Scheduled an appointment for Fri 315. The service advisor that the system randomly assigned me to wasn't immediately there, so another advisor mentioned he'd be right out. I waited until 330 and went inside the lobby. Another advisor kindly decided to help me. I showed him the issue (water condensation inside the light of a 4 month old Cadillac). He said that it would go away after a couple of days. I informed him it's been that way for 1.5 weeks. He then informed me that it was common for all of their cars including corvettes. I then informed him that I'd go to another dealer who actually cared. I went to the SSF Cadillac location this morning, and they were prompt, helpful, and the warranty part will arrive on Monday. Honestly, Joe Putnam would be embarrassed at how badly the service has degraded at his dealership. I would skip this location in the future and recommend servicing your vehicle elsewhere. read more

Had a great experience picking up a lease at Putnam. They were able to offer such a great deal that I flew up from LA to pick up the car. I don't generally buy from car dealers because of how difficult they can make the process, but the team at Putnam were great and made the whole thing super smooth, efficient and accommodating. Noe Sanchez was the sales person and he was knowledgeable, affable and considerate. Raj, the finance manager, was great despite having to fight with some of the worst software I've dealt with in a long time (No fault of Raj's, the software crashed on him multiple times during the signing process). Even so, Raj and I had a nice conversation and I was done and out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

I've been coming here for my usual maintenance for a while and never really thought much about the place -- until I met Felipe Alfaro. He completely changed the experience. Felipe helped my wife and me with our Escalade V and Cadillac Deville and his professionalism and care stood out right away. 5 stars across the board for an outstanding service advisor and an even better person. read more

I recently purchased a Cadillac Lyriq from Putnam Cadillac in Burlingame and my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ben. From start to finish Ben and the entire staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Ben took the time to walk us through the car. He was tremendously patient. I appreciated how he answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable when I drove off the lot. Thanks Ben!! read more

I've been visiting Cadillac Putnam in Burlingame for over 5 years and have always received outstanding service. José is more than just a professional -- he's a trusted friend who takes great care of our fleet and consistently goes above and beyond for our company. I highly recommend them! Recently, Frank joined the team -- he used to assist us at Mercedes, and he's a fantastic addition to Cadillac. He's an outstanding professional and truly a great asset to the team. Kudos to Cadillac Putnam for having such an exceptional crew! read more

I highly recommend them when looking for a new vehicle. read more

We had an excellent experience working with Felipe at the service center while handling our business vehicles. As business owners, we already have so much on our plates, and Felipe made the entire process incredibly easy. Communication was fast and clear, turnaround time was quick, and there were absolutely no hidden service fees. Everything was explained thoroughly, all options were presented, and we never felt pressured--he even pointed out things that weren't needed yet but may be down the line. Safety and security were clearly top priorities, which gave us real peace of mind. Truly one less thing for us to stress about. Highly recommend working with Felipe. read more

Had a fantastic experience at Putnam's GMC/ Cadillac Service department. From the moment I arrived, Felipe listened to my concerns, explained everything in simple terms, and kept me updated throughout the process. The Service Technicians even found and fixed an issue missed by a previous Dealership, and my car was ready ahead of schedule. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared that I left happy. I highly recommend their service department for efficient, honest work and fair pricing. Will definitely be back for future maintenance! read more

Had a pleasant experience at Putnam Chevrolet. My service advisor Jose was transparent from beginning to end.

Worst Experience at a GM dealership have ever had. I was told by friends that this dealership is the worse but I thought it would save me a 20mile drive to the next dealership. Dropped off my Escalade to get a transfer actuator installed. The part requires 30min to install. Vehicle was dropped off 4/1 with an appointment and I stated that I needed the vehicle no longer then 4/8 or I would have to reschedule my appointment. No follow up call so I called on Monday and dealer rep stated the car would be ready Tuesday. Well it wasn't. I had to call over a dozen times to follow up h til the dealer finally stopped answering I had to show up at the dealership 4/9 and demand to have my vehicle returned. I sat there for 3 hours while they figured it out. They had misplaced my vehicle and left the interior lights on and the vehicle died. The vehicle was given back to me completely filthy and all of our personal settings were whipped out. Absolute no help and extremely unprofessional. read more

Willie Jurado was an extremely supportive and personable salesperson, and anyone would be lucky to have him as their sales representative. I deduct one star from this review simply because the dealership initially refused to let Willie close the sale with me, because the particular vehicle I was interested apparently was not within his sales purview. I was astonished that they would not sell me the car through Willie, even though he had gone through the trouble to make the sale. I would not back down, for Willie's sake, and eventually they relented. Maybe this is how business is done but the whole thing left me with a very cold feeling for the dealership. read more

