Had a slight issue ordering from the site but Desi was super quick to rectify, especially since I tried rebooking my order and they were all of a sudden out of spots. I ordered a pepperoni, meatball, spinach and mushroom pie and requested to pick it up later that evening. We made the drive out and found the pop up in a garage kitchen tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Desi had our pizza boxed and ready to take home. His customer service was homely and genuine, the kind you would have with a long time friend. The pizza was Needless to say-superb. Cheese pull=awesome, sauce=awesome. I can't believe how good this pizza is! We met Desi in his garage-turned-kitchen and saw how the sausage was made. Once he took our pizza out of the oven, he ladled it with extra sauce. No wonder the food was packed with flavor. The dough was soft and supported all the cheese and meat so well. It was the pillowiest, cheesiest bite that went on forever like a great party in my mouth. We were so happy we forgot to take photos of the pie before we dug in! And don't get me started on the tiramisu. It was so good it snapped me out of my bad mood. I ate it the day after, to let the ice thaw out of it (but it's good to eat on the day you order it - this was just my preference). It's probably as good, if not better than the tiramisu at Uovo. There's no need to travel to Chicago for a Pie when we have this place so close by... the owner Desi was so nice and very welcoming. I called him and within the hour I had the pizza in my hand. Not gonna lie at first I thought it was a little on the small side for the price but when he handed me the box, that box was heavy. Prob between 4-5lbs. We couldn't wait to get home and eat it. The marinera sauce had the perfect consistency not to watery or not to chunky it was just perfect. I felt like there was no ending to the cheese pulling not complaining I love cheese. Crust was crunchy and soft at the same time. Overall the best Chicago style pizza in town. I Deff will be coming back and sending friends and fam to try it out. read more

Chi Town Pizza is 100% worth the hype! It's worth the wait (I had to schedule my pizza about a week in advance and the first pickup is at 5pm), it's worth the price, and it's def worth the drive (I live about 35 min away). It's the perfect sauce to cheese to topping to crust ratio. Flavors are amazing!
