The eggplant was in a light sauce, tofu perfectly lightly fried. Rice was simple, the salad was light, & refreshing. Kind Vegetables had different soy protein and tofu. The "beef" was WOW! Veggies were cooked to just that bite, and she said all ingredients were organic as much as possible. Bigger flavors too. Then that Paradise Tangy Orange chikn came- seriously sweet, spicy, tangy, bits of pineapple & sweet peppers. You can taste the love in every bite! They have two restrooms that are available for customers- expect a long wait time. The restrooms need more attention and maintenance especially during high-traffic times. The staff cleaning and clearing the tables were friendly and efficient. They were fast at bussing tables and getting them ready for the next guests. They also swept the outdoor seating area frequently which helped keep the seagulls at bay.
