If I could select zero stars... I WOULD! This dealership is owned by a guy named Shawn who has the worst customer service imaginable. When my fiance and I bought this car I thought he was just having a crummy day so I choose to not give him a bad review and chose to give him the benefit of the doubt. Shaharouz (Sean) has been very fair and far more kind than any used car salesman I've ever dealt with! We took the car next door to have the mechanics and Four Car Garage check it out. The car ended up having some issues that Shaharouz didn't know about and he backed off the cost of what it might cost to fix!!! He came down to exactly the number that we were willing to pay. He had a Camry in my price range, one owner, in excellent condition but with a lot of miles on it. I asked to have the car inspected by a nearby Toyota dealer and not only did Sean not resist, but he arranged taking it to the dealer and picking it up. Sean was also reasonable to negotiate with and polite and respectful throughout the sales cycle. Being in sales myself, I know you can't please everyone, and noticed the recent 1 star review. Whatever is going on there, it couldn't be further from my experience. I waited a bit -- two weeks -- to make sure there were no surprises. I brought the car to a local garage to have the rear breaks done, as flagged in the dealer inspection, and the mechanic said the car is in excellent condition.
