I bought a 2020 Toyota 4Runner Venture from Zuhair. I must say it was a rare find with a rare price. Even though these trucks are priced crazily, Zuhair got me a sweet deal. He is hyper energetic guy but very patient. He worked with my credit union regardless of some hiccups. And he has all the contacts for whatever your car needs after sales! He infact contacted me later to refund me some extra money I paid to DMV! Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. It been about 2 months and a week since my purchase and I have already put 2.8k miles on it. Totally worth the buy! Will definitely return to him for my next purchase.

I've purchased many cars, some new, some used, from a Ford Tempo to a Chevy Corvette. Bought a really awesome Tesla Model S from ZCarz (Zuhair) Love this guy's energy! He went an extra mile just to close the deal . Unfortunately when the Napa fires occurred in 2017 my beautiful black Audi that Z helped me get went along with the fire. I called Z and let him know what happened and he immediately got on top of helping me find a new car. He knew how much I loved my Audi so he found me an even newer white version of my Audi TT. He literally went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This man knows how to run a business. He never made me feel like I was just a sale, he gained my trust and respect.

I decided to get myself a 50th birthday present, Zuhair was amazing! I was dreading the stereotypical salesman, my experience was unlike any I've had purchasing a car. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and quick describes how Zcarz Inc conducts their business. Zuhair (owner) helped me get through the agonizing process of buying a car. I was working on rebuilding my credit and wasn't sure if I would be approved for a loan. Zuhair listened to my situation and was upfront with me with what could happen. He worked his magic and I was approved to buy the Mazda3 I had been eyeing online. The next day, I drove to his establishment and met cool guy who wanted only the best for me. I am thankful for meeting Zuhair and grateful for his support through the car buying process. I will definitely be reaching out to Zuhair for my future car purchases.

One word I would use to describe Zuhair would be TRUSTWORTHY, which is very hard to come across in the car sales industry. My mother introduced me to Zuhair because he has helped her purchase multiple cars in the past and not one of them has ever given us any serious problems, if any at all! One thing to know about Zuhair is he will not sell a car if it isn't up to his standards and is truly in great condition. Zuhair helped me find a Mazda 6 wagon in my price range and was even able to fix some minor oil leaks for me without raising the price because he was not comfortable selling it to me in anything less than perfect condition. Zuhair helped me find the perfect college car that fit my price range even when it meant he was not going to make much of a profit. He helps his customers even when it doesn't necessarily benefit himself! When I am looking for another great car I am definitely going back to Z Carz and you should too!

2020 August: I cannot say enough nice things about Zuhair and ZCarz. I was helping a client who lost everything in the Camp Fire replace her Mercedes when we found ZCarz. Zuhair made the buying process so easy, answered all of my client's extensive questions and offered the best warranty I have ever heard of to pair with the vehicle purchase. I highly recommend ZCarz for your next purchase and definitely ask for their add-on warranty options. 2021 January: Still mid-pandemic, I had another client who survived the Camp Fire looking for a car and immediately thought of ZCarz. If I could give Zuhair 10 stars, I would do it. Zuhair worked tirelessly to find the right new owner for my classic car. He drove to see me several times, checked out the car, took numerous photographs and consulted with various dealers and car enthusiasts by phone and in person to learn everything he could about the car. He asked all the pertinent questions so he would have full knowledge to present to me, as well as any prospective owner, with a fair and reasonable price. He made it clear immediately that he is working for me but wanted to make sure all information was accurate so both the seller and buyer were treated fairly. If I could give Z Carz 10 stars I would! Our car was sold within 72 hours since we messaged the business (that included a Sunday when the business was closed). It was such a delight working with Zuhair. He was professional, knowledgeable and focused on getting things done right and fast. Truly appreciate that Zuhair offered to come by to our apt to check out the car first (otherwise we'll have to wait till later in the week or the weekends when my husband will be able to carve out time for car dealership hunting). He identified all the fixes the car needed right away and gave us a rough estimate on the spot. Then he did more research on the specifics and texted us back the next day to take a second look at the car. We sealed the deal that day around 2pm! The owner of Z cars, Zuhair, helped me sold my Audi A3. He did a thorough job on listing all the options of my car. He made the entire process very easy for me. He just basically took care everything for me. All I need was: dropping off my car and signed some paper work. Then he handled the rest. If you don't want and don't have the time to deal with the whole process (strangers test driving your car, negotiation, DMV title release .... etc), you should talk to him. read more

