I bought a 2001 Porsche from Conti motors ...they took my 2007 silver Nissan 350z convertible with blue book value at $ 12,000 Aldo gave me $ 6,500 only to advertised it at $ 11.5 k ...Franco who writes the contracts never inform me that my loan at 17% interest because of my credit would turn into a 39% interest loan after 4 years ..meaning I will lose close to $ 10k in interest after all the payments are made They got me with one of the worst financial lenders !! Westlake financial that has 906 one star rating and thousands of complaints !! I contacted Aldo to return the car and cancelled the contract but they refused ..and to make it worst the car has a coolant leak ...so the one that lost money here is myself while Conti motors makes nice profits ...no one should buy a car from Conti motors .or you will be sorry !! read more

I selected Conti to sell my Cayenne Diesel as I wanted to support this small used car dealership. Aldo was assigned to help me. After researching prices for similar vehicles in the market, I suggested an asking price. Aldo wanted to significantly lower the price (he said it is way above market) but eventually agreed with my suggestion. On DAY 1 of the listing, Aldo informed me that there was a lot of inquiries and already a firm offer from a buyer at a much lower price, which he was relentlessly convincing me to accept. We were only in DAY 1 with a lot of interest from others according to Aldo himself! Felt fishy! I insisted on a higher price, and after a few rounds of counter offers, with Aldo constantly negotiating to lower the price, I agreed on a number between the original asking price and the first offer. I know I probably could have gotten a higher price if I was patient and firm, but I also wanted this painful process to be over! Overall, it was an awful experience. I paid Conti a $1,500 commission to try to get the best price for my SUV. Instead of helping me maximize the selling price, Aldo was pushing to lower the price all throughout. I have to express what a wonderful experience and how satisfied I am with Conti Auto Sales. Franco & Enrique worked diligently to get me into the car I was inquiring about. I had an odd issue a high credit score with sufficient income, but I had not financed an auto loan in the last 10 years because my husband had been doing it for me, so when I went to purchase my vehicle, which I was expecting to be cake, due to my credit and income... to my surprise I ran into a lot of trouble securing a loan! Who would have thought!!??? Anywho, the gentleman at this dealership worked tirelessly with me, multiple, multiple banks & credit unions. Just when we thought we had hit a dead end, they reached out some more and I received a call that my loan was approved! They did not give up. Aside, from my personal hurdles getting an auto loan, their show room is chalked full of beautiful luxury vehicles that are impressively all parked like puzzle pieces within their warehouse lol. The waiting area is pleasant and comfortable. The dispositions of the gentlemen themselves are very pleasant. Spent $130k with this dealership all cash on two cars, only to find out years later that they sold me one of the car as "tuned" when it hadn't been at tuned at all ($3-4k cost difference). This dealership participates in false advertising and is so cheap/broke they would not offer to fix or retune the car that was purchased from their deceptive sale. I have all the paperwork still and can prove all of this. When I called them they said that it had happened to long ago and they have no records....and basically told me to fuck off, what kind of professional business doesn't maintain records. I was terribly disappointed in the service I received at Conti Auto Sales. Last weekend I went there to check out a car I saw in the as online. When I got there, I was greeted very nicely and was showed to the car I had wanted to see. Franco was the salesman who showed me the car. He was very patient and I enjoyed it how he let me check the car out on my own. I then wanted to test drive the car, and he was redundant at first but then I mentioned I liked the car and was planning on purchasing it. He then let me test drive it and when I came back I decided I would take the car. I had asked him that I need to finance the car thought my credit union and he said that was no problem. We went into his office and the made me a "Sale contract" with him signing the paperwork for me to take that to my credit union to get the loan needed to take the car. I thought that was it and all I need to do now it to contact my credit union to get the loan. Monday I sent the paperwork to the credit union and Tuesday they got back to me and said there was an issue with the VIN #. Turns out there Franco wrote down the wrong VIN #, it was missing a number. The fault on on them. Wednesday I called Franco to let him know. He said he knows and going to fix it and sent it back to me. A couples of hours later he called me and told me he had SOLD the car. I was in shocked!!! he had told me that he would take the ads off once he made the sale contact with me. I guess the sales contract he gonna hold the car for me NOR did he gonna stop showing the car for other people! It's only been 2 Days! That's so wrong. I was disappointed that he didn't have the curiosity to call me and let me know he's selling the car. Went behind my back to deal with someone else!!! What I think happened is that someone offered him a CASH to buy the car. That's is no problem, but it's not good business practice! NO Integrity!!! He had promised to sell the car to me first, if someone else should check it out please have the curiosity