    Dropped my Model S Plaid there for them to check out the issues with the suspension. Car was driving normally fine, and while I'm on the freeway, suddenly all electrical components were shut off, ABS, Lane Departure, Regenerated Brake, Stability ..... After looking at the car they found out the rear right toe link was damage (broken at the bracket). However, they decided not to continue to do anymore works on the car due to the aftermarket parts that was installed (previous owner installed the N2titive Lower Links), also charged me $90. I asked if they can replace the lower links with the OEM parts, so they can continue to work on the car, but they refused to work or touch anything that is aftermarket or non tesla parts. They wanted me to take the car to whatever shop that I want to remove N2titive Lower Links and put back the original (which I don't have). I meant they offer no other alternative solution just complete rejected the car. They rather do that and have customer drive home with a car that has a broken toe link. It's very and super dangerous to drive the car under such conditions. Anything can happen, I meant the wheel can just fall off and fly to other cars, people, including me, might get injured or die as the result. I meant their policy of not working on cars with aftermarket parts is one thing but at least warn me with the conditions of the car or told me to tow the car instead of drive it. After found out about the broken Toe Link, I did some research and foud that Tesla is known to have issues with their suspension system. Even though there is no recall on any of the parts but it's a well known topic/issues in the Tesla Forum and on the internet. People in the forum suggested me to reach out to Tesla and reason with them about this defected Toe Link and see if they perform the "good will" fix. Tesla Service Center at Burlingame rejected everything that I asked. The service advisor Lissette Gutierrez and her service manager Vickie repeatedly stated that the Toe Link broke due to wear and tear, not defected. I meant use your common sense Vickie, looks like you have some, just refused to use it. If it's due to wear and tear, how is it possible to break at the 45k miles. They just wanted to avoid the liability and ignore the issue/problems and facts about their parts in suspension. I understand that they have a right to refuse to work on cars with aftermarket parts but this is BS. I took the car there for alignment before and they didn't say anything about the aftermarket pars. They did the alignment or at least they said they did. By the way, that was also a horrible job. They didn't provide me with the alignment results, the before and after readings and how they corrected it, and the tires still went bad in about 5-7K miles. And I'm sure they worked on cars with aftermarket parts before (please comment on this). Anyhow, figured that they would use the aftermarket parts for the solution, I asked them if they can provide me a new Toe Link, and I'll bring my car to other shops who are willing to do the work to install. I still believe this is the least least they can do to correct the issue. Lissette and Vickie, especially Vickie, rejected my offer, continue saying that Toe Links broke due to wear and tear but they were happy to sell me one instead. After found out it only cost $80 for the Toe Link (probably cost Tesla $10-20 to make it from China), I gave up with the conversation with the Manager Vickie. I feel like I'm freaking waste my time to convince them on something like this for $80. So why do I write this such long review to complain about them, some of you might ask. It's all about what is right, what is reasonable, and how Tesla service Center at Burlingame, especially Lissette and Vickie treat their customers. I have 3 Tesla cars and have been referred friends and family to buy Tesla. Spreading the good words about Tesla but Lissette and Vickie at Tesla Service in Burlingame now has completely changed my mind about Tesla. Great work there Vickie!! For now you lost a customer, and soon you will lose more if you continue to do business like this.

    There's a nice supercharger in Burlingame, which offers Bay views from the trail which runs along the water. The trail is just steps away from the charging station. It is a perfect spot to charge your car and take a walk while waiting to pick someone up from SFO. Way nicer than cell waiting lot. Attached is some pictures I took!     Service is always helpful, prompt and willing to answer questions. Morville and the team at Burlingame Tesla recently helped me test drive the 2025 Model S Plaid. Another time, the staff helped to replace the windshield wipers on a Tesla owned rental. Nothing but good things to say about this location. They also have snacks and coffee which is always a plus!

At the time of purchase, I was sold a vehicle with a cracked windshield and was promised that it would be repaired. That promise was never fulfilled. Additionally, I purchased the rims and tire protection package through the dealership. Despite this, I have repeatedly experienced difficulties when trying to have my tires replaced. Each time I visit for tire service, I am given a hard time and asked to pay out of pocket, even though I was told the package would cover these issues. I have asked the service department to verify my coverage with their finance department, since the package was purchased directly through them, but they have failed to properly review my account. On multiple occasions, the staff has been unhelpful and unwilling to assist. Most concerning, they failed to properly inspect my flat tire and told me it was fine, when it clearly was not. This is not only frustrating but also a serious safety concern. Neglecting to properly assess a customer's vehicle could have resulted in an accident. This has not been a one-time issue -- it has been a repeated pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior. I expected much better service and integrity from this dealership. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider where they choose to spend their money.

Recently, just two days after another service visit, my car was again targeted for theft , this time the attempt was unsuccessful. Same day my credit card was also used fraudulently. It was the same card used at the dealership. I'm not making accusations, but the timing and repetition are alarming. Customers should be aware and take precautions after servicing their vehicles. I hope management seriously reviews security and customer data-handling practices.

David explained the technician would take a look at my concern and get back to me shortly with a diagnosis and plan for repair if needed. Three hours later, I received a call from David with a clear update on what they found and the next steps for repair. When I initially arrived, he asked if I had an extended warranty so he could start a claim. By the time he followed up, he had already taken care of everything and was just waiting for approval, which I really appreciated. About an hour later, David called back to let me know the warranty work had been approved. He also informed me that the required part had been ordered and was expected to arrive Friday or possibly Monday. I let him know they could keep the truck over the weekend, with the hope it would be ready sometime the following week. To my surprise, I received a call from David at 3:30 p.m. the very next day (Friday) letting me know the repair was already completed and my vehicle was ready for pickup at my convenience. Talk about fast and efficient service! When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was greeted by Kevin, who seamlessly handled the checkout process and personally brought my vehicle up for me. After dealing with less-than-great service at other local dealerships, I decided to give Putnam Chrysler Dodge a try--and I'm beyond impressed! The attention to detail and genuine care from the team exceeded my expectations. I'll absolutely be bringing my vehicle back for any future service, whether it's covered under warranty or not. I waited until 330 and went inside the lobby. Another advisor kindly decided to help me. I showed him the issue (water condensation inside the light of a 4 month old Cadillac). He said that it would go away after a couple of days. I informed him it's been that way for 1.5 weeks. He then informed me that it was common for all of their cars including corvettes. I then informed him that I'd go to another dealer who actually cared. I went to the SSF Cadillac location this morning, and they were prompt, helpful, and the warranty part will arrive on Monday. Honestly, Joe Putnam would be embarrassed at how badly the service has degraded at his dealership. I would skip this location in the future and recommend servicing your vehicle elsewhere.

Noe Sanchez was the sales person and he was knowledgeable, affable and considerate. Raj, the finance manager, was great despite having to fight with some of the worst software I've dealt with in a long time (No fault of Raj's, the software crashed on him multiple times during the signing process). Even so, Raj and I had a nice conversation and I was done and out in a reasonable amount of time.