I was looking for a workhorse of a car for my business, and determined the Honda Element would fit my needs. Somehow I ended up at Z Carz, where the cars seem brand new and most are high end. There it was, a sparkling beauty (if you can possibly consider a Honda Element beautiful) with low miles. At first I thought no, it is too perfect for my needs, then overnight I became bewitched. Z Carz is amazing, hidden away in a small shop is some of the best used luxury cars with low miles and great condition. Zuhair has worked for (ran?) large corporate dealerships before and knows the industry inside and out, he purchases only great cars to sell at his shop and ensures they are as pristine as possible before selling them. This was my first time buying a car and Zuhair literally helped me every step of the way! He helped advised me on the best place to sell my old car and picked me up from Carmax when I sold it, he loaned me a car for a day and also put up with my hangry attitude cause I didn't bring enough snacks. He is a gem. I am unbelievably happy with this car, the deal I got, the rate on my loan.... it was unreal. Zuhair is one of the most upfront and honest people in Car sales I've met. He gave me tons of free advice and consultation even after I asked to pay for his time. He let me test drive a Audi and a MercedezBenz so I could assess them against the BMW I was aiming to buy. Overall , he also gave me honest feedback knowing well, that I may not end up buying from him. Not to mention he hooked me up with aftermarket mods / ceramic coating. I ended up buying at a dealer, but for my next purchase, I'm highly likely to contact Zuhair for my next car! read more

Love Zuhair and his company, communicated with me about a car on his lot (think: Jay Leno Garage where cars are immaculately kept indoors), set up a time to visit and filled out all the necessary paperwork, he negotiated my rates down with the lender so kudos Mr Z! Much less stressful than the dealership sales people, easy peasy and recommend everyone to come here if looking for new wheels. Rarely do you find car dealerships with 5 stars on Yelp, and believe me when I say I was a skeptic too! Zuhair exceeded all of our expectations and made my first car buying experience a breeze. I was originally struggling to find a car I wanted and my boyfriend found his dream car at Zuhair's, so that's the only reason I ended up there and I'm so happy that I did. While my boyfriend was purchasing his car, I saw the car I'd been wanting for so long and Zuhair worked hard to provide me the best price possible. He was not pushy and gave me time to think about my purchase carefully. In the end, my boyfriend left with a beautiful Lexus, and I left with an amazing Audi Q5. We've both had our cars for almost 5 months now and are super happy with their performance. Cars aside, Zuhair is extremely personable, professional, honest, and respectful to his customers. Even after buying our cars, when we text him with any questions he always responds very quickly and is happy to help in any way. I've always had a lot of apprehension about buying a car from a dealer, mostly fear of being taken advantage of during the buying process, overpaying or buying a lemon. Z was not what I expected, he didn't fit the standard 'car salesman' persona. This is obvious a labor of love for him as he went out of his way to be helpful, including setting me up with one of the credit unions he works with to improve my financing rate by more than 3% better than what I was preapproved for. I walked away feeling like I got a great deal and have nothing to worry about, Z took care of it all. So over the moon happy with my new X3!!! Thank you Z!!! Typically I don't write reviews and especially for a car buying experience. Like most, I dread going into a dealership and getting mugged by salesmen finance and managers. Always felt dirty after the car buying experience. That all changed when I began to research another Audi. Browsing A4's online gave me so many choices. But being specific on what I wanted, lead me to only one place in the Bay Area. ZCARZ and Owner Zuhair are perfect representatives of what the future of car buying is. Personalized service, one on one, not getting the tag teamed tactics at the manufacturers Walking into the business you know your buying experience will be positive. The sales floor had a pleasing grey rubberized coating, with all cars detailed and on display. Every car was immaculate. German made cars with loaded options was on the menu. Most Audis sold in the area will be very stripped of options or priced well over book. Zuhair explained that he only purchases a tiny percentage of cars he sees at auction. This attention to detail always translates positively for the buyer. When it came to financing I wanted to drop a decent down payment, and Zuhair got me a great rate from Chase financial. Unlike many lots in the Bay Area, ZCARZ deals with only big financial institutions and works for you to get the best rate. The personalized service was unmatched by any in all my car buying experiences. He wasn't looking for the fastest approval he wanted to get the best. Overall this experience was outstanding. Next year I will move up to a S4, and I know who to go to, to find the car I want.... read more

