I'm happy to say I am very pleased with the service I received today from Concord Locksmith. I had a shed door with the deadbolt stuck in the locked position. I called this morning and explained it was not an urgent situation, but Sam made it out to me this afternoon anyway. I had trouble getting my car door to unlock and stopped by without an appointment and a pretty young gal came (Lisa?) out the back and said of course she can help me without an appointment. Come today because I broke the key to my car, it happened at night and called another locksmith that told me he was confident he can fix the key after i told him the make and model. When he got there, he said the key had a transponder and would not be able to do it! Told me to go to the dealership the next day which I did and they couldnt help me either! It was such a quick visit, they made 2 keys for a total on $9. Just a really good experience. I had a key made a week ago and it was bad and actually caused a problem with the starter. These guys are great -- I own investment properties in Concord and needed a new mailbox lock installed for one of my condos. I left a voicemail for them on a Monday evening asking them to call me first thing the next morning, which they did. I had seen this locksmith around for years and when I needed a duplicate transponder for my 2012 Chevy Sonic, I thought first of them rather than go to the local dealership. Sam was the person I worked with and he was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable about keys and car transponders. I had had an unpleasant experience at the Concord Chevy Dealership, and I wanted to try elsewhere first. Sam explained the process of what he would be doing, the cost and how long it would take.