I went to Putnam Cadillac on Friday to see if the could get authorization for a repair on my car prior to me bringing it in.I was speaking with Felipe he was awesome he asked to borrow my keys I gave them with in a few minutes he had my car being worked on I needed 2 tires sensors replaced.I could not believe it I had been going in circles with a dealership that just kept giving me the run around.Felipe got on his computer got authorization right away with in a couple of hours my car was so e and covered under the warranty I purchased.I would highly recommend them and I will always bring my car there for all it's needs. read more

I am very disappointed in this dealer in Burlingame. I bought a new electric car that is full of defects, they promised a lot of things and didn't deliver, even the car key doesn't work. Assistance given to me was 0%. When I went to buy it, they treated me very well, but then when the car started having problems, they didn't want to know. I spent a lot of time taking the car to be repaired and in the end I will have to request a return or exchange of the car. read more

The 2-star rating is an acknowledgement of the 18 years of service. How does a once very loyal customer (two vehicles serviced over 18 years) suddenly reject this dealership? Simple: being insulted. I received a marketing email where the dealership made it clear that they are very interested in buying my low mileage, well-maintained vehicle. I clicked on the email to read it. I never asked to contacted. But contact me the very next day they did because they knew that I simply clicked the email. After only reading the email, the sales department made it clear they were interested. That is OK by me. I was intrigued because I believed them to be sincere. I made an appointment and drove my car to the dealership per their instructions. The used car manager took my key to asses my car and I was left in the new car sales showroom for about 15 minutes to chat with a young, eager, and very green salesperson. Again, that is OK by me because I thought they were sincere in the efforts, but after 15 minutes, the used car manager return and offered me the most insulting price. I called the general sales manager when I got home and left 2 message that day. NO return call. I texted the sales person who initiated the call. Three texts over several hours. NO return text. So, how insulting was their offer? You be the judge. Later that day, motivated by my anger at being insulted, I sold my low-mileage, well-maintained, Cadillac on Carvana for 138% of Putnam's insulting offer. Use their service department if you must and have no other option, but I would NOT trust their new sales or used car sales departments. read more

They take forever to get anything done. My truck has been there 4 weeks and counting in the last 2 months for a problem they "fixed" once already. Even checking in takes forever make sure you walk up to someone because no one will approach you even with a scheduled appointment. I just dropped my car off to be serviced and was treated with such professionals I had to say something. My service reps name is Kevin Lindner, he did a great job explaining what my car needed and what to expect. Thank You, Kevin and the team at Putnam. read more

Eh not impressed with this customer service. We were seriously interested in buying a car here (test drove and got the person's card) but wanted to double check a car real quick at the Nissan next door. I'm talking like, just checking out the seating (less than 10 min). So we left our current car in the Cadillac/Chevy/Buick parking lot briefly and not even a few minutes later someone yelled at us across the road to move our car. I get being upset someone is "taking" a spot while at another dealership, but there were other spots next to ours and we were just finalizing our choice quickly. If we had left it there for 20 min, I'd get it. But it was a few min until he yelled at us, like he was watching or something. Off putting customer service, we will be taking my business to another dealer. I think it was the GM who yelled at us. The guy helping us with test driving the car was very nice tho! read more

We had a smooth and successful experience leasing our car from Putnam Chevy (Burlingame). I rate them high for excellent communication and customer care! Sales Consultant, Pedro Lindemberg, helped us from the start, patiently kept in touch with us as we took time to think through before making our final decision. Not only that, 6 months later, I reached out to them after a home charger installation to get the correct charging cord (240V). Pedro not only called me back but also followed up with updates! This is a fine example of excellent customer service!!!! We were very fortunate to have such a wonderful experience at this dealership! All the personnel at this dealership were friendly and helpful! Jeries Kopti, the Sales Manager, was efficient and very helpful throughout the transaction! In the past, I have taken my previous car to this service center. The crew there were also very friendly and helpful!! I highly recommend this dealership and service center! read more

After scheduling my appointment for a recall notice with Putnam Cadillac, I requested a loaner car and was assured by their "mgr" that one would be available when I arrived. When I did arrive the next day, their service agent, Vic, not only was unable to find the car that was promised, he made no attempt to rectify the situation. So not only did I waste 60 minutes of time and gas, I had to deal with complete incompetents. And with that example of extremely poor service, they have lost my business forever. Not only will I never use their service dept, I will never buy another car from them or any of the Putnams. I would avoid this people like the plague. read more

Best car buying experience EVER! My first call there Shoram had a great attitude and instantly introduced me into a comfortable situation. When I got there it continued, Shoram had the beautiful cadillac I was interested waiting for me to look at. Then I had the pleasure meeting dean also. Dean also has a great attitude and talked to me like we were long time friends and that made me even more comfortable. Dean went through the numbers with me making it very understandable and also worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. During the paperwork process Dean was very detailed about every step we took. I never felt that typical sales person pressure that you expect when buying something, these guys made me feel at home and helped me get the car I wanted for a great price.