to let me know. I guess that's Conti Auto Sales runs their business there. I understand there is there's a better offer to make more profit then it better to go with that, but you will lose customers service in the long run. He offered me another car, and I refused. I am so glad I didn't buy my car there, I will not let my hard earn money to this type of business practice. I couldn't believe my husband never wrote a review for these guys! My husband, Alok, and I have been dealing with them for 10 + years, Alok who's clinically certifiably OBSESSED with cars (dreams about them more than he fantasizes about me, lol), he swears by Enrique and Franco--these guys have shepherded his car mania, e.g. Audi RS 2008, Porsche Panamera 2013 GTS, Mercedes S Class 20. Enrique & Franco the real deal: passionate & caring about their craft, brimming with knowledge & factoids, a verve, spirit matching my husband's obsession. When my husband told me that the only people he trusts with my Beemer baby, are these guys, I was sold. I'm gonna take photos of their showroom next time I go because it's a museum for a car enthusiast, a beautiful warehouse rejoiced with exotic cars, a snazzy lounge area, pool table, a dude's paradise--gender bias aside :-). They also arrange for local folks to test drive it, which I just learned people are doing, and I'm so freakin possessive of my car, I'm kinda like, "just buy it already," and don't hurt its feelings by testing it! Weird, I know. They give all the time and space to listen attentively to what my husband and I wanted, our price expectations, selling time frame, how patient we were willing to be. They're transparent, clear, honest about mechanical issues, repair history, etc. I'm amazed at the detail with which they listen, e.g. emotional attachment, & "What's motivating you to sell/buy this car?" wanting to understand ins & outs, cater to our specific practical needs, e.g. I'm in no hurry and want to get top dollar for my car, especially because I already got my Mini Cooper, so I gave them carte blanche. I don't have kids, my Beemer has been sort of a proxy and I can't imagine having left my baby to anyone but these guy--trust is all. I need clean, clear, timely communique, it's a peeve of mine, drives me batshit crazy when people can't convey things in understandable terms. I love their communiqué is spot on, e.g. when my BMW was fixed, they texted status/update ASAP (on Sat.)! They never assume and ask us, then proceed. Even if it was a long drive, we'd use their services, because we've been burned with big ticket buys before with big betrayal. All our dealings with Conti have inspired confidence, we're forever loyal. Great experience buying from Conti! It was time to trade in my E60 M5 for an F10 M5. The M5 Conti had was in immaculate shape and fully loaded for a good price. All of their cars looked extremely clean. Enrique was quick to get me all of the info from our first contact, easy to work with, and no hassle when coming to agreement. I called Conti about a car I was interested in and spoke to Franco, he advised me to submit an application online. Having gone through a recent BK due to medical debt I knew it would be an uphill battle. I called Franco back the next day and he had secured me an excellent loan at 7%! I drove out that day and everything was ready for me. All I had to do was sign a couple of papers, leave my down payment and show insurance. Easiest auto transaction ever! I wanted to share my experience with Conti Auto Sales something hard to passed on, I have been looking for a Camaro ZL1 for the last three weeks and have been talking to various dealership and came across Conti-Auto-Sale who happen to have the Camaro and color I've been looking for...The Advertisement is very accurate and the pictures in every angle is very clear, high definition photos. (What you see is what you get). And what impress me the most the car they sell are inside the big warehouse in other words the car is safe from environmental hazard like UV Ray from the Sun. Bird Poop and Rain. (not to mention the cool lounge area they have at the lobby, where you can play pool and other amenities) I called Conti AutoSale, Enrique who answered the phone, he did not say "when can you come in for a test drive" or "it would be better to talk in person" etc. We responded over cellphone text messages with every inquiries I have and pictures I asked for to take and he keep you informed every step of the way. After few text messages we came up with a price that we both agreed on - (This is the difference when you talk to the owner vs. a dummy person who has to go in the back every 2 minutes to check with the manager etc). All the cars at Conti Auto Sales are nice and clean especially they have some of the most hard to find high end cars that you don't normally see in other car dealership. The amount of time, research, and negotiating it saved me was well worth it. Beautiful selection of exotic cars to suit just about anyone's tastes... Pulled up to the unassuming Dealership off Rollins Rd & upon stepping through the doors, was blown away with the broad selection of vehicles. Audi's, BMW's, Corvette's, Maserati, Mercedes, Porsche's, etc... Pretty much take your pick... Not just base model's here either... AMG's, M-Series, etc... I literally felt like a kid in a candy store... The Warehouse selection of vehicles alone could easily be made into a poster & hung up on a teenager's bedroom wall, or even a man-cave... Thinking about purchasing one? Talk to Enrique... You'll notice that their style here is a bit unique/laid back (not to mention the choice of decor) consisting of framed movie