Although Zcarz garage is small Zuhair does have an awesome collection of high end used cars that look and feel like new cars. Zuhair was very straight forward and honest with the condition of every car he has. I have purchased many used cars and also walked away from many sellers when I felt that the deal was not not in my best interests. Zuhair is a one man show who is personal and well versed in the selling of his cars. He was patient and allowed for me to make an educated decision. He also picked me up from my credit union down the street to finish up the deal. I drove off with my Tesla Model S and haven't regretted a moment since. Bought a 2015 Tesla S 85D. Since I operate a business my credit was a little low at the time. Zuhair has lots of resources since he's been in the industry a long time. I think he's humble in the beginning about how much he know's about cars and putting deals together. I noticed some awards hanging in his office for best dealership. He has an eye for quality. I enjoyed his delightful personality and straight forward approach. The whole process took a day. He showed me how to plug it in around the corner and it's been smooth sailing. Without a doubt the best car buying experience I have ever had! I don't know much about cars and was just looking for a 4 door sedan with a certain budget in mind and Z was extremely helpful in providing options and suggestions. Zuhair has a curated selection of pre-owned vehicles - each one treated as if it were his own favorite child. I just happened to stumble upon an ad in Facebook Marketplace for the EXACT Audi Q5 I was looking for and made arrangements to go drive it. Zuhair made himself available on his day off and took excellent care of me from the moment I arrived until I drove off about 2 hours later in my new car. He was super-knowledgeable about the car (even though it was a hard-to-find diesel) and set me up with a great extended warranty and accessories. Such a great experience! read more

Right before the Holidays, I purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-5 from Z-cars. It took me 15 minutes to make the decision to buy the car. Price was a steal, the car is in excellent conditions, and Zouhair was straight forward and strangely enough honest (for a car salesman), Sorry no offense to other dealers. The owner Sam came across genuine and helpful over the phone when I called to inquire about a 2013 red colored Leaf he was advertising at a good price. His personality and good nature over the phone helped motivate me to drive to Redwood City from Saratoga to see the car. When I got there the car was better than advertised so I was happy, but I noticed he had two more (newer) Leafs on the lot too, including a higher price newer 2015 Leaf in white (was my favorite color and options). He told me that one was not ready for sale yet and needed a couple of small fixes and not yet made fully ready to advertise, but I wanted it anyways and I ended up buying the one I wanted. The online advertised prices these days have to be very competitive to match the market out there and businesses usually post their bottom pricing online. His price advertised online was competitive with private party valuation that KBB gives. And as a dealership he provided the services of DMV registration and all that, so I now prefer to buy from him than from a private party. As I said the car was not fully done and ready yet - driver door remote didn't work and needed to be fixed still - but I needed the car so I took it with understanding that I will being it back two days later when he was originally expecting to get the part and have it taken care of. On my return visit two days later as promised everything went smoothly and the door lock actuator was replaced by his service provider, and my car even got a second wash before I pick it up. They do car detailing and ceramic coating at their location too, which I will likely bring my other (nicer) cars to get done in near future. Sam is a good man running a solid business and this small dealership is on my list of recommendations to my friends going forward. I wrote this rather long review to help a good business continue to do well.

