My Gosh and whew LOVED it. Thick Oreo McFlurry but better. The Oreos are nicely mixed in and the shake is thick!!! Baby that smoothie straw did not stand a chance lol. The service was cool. I was on the phone (I try not to be) so my interaction was short but the young lady was kind. So, no complaints! read more
Magnificent milkshakes! But that's not all! Ninety's knows how to put some "sweet" desserts together, from milkshakes, to ice cream cup/cone, ice cream "buns" and even brownie ice cream sandwiches! Service is helpful when you're indecisive (which you will be here). Very nice outdoor area with walkable spaces and even the cheap price to do pedal boating! There are many other places nearby but make sure you save room for dessert here! Or have it as a meal of its own, for an affordable price! read more