posters, vintage pachinko machines, etc... Definitely didn't give off a shady dealership vibe (almost a lounge-like feel) & there was zero sales pressure as well. Want to test-drive? I basically pointed at the vehicle I was interested in, was handed the keys & strictly told to be careful as the straightaway on Rollin's is littered with Cops (They weren't lying either btw). I stood their assuming he was going to come along/escort for the ride though he wanted me to experience the drive alone... I'm guessing he didn't want to be there (plausible deniability perhaps?) as I pushed these test-drives to the limit. Really though, what would you do behind the wheel of any sports car of your choosing? ;-) Anyway, dealt with Enrique from start to finish (again, zero pressure) & interactions were entirely positive. Additionally (& more importantly); Feel like a pre-sales inspection as to "not take their word for it?"... ABSOLUTELY! Pick a dealership/facility within the general vicinity & they'll even drop it off! (though the additional inspection obviously is on your dime). Purchase itself was just as easy as getting a test-drive. Was in & out in a blink of an eye & off & running (driving) in less than 30 minutes... I'm sure everyone has or will have a different experience, though mine personally was so positive I couldn't give anything less than 5 stars. I recently bought my car from Conti a few month ago. I just wanted to drive it some and give it a few months to make sure I could give an accurate review. I saw it posted online and called to make an appointment. They were very accommodating for timing. When I arrived it was right in front of their warehouse ready to be looked at and test driven. I worked mainly with Franco and have to say I had a great experience. I went into it thinking this was going to be like most other used car dealerships and the nightmare stories you hear, but it wasn't. There was no pressure to buy on the spot and to me that is what makes a good salesman. Letting someone do their research and homework and if they like how everything was, they will be back. Trust me, if you got something someone else wants, they will come back. Franco let us look over the entire car, and let me add that I am meticulous when it comes to my cars. First thing most people have to understand is that it is a used car, so it's not going to be 100% flawless. So there were the small scratches on the paint and leather, but as I said its a previously used car so I knew that going into it and could look past the small ones here and there. Franco let us test drive it and even gave us ideas on where to go in terms of streets or freeways to really get a feel for it. He was that confident that he had a great car on his hand. So piece of mind for me and my family we wanted to do the inspection from the dealership. I set up the appointment at redwood city. Franco (or someone from Conti) dropped off the car, the dealership did its inspection. I just went in and paid for the inspection and Conti picked it back up afterwards. Now onto prices. The prices are very competitive and there is not much to negotiate with. So this is a good thing and a bad thing. Bad because you won't go in and "steal" a deal getting like 5-10k off asking price, but good cuz then you don't have to deal with negotiating back and forth. The price point was probably the quickest thing I dealt with. So just go into it expecting to pay what they list it at. There were a few things missing from my car such as a floor mat and headrest, but Franco promised me he would get them for me. Since they are not a new car dealership they just don't have a parts department with a full stock of parts on hand. It did take a little while, but he came through with everything he said he would. A gentle reminder every now and then never hurt to make sure to keep him on his game and make sure he was still looking out. Overall I have to say the car is running great and I'm enjoying my purchase. Had to replace the battery and tires recently (which was not cheap), but I guess after 3-4 years those have to get replaced anyways from normal wear. If you buy a nice car, you gotta pay to play so don't be shocked at maintenance cost. I didn't get to interact too much with Enrique, but when I did he was nice. If you go in, I recommend talking to Franco. He will do what he can to take care of you. They have a great fleet of higher end cars and most of their cars are fully loaded. They only buy the best, so expect to get a car with all the bells and whistles on there. I had a good buying experience from them and hope you will as well. read more

If you like no-BS sales service, car quality you can trust, and a staff that goes above and beyond to please their customers, buy your next car from Conti. I cannot begin to describe how pleasant of an experience it was making my recent purchase from them, or how awesome Franco is, so I will cite a few specific examples: 1. Showed up as a walk-in without an appointment, no big deal, Franco and Enrique immediately made me feel welcome and made time for me. 2. I am very picky but was immediately impressed by their entire selection of cars, all high-end, rare, and gorgeous. Had my eye on a BMW M3 that was tightly packed in their warehouse lot, made a comment about the paint and then without any request from me, Enrique moved the fleet just so they could bring the car outside and I could view it's paint in natural light and shade. 