Sam also worked closely with a non-profit I used to work at, and as a result helped change the lives of many individuals who otherwise wouldn't have been able to find an affordable, quality car. Anyone who has experience dealing with car dealerships and salesmen knows that a car salesperson with an altruistic side is hard to find. Final note, while the lot is on the smaller side, Sam has previously been open to keeping an eye out at auctions for specific types of cars if a serious potential client has requests. If you don't need a car right this second this is something to consider.

Having had…read moreextremely bad experiences with previous dealerships (one of which was a literal scam), I had low expectations to begin with. To minimize interaction, I did a majority of my homework and found the car that we are interested in before attempting any contact. Upon reaching out to Putnam Lexus via their online department, Taz reach back out to me within 12 hours to arrange an appointment to test drive the car. We showed up and was promptly greeted by another gentleman (apologies as I do not remember his name). He showed us around and helped us test drove before handing us off to the a sales associate, Luan. Luan helped further explain to us the features and functions of the car we were interested in and a quick estimate of the cost we would be paying based on our credit. Luan mentioned there are no dealer fees for the purchase and since I had done my homework beforehand, I knew he was telling the truth. After some very quick back and forth negotiation, Luan talked with his boss, Richard, and helped us lower the cost down a little bit, to which we signed for the car. Finally we were helped by Josh in the finance department to go over the payment as well as any option add-on packages. The car ended up being a little bit lower than MSRP OTD with a very suitable no nonsense trim and features package that my girlfriend and I both wanted. Now here is the real kicker, while processing the final payment. Josh informed us that Taz found out he had quoted me a lower cost online (in an email that went to my Spam folder), Taz had told Richard, who then told Josh about the situation (without my knowledge), and they lowered the cost further down to what was originally quoted (an extra $2k off). I didn't even know they were contacting each other to make sure I was getting the lower rates. They could have easily made an additional $2k off of us but chose to have integrity and made sure we had a good and fair experience. We left the lot that day with a brand new Lexus and a lot of revived trust in dealerships (at least this specific branch). Another huge plus that I would say is that nobody on the team was pushy throughout the entire process. Luan did not try to force us on any cars that we didn't want, or any additional features or options that we did not want. He simply asked us exactly what we are looking for, found it and said "Here, look through it and let me know if you have any questions, I'll leave you two alone". Josh showed us the additional optional add-ons (his job) but didn't push any off it on us, my girlfriend didn't even know she was supposed to make a decision since he didn't even seem like he was asking us to pick. Zero phone calls and only one follow up email outside of the physical visit. We hate when dealers waste our time in order to make a few extra buck and really appreciated that the team at Putnam spent as little time as they possibly could with us to let us discuss among ourselves. Special shoutout to Luan for his informative and straightforward approach, to Josh for his friendly and no-nonsense financial process, and to Taz, Richard and the rest of the team for their honesty and integrity with honoring a price that they did not need to keep. This is how businesses should operate, I would be absolutely okay paying a more for these kind of headache-free service.

This lack of transparency left me feeling uncertain about the necessity of the repair given they were fine only a few months before. Second, my oil filter cap was over-tightened during service. This issue was confirmed by two separate, independent shops. While I understand that oversights can happen, the frustrating part was not the mistake itself, but rather how dismissive Randy was when I raised these issues with him. In total, I had to make five visits to get my oil changed and take time off work to have the cap loosened. When I communicated to Randy that I spent multiple hours addressing this oversight, his response was, "I don't know what to tell you." When I suggested an apology for the inconvenience, he raised his hands in the air in a dismissive manner. This level of customer service is unacceptable for Lexus and has significantly eroded my trust in this service center. To make it even worse, I emailed Greg, the General Manager whose email is on a poster in the service center, on June 27 to share my experience and he never emailed me back.

