    My boyfriend and I walked into this small family auto dealership that welcome us with full arms. Our car was totaled and we were getting desperate and discouraged from all the No's we got from a bunch of dealers. Ben did more than expected and that was to make sure we got the car we came and asked for. He let us take the lead on what we wanted, literally. He had so much patience with us, he was thorough with our options, and he let us test drive the vehicle on a beautiful and long route. I was so amazed that we walked away with the vehicle we wanted. Ben seriously worked with what we came with and made it happen. We love our 2018 Chevy Malibu! I recommend coming to Rolling Motors for a number of reasons - the efficiency of their inventory system, the application process, & the customer service that Ben and his team serves. Bad credit friendly!!

    Ben, the owner of Rolling Motors provided us with a great buying experience yesterday. We were looking for a dependable, low mileage used car that is eco-friendly. We found a listing on Car Guru that looked right for us. When we phoned the dealership, Ben gave us a quick summary & he volunteered to hold the car from other potential buyers until we could check it out that afternoon. Their sales approach is completely transparent. Ben showed us all the car reports, the complete service records, & exactly what he paid to acquire & service the car for sale. After adding his mark-up of $900 we did a fast & easy deal & drove home an hour later. They also got us financing at a below market rate that really surprised me. We purchased our Toyota Prius V with less than 30,000 miles below the KBB wholesale price. It is the top line version (model 5) loaded with all options available & it looks & drives like new for half the price a new car would have cost us. We will be referring our friends to Rolling Motors for the best values out there & their unique approach. Would give them 6 stars if we could.

When I purchased my vehicle in 2024, the used car manager displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude from the beginning. At the time of purchase, I was sold a vehicle with a cracked windshield and was promised that it would be repaired. That promise was never fulfilled. Additionally, I purchased the rims and tire protection package through the dealership. Despite this, I have repeatedly experienced difficulties when trying to have my tires replaced. Each time I visit for tire service, I am given a hard time and asked to pay out of pocket, even though I was told the package would cover these issues. I have asked the service department to verify my coverage with their finance department, since the package was purchased directly through them, but they have failed to properly review my account. On multiple occasions, the staff has been unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Most concerning, they failed to properly inspect my flat tire and told me it was fine, when it clearly was not. This is not only frustrating but also a serious safety concern. Neglecting to properly assess a customer's vehicle could have resulted in an accident. This has not been a one-time issue -- it has been a repeated pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior. I expected much better service and integrity from this dealership. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider where they choose to spend their money.

Recently, just two days after another service visit, my car was again targeted for theft , this time the attempt was unsuccessful. Same day my credit card was also used fraudulently. It was the same card used at the dealership. I'm not making accusations, but the timing and repetition are alarming. Customers should be aware and take precautions after servicing their vehicles. David explained the technician would take a look at my concern and get back to me shortly with a diagnosis and plan for repair if needed. Three hours later, I received a call from David with a clear update on what they found and the next steps for repair. When I initially arrived, he asked if I had an extended warranty so he could start a claim. By the time he followed up, he had already taken care of everything and was just waiting for approval, which I really appreciated. About an hour later, David called back to let me know the warranty work had been approved. He also informed me that the required part had been ordered and was expected to arrive Friday or possibly Monday. I let him know they could keep the truck over the weekend, with the hope it would be ready sometime the following week. To my surprise, I received a call from David at 3:30 p.m. the very next day (Friday) letting me know the repair was already completed and my vehicle was ready for pickup at my convenience. Talk about fast and efficient service! When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was greeted by Kevin, who seamlessly handled the checkout process and personally brought my vehicle up for me. After dealing with less-than-great service at other local dealerships, I decided to give Putnam Chrysler Dodge a try--and I'm beyond impressed! I waited until 330 and went inside the lobby. Another advisor kindly decided to help me. I showed him the issue (water condensation inside the light of a 4 month old Cadillac). He said that it would go away after a couple of days. I informed him it's been that way for 1.5 weeks. He then informed me that it was common for all of their cars including corvettes. I then informed him that I'd go to another dealer who actually cared. I went to the SSF Cadillac location this morning, and they were prompt, helpful, and the warranty part will arrive on Monday. Honestly, Joe Putnam would be embarrassed at how badly the service has degraded at his dealership. I would skip this location in the future and recommend servicing your vehicle elsewhere.

He didn't flinch - he took my papers and keys and said it would be done in 40 minutes. He nailed it: perfectly on time, cheaper than all other places, and with a complete explanation of how to complete the registration. He's always professional and pleasant - one of the shrinking pool of business owners that actually provides "service." He's 3 for 3 with my smogs so far, so why would you go anywhere else?

He makes up the smog failure as a visual problem, he just tells you it failed the visual, then does no repairs, and then just re-tests the vehicle, and it passes the second time for more smog money, plus the fake repairs. This guy is a con man, and should lose his BAR Smog License, and probably should be doing jail time for fraud. If this has happened to you, contact me ASAP, and i will tell you how to file a formal complaint with the BAR Bureau of Automotive Repair. BAR is the state run smog test people who would love to hear from you about any weird encounters with Economy Smog Check in Burlingame at 1480 Broadway inside the Shamrock gas station. The guys name is JJ, and he is the owner. On your smog test paperwork is his state issued BAR license number, so send me that BAR number, the type of failed test reason, and the date this happened to you. I will help you file a complaint with the state of California BAR and the County Fraud Department too.