3. As an ultra-stickler I noticed a few VERY minor defects (loose button on dash, seat-belt retrieval device not 100% successful, a few "spider-web" scratches that result from washing the car) which I pointed out, and Franco said he would take care of them, without my asking. I later found out Franco took the car to a service center, a detail shop, another detail shop, and back all within one business day to have all of these things resolved, and resolved WELL. 4. As I would before purchasing any used car, I wanted to have a pre-purchase inspection performed. Franco immediately offered to drive it over to a shop of my choice himself, drop it off, then pick it up the next day, which I gladly accepted. 5. Car had no problems and ran fantastically, as advertised. 6. They offered a very competitive and simple financing option which for me only involved completing a short online app via their website. I submitted my app late one evening, and before noon the next day Franco had already attained my approval from the lender, and negotiated with them to reduce my rate! 7. Completing the paperwork/contracts was a breeze and very straightforward, not to mention the entire purchase process. Franco made what is often a stressful and complicated purchase seem like buying a pair of shoes from Nordstrom. 8. Throughout the entire process Franco was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. He communicated with me via phone, email, and mostly text, even outside of normal business hours. 9. Franco is just the man, period. Oh and I love my new car :) I don't normally write extensive reviews like this, but these guys really deserve it!!! I hope to do business with them again in the future. If we were disappointed before now we are insulted...Conti Auto sales Franco called my husband this morning about my review.. threatening legal action because I posted an accurate account of our experience with him. I ended up in a yelling match stating I would not change my review and all while trying to get ready to go to work...You tell me how appropriate this behavior is on their part...it is my right to post the true opinion of my experience and the facts without what is in my opinion a harassing call...I had to just hang up on Franco...Wow! What a really bad taste this has left..It's unfortunate.. Conti auto sales was a disappointing experience. Drove all the way from Tracy area and car wasn't there to see after being told it was...Suddenly it needed to be smogged. Then due to late arrival and some credit issues we were told we would be notified by Franco on Monday, who we had to track down for answers. He didn't return calls and we wasted a whole day waiting only for him to say we shouldn't take a loan being offered. Isn't that the customers decision...His attitude was uncaring and rushed after we had to keep calling. Wow! Work for a sale.. read more

Before finding Conti, I had been searching for a very specific car for nearly 18 months. I knew exactly what I wanted - to the very smallest detail. I found a few cars that were close to what I wanted for a decent price, and a few cars that were exactly what I wanted, but were grossly overpriced or had severe issues that the dealership tried to cover up. Walking into Conti, I had gotten to the point where I expected to be pushed around and bullied into either a car I didn't want or the car I wanted for a price I couldn't afford. When I met Franco, he was happy, polite, and extremely helpful (all rarities in auto salesmen). The process was quick. The car was immaculate and reasonably priced. No need to negotiate on cost. I test drove 3 vehicles, and they gave me as much time as I wanted to closely inspect all three. They have very strict standards for their inventory -- every vehicle I looked at was top-quality, as far as used cars go. When making the purchase, they had all the paperwork in order, and the process was quite painless. Overall, these guys work hard to keep a great reputation, and they don't cut corners. Prior to arriving at the dealership, I reviewed several Yelp reviews. They are all legit. As a first time car buyer, I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleased by the overall experience of purchasing a 2010 Dodge Challenger from Franco. This guy does his best to explain the history of the vehicle and how it ended up in his warehouse. I also liked how he was inviting to play a game of pool or offering coffee or showing his antique pachinko machine. One day when I'm ballin, I'll trade in my car for an upgrade. These guys were great from the beginning to the end. When we first went to see the car they waited till after hours for us to show up even with no commitment or deposit. The car was in great condition and so were all the other cars in their showroom. May I add their collection ranges from family sedans to exotic coupes. Once we agreed on price they made the paperwork seem seamless and were very patient with our lender who worked at turtle speed. I might recommend using their in house lender because once we found out about his rates we were basically at the same rate and he can approve you in 15 minutes. The car was delivered pristine when we picked it up. Big kudos to Enrique and Franco, they are passionate about their cars and making sure their customers are happy. Just bought our 2013 E63 AMG from Franco. We'd seen an ad on Craigslist and thought we'd start our search for a car to replace our 2003 E55 AMG. We showed up to look at the car and quickly realized we probably should have made an appointment, but these guys were great about it. Franco showed us the car we came to look at plus a 2015 and he was very knowledgeable about the differences between the two. After moving practically all of their inventory so we could access the car we were interested in, we took it for a test drive and then to our mechanic for a quick check.
