We were afraid of it catching fire, plus we had people coming over that night and we didn't have power in the kitchen and half the house. He gave us a very fair estimate and said he could do the work the same day. He immediately went out to get the parts he needed and then got right to work. SCE ended up coming back out later that night because we had called them for service before we found Ramon and they didn't show up for like 12 hours. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere.