Conclusion: they basically took it on a joy ride. No reason to take a brand new car on a road test up and down the highway when you have perfectly good local streets to check for a basic road test. Unfortunately, I had the unpleasant experience of speaking with Kevin, whose attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. When I asked what service was needed, the only explanation he repeatedly gave was "mechanical." I politely asked him to elaborate because I genuinely did not understand and my husband was unavailable to help explain the warranty details to me. Instead of assisting, Kevin responded with, "Don't you own a copy of your contract? You can read it." At that point, I expressed that I expected better customer service and simply wanted clarification. His response was "OK," and he hung up on me. I called back and spoke with his manager, Eric, to report the situation. While he stated he would "speak to Kevin," his overall response gave me little confidence that this behavior would actually be addressed. I also mentioned that I intended to escalate my complaint to corporate and the district manager, to which Eric responded, "I can give you their phone number if you want, but they aren't going to do much." That response alone speaks volumes about the level of customer care at this dealership. This was not my first negative interaction with Kevin, and it is disappointing to see management seemingly aware of the issue while doing little to correct it. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this service department, and this experience has seriously impacted my decision to purchase another Jeep in the future.

Very Simple! Zuhair the owner knows customer service as well as anyone in any business. I bought a car from Z Cars last week and I am so thrilled with the overall high quality experience I received. I drove 3 hours to buy my car so open communication, full transparency and full disclosures are critical for me as my time is my most valuable asset and I can't afford to play games with a salesman! He sent me over 45 photos texts of every angle I requested, he answered every question I asked, and I felt like he did it with a smile on his face. He game me a smoking hot deal on a rare high-end Tesla at over 7% below Kelley Blue Book value which is very rare, just like the Tesla. People do not discount Tesla's because they are rare and there is a waiting list for them, but he did to develop a relationship with me because he knew I would appreciate it and be a lifetime customer. I enjoyed my experience so much that I have him looking for another car for me as we speak so I can gift it to my wife, she wants an Audi or MBZ, and he has already text me 5 photos of different car options. Zuhair is not a salesman, rather a lifestyle deliverer of dreams! I enjoyed my experience so much I had to Yelp it out, I have not written a review as you can see in years and don't really care either way unless someone is a crook, or a really great person! He gets it. Do yourself a favor and give him a chance if you want a high-end car, even if he doesn't have it in stock, he will find it for you and deliver your dream as well. 5 stars for Z Cars from me! I had an amazing experience with Zuhair at Z Carz! Zuhair deals primarily with higher end Audis, but lucky for me he had a beautiful Honda CRV he'd gotten as a trade-in. I needed a replacement car for my teen aged daughter as hers had just been totaled, and had just found the car on True Car. Despite the fact that the Honda was at a much lower price point than most of the cars Zuhair sells, he could not have treated my son and me any better! Zuhair was very friendly and honest. He had the car inspected and detailed to ensure that it was in tip-top shape (even with 82K miles) - and had both the inspection and the CarFax ready for me. I feel that the price was very fair. Financing and DMV paperwork were a breeze. Zuhair also provided me with the name of his trusted mechanic and encouraged me to keep in touch if I needed anything. Not only did he make sure that I was completely set for the new Honda, he also suggested that I pursue getting a refund on the warranty I had purchased on my daughter's totaled car - which I hadn't even thought of. Turns out that advice was worth over $1,200! Z Carz 5 star rating is the real deal. We could not be happier with our purchase. i was looking for a m5 and came across a m3 located at z carz i immediately fell in love with the 2008 hard top / drop top.. i went to see zuhair and he was vary helpfull with the history of the car and also on my loan. at first when i went to test drive the car i told him i had a pretty good down payment but not the best credit,he reviewed my credit and said it was going to be hard to get a loan but he said he would try hes best because he wanted to help me and he had a good conection with hes loan offices, so i left thinking that car was never going to be mine went back home bumb out thinking hes not going to waste hes time trying to get me the car... monday came and it was about 10 am and i recived a call from z carz telling me to pick up my new m3 i was so suprised he acully put the time and effort to get me my dream car .most dealers wouldnt do that if some one doesnt have the best credit but he did and i went to pick up my car he even lowered the price to make ends meet.. i will defanetly go back to him if i ever needed to buy another car hes honest,helpfull and sticks to hes word i would give him ten stars if it was posssible im so happy with the car im loving it more and more everyday thank zuhair * * * * * * * * * * read more

