After a minor fender bender, I took my Lucid Air to Lucid's new certified paint and body shop, and they returned it looking brand new. They worked with me and my insurance company and made sure every part that needed to be replaced was replaced, not simply repaired. The car is finished in three-stage Zenith Red paint, I was concerned about how difficult it would be to match. They nailed it on the first try and the color match is flawless. After I picked up the car, I noticed a small blemish. I brought it to their attention, and they got my car back into the shop almost immediately and had it corrected by the next day. Jesus was my point of contact throughout the entire process, and he was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way and even arranged for some unrelated warranty work to be completed while the car was already at the dealership, saving me an extra trip. Because Lucid vehicles are still relatively new, insurance estimating databases don't always have complete information on the models. The team made sure everything was quoted accurately and that all repairs were performed correctly. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional, the communication with Jesus was excellent, and the paint work exceeded my expectations. LOL, in my life of having owning so many different brands of car, never a "DEALER" told me I need to bring it to a 3rd party to fix. This a service center is a JOKE. read more

I picked up my 2025 Lucid Air Touring here at the end of last year and the sales team was nothing but super helpful in matching us with the exact car we were looking for at such an attractive price with all the incentives included. During pick up, we were welcomed by a host that gave us an explanation of how the car works and Eric Bach himself, chief engineer of Lucid, was there to welcome us to the Lucid family. However, the best part yet came with the service team. Travis and Richard wrote the book on how car service should operate. They only have a team of four covering the entire Bay Area but they definitely make you feel like you are the most important client. Very easy to communicate with via text and phone and their response and solutions are second to none. I've owned many luxury brands before and nothing comes close to my experience here. We own a 2022 Grand Touring (Sticker Price $140K). Incredible car, until something goes wrong. Support is nothing short of nightmarish. We are currently working through issues with the exterior camera system that went completely dark & no longer works, phone charging pad that also doesn't work, and temperamental trunk closing struts that rarely work. The Homelink Garage opener is also filled with issues so we just use our clicker....Still one month into the journey & patiently waiting for parts & scheduling service at a third party garage that Lucid contracts. We are extremely concerned at this point...and it gets even more regrettable daily. Another added frustration came recently while one of Lucid's mobile service technicians were at our home, attempting to repair our Grand Touring. The technician advised us to take advantage of a new recall/rebate for all weather floor mats. Considering our original floor mats are pristine, and we do not need to replace them, the technician pointed out the rebate program for reimbursement & floor anchoring that would help prevent our current mats from sliding around the floor. In turn, we were instructed to order new mats on the website, which costed $307.50, to take advantage of the program. Technician even helped us order the item to ensure we did it correctly. We received the new floor mats but unfortunately, the mats sold on Licid's website are only compatible with 2024 models or newer....which doesn't work for our 2022 GT. We literally were told to buy incompatible floor mats that we didn't need in the first place, and they don't fit nor align. Upon reaching out to the technician for help - Our technician told us the Website store is a different part of Lucid & he couldn't help fix the issue. He took full responsibility for the miscommunication but said his hands were tied to genuinely help, and we were on our own to battle the website store. In turn, we have been calling every number/department we can, just to get a resolution. After countless hours across several days since, we got the standard response via email laying out the financial penalties we'd face by trying to return these incompatible floor mats...we must pay for the return label, we will have the original shipping costs of $40 deducted from our reimbursement, and a 15% restocking fee. Super nice people. After many more hours of calling, and begging for anyone to help us...we finally got some marginal help with a return label & removing the "15% Restocking Fee" but, we are still being charged $40 for the initial shipping. In turn, we returned the mats which were received by Lucid, according to FedEx tracking. So now Lucid has the floor mats in hand BUT, We haven't received any confirmation nor reimbursement for the return, so we went back to calling into the Website store again - just to get a run around that no one can help us, no managers nor supervisors are available, and someone will call us back....which never happens. All over some FLOOR MATS we didn't need in the first place.... Would love our $$ back. Would love reassurance that Lucid isn't fraudulent. Would love to see anyone at Lucid resolve a simple issue, admit a silly error, and make things right...oh, and we're still struggling to get an assortment of issues fixed with the car. If you're looking to buy a Lucid, don't. If you need service or support, it's an awfulexperience that will drain your time and $$....& the Lucid team truly does not seem to care whatsoever. Who would have thought it was so hard to buy a car. Didn't get the financing numbers for 6 days (and deposit goes non-refundable at day 7), manager told me to re-apply for financing as the new incentives would make my payment go down. So I reapplied as directed, the result of which made my credit score go down, and my payment went... up. Call manger to try and understand if there was a mistake, he won't take calls or respond to emails. Can't get a straight answer from anyone. Really bad experience. read more

Bought a new Lucid Air on Dec 20, 2024. I was assigned to the Millbrae Service Center. A request for service put in by the sales rep upon delivery is still awaiting a response (1 month later). Unfortunately they don't answer phone calls, ever. I need to schedule service for my car due to some "early infancy" issues. I was able to get in touch with a supervisor via the customer service and was twice given an appointment for mobile service, nobody showed up. I am calling customer service, service center, texting the supervisor 2-3 days a week, nothing. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste time with a Lucid car. read more