This is my first Yelp endorsement. I purchased a used A4 2009 convertible from Zuhair in March, 2014. And although the viewing/purchasing experience was satisfying, I am glad I waited before writing this post eight months later. After the purchase, I had 2 minor issues with the car. I damaged the front bumper at a doctor's office. Zuhair referred me to a reliable colleague for a quick estimate. My insurance company also agreed to let repair the bumper with this body shop. Gabriel (body shop owner) was very professional, meticulous and timely in his work. Gabriel also repaired 2 other minor scratches in the back bumper for free. The second issue was that my oil change light was activated late on Friday and none of the Audi dealers would give me an appointment. Zuhair referred me to another colleague who took care of it for me that afternoon. I would like to express my huge gratitude to Zuhair. I am appreciative of his graciousness. His colleagues are also wonderful. The level of caring/service , even after the vehicle was sold, tells me that Zuhair treats his customers like how he would treat his family. I am immensely pleased. I sold a Land Rover through ZCarz on consignment. I had done a fair bit of research on the value of the vehicle, and wasn't interested in buying a new car, otherwise i probably just would have traded it in. I didn't have the time or desire to sell it myself though, and deal with all the phone calls and test drives, so consignment seemed like a good option. I had never done something like that before, and I wanted to find someone running a small entrepreneurial business, who might be willing to work with me. Although it may not be the preferred engagement model for Zuhair (I think he prefers to buy and sell) I felt that he was being very honest with me when we met and discussed the value of the vehicle, and the time it would take to sell it (which took about 2 months, which is what he predicted up front). He asked for a reasonable markup, and handled all of the interfacing to potential buyers, and all of the paperwork on the transaction. I was very happy with the whole experience, and would recommend him as a very capable and trustworthy person to deal with. read more

I have a new car on order from a factory dealer and had qualms about selling my current car, an older (2006) Electric Red BMW 325i with manual transmission. Even though it is in great condition, it has a somewhat limited market appeal. I wouldn't expect much in trade-in from the dealer and really didn't want to go through the problems of selling it to a private party. I found Zuhair on Yelp and sent him an email, which he answered back almost immediately. I went to see him that afternoon. He examined the car and we took a quick test drive. After honestly discussing the full range of selling prices, which agreed exactly with my online research, he made me a very fair offer between dealer and private party, and bought it on the spot. We purchased a 2002 4Runner Sport at a terrific price, we are delighted with this vehicle. At first I was very hesitant to drive to an unknown car dealership, however shortly after arriving and speaking with Zuhair we realized he was honest, true to his word and a professional. What can I say zuhair time and time again delivers the goods! I have bought two cars from him in the last 5 years and I can't be more satisfied! A month ago I decided to sell my car and upgrade to a Tesla due to my new commute! I contacted Z and he happened to have a couple available in his inventory but Z suggested to hold of and get a 2017 model due to the fact that anything older than that won't qualify for the new DMV stickers that I needed for Carpool lane. A week later he was able to locate a beautiful Gray one with low miles. He sent me pictures and full report and quoted me a great price. I called Zuhair Saturday morning (3/19/16) about a 2009 Audi A5 3.2 he had posted to Craigslist the night before. First off I told him that my credit wasn't great. He was extremely up front with me regarding the possibilities of getting or not getting a loan. I submitted my credit app and he got back to me very quickly with a positive response. We met this morning at his Warehouse in San Carlos and he couldn't have been nicer. Showed me the car, which is absolutely beautiful!! Z carz really is 'as good as it gets'. If this yelp review had an option for 10 starts I would give it. Zuhair is an incredibly personable, kind, and helpful person. But REALLY all those things! Not just on the surface like most car dealers. I purchased a car from him which was an awesome car but ended up not being the right fit for me. Even after not being his client anymore, he helped me cancel the extended warranty and gave me exceptional advice. AND he even caught things on my new contract (from a well known dealership) that were completely unfair. If I lived closer I would have just got the new car from him. In fact my biggest regret is not just going straight back to him despite the long commute. I very well may get my future car from him because he was such an awesome person to work with. Zuhair is more than awesome!!! A lot of people complain how stressful it is to buy a car and how you should avoid car dealerships, but Z Carz isn't one of those pushy dealerships. I bought my Audi A4 from Zuhair and he couldn't have made the experience more pleasant. He wasn't rushing me while I was looking at the cars, he even let me to test drive it without him *it made me want to drive off and never come back* :D He is a very honest person and really knows his cars. Even after I bought my car and the brake sensors came on (to change the front breaks which would've been fine to drive for 4-6 months,) Zuhair changed the brakes and the rotors for free! I bought an 2014 Audi S4 from Z Carz and it was a great experience.I highly recommend this dealership. Their cars all in mint condition, low miles, and well taken care off. Zuhair definitely is professional in what he does, very honest and he's friendly as well. He helped me get a great deal financing and I got to say that I love my new ride. I scheduled an appointment with Zuhair and he was so informative over the phone, not like other dealers who try to drag you in for a test drive. I highly recommend this dealership. Their cars all in mint condition, low miles, and well taken care off. Zuhair definitely is professional in what he does, very honest and he's friendly as well. He helped me get a great deal financing my 2006 X5 and I got to say that I love my new ride. I scheduled an appointment with Zuhair and he was so informative over the phone, not like other dealers who try to drag you in for a test drive. I accompanied my girlfriend as she stressed about going to a car dealership and dealing with the annoying sales process. I tried to prepare her for the worst as my car buying experiences are always far from pleasant, but dealing with Z Carz was probably the most relaxed, easy, simply car buying process I've ever gone through, if even on the periphery. Z Carz took care of me big time!! I ended up with the 2011 Audi A4 with all the bells and whistles. I sold My Audi A5 quattro convertible to ZcarZ.First I posted my car on Craiglist and Zuhair called me. One week before I bought a car at Porsche and the price they were giving me to trade in my Audi was ridiculous, that's why I decided to post it to Craiglist myself. When Zuhair called me I was a little resistant but when I came to San carlos to meet him with the car he was very professional and did not try to lowball the car. He was super helpful and gave me a very fair price in a fast and pleasant negotiation. Places like Carmax or Dealers try to take advantage of you...Sure I could maybe get a little extra waiting and selling the car myself, but definitely not worth the pain. I spent many many many hours researching and test driving Audis around the Bay area, Zuhair by far was the easiest/most helpful person to deal with and is extremely knowledgable on top of that. I was really impressed with his selection and the way he runs his dealership. He assisted me every step of the way with my purchasing of a 2010 A4 (which I absolutely LOVE). During the purchasing process I had to make trips via Caltrain and Zuhair was kind enough to offer me a ride from the station to his dealership, which I think goes to show the type of person he is. Gives you the facts about the car and is more than fair with his prices. All the cars in his shop are immaculate and he is willing to help you find the one you want. He works with you on price and offers great financing, if you need it. At no time did I ever feel the sterotypical cars sale push.
