My second visit to Your Pie was just as great as the first, and honestly even better. The first time we came on opening day, it was pretty busy and I accidentally confused the cashier by giving the wrong number of items, so my pizza came out after my family had already finished, totally my fault, not theirs. Despite the rush, the staff stayed patient and kind. My pizza was brought out almost instantly and it was so good! Today we stopped by during lunch, and everything was smooth and quick. We ordered the lunch special for my niece, and my son and I shared a pizza. The lunch special came with chips and a drink, which was a great deal. We took our food to go, and the staff was very accommodating and efficient, super helpful since my son was getting ready for his nap. The restaurant was very clean! Tables were all clean and it was decorated so cute for Valentine's Day. My son had a blast playing in the kids' area and on the arcade game, which made the visit even more enjoyable. We stayed a little longer, then took our pizza home, and it tasted amazing. We're so happy to have found a new pizza spot in Azusa. Being downtown and close by is a huge plus. I came to Your Pie specifically for the $9.99 lunch special. The lunch special is Mondays-Friday from 11AM - 4PM and for dine in only. It includes a 10 inch pizza, 20oz drink and choice of any bag of chips. This a DEAL! Any spot that offers a budget friendly lunch special is worth a visit. The location is right next to Subway and Nektar in downtown Azusa. The parking in front is limited and tight. However there's adjacent parking within this complex. The location is spacious! Many tables and booths are offered as well as section where there are kids toys and a TMNT arcade to play. There's also plenty of TVs to watch sports and hang out with a groups of friends or date nights. The cashier was welcoming and the other staff were super friendly and checked on me while I dining in. You come in and follow the signs and place your order then staff will deliver your orders to your table. For my lunch special, I got a pepperoni pizza and the spicy dill pickle chips. My pizza was ready within 5-10 minutes. The pizza was solid. Good flavors from the pepperoni and cheesy! For $10, this is worth coming by to Your Pie. I ate a few slices and took the rest to go in a mini pizza box. Overall, I'm glad I stopped by and would definitely come back again when craving pizza. This is great spot for Downtown Azusa. I had such a great experience at Your Pie in Azusa. The hot honey pizza was incredible not spicy at all, just perfectly balanced, delicious, and full of flavor. Every bite hit. Their sandwiches are truly next-level. Not your average sandwich at all crunchy, soft, and packed with flavor. I don't even eat tomatoes, but I still devoured the chicken caprese because it was that good. The lemon pepper parmesan wings were so tasty and juicy, honestly incredible. The Nats Chicken Pesto was perfection there wasn't a single thing I didn't enjoy on the menu. To top it all off, the creamy gelato was the perfect finish. Make sure you save room before you leave. They're newly owned, Leslie and Alex make you feel like family, and you can really tell they care about quality and flavor. Your Pie is one of the newer restaurants in Downtown Azusa. I stopped by recently to give it a try. It's like another place to make custom/BYO pizzas. The location is quite spacious. If I remember correctly, it used to be an AT&T. I was greeted upon entry and followed the sign to place an order. I love pizzas with lots of veggies, so I went with their #1 which is their Lineage Supreme Pizza that came with mushrooms, red onion, pepperoni, black olives, spicy Italian sausage, and green bell peppers. I also ordered a 6 piece of baked lemon pepper wings. I also asked for a side of their hot honey, which was more of a pizza sauce. Customer service was quick and friendly. The food was ready in about 10 or so minutes. The wings arrived first. The outside was light and crispy. It could've used more seasoning. The pizza was so cheesy. It was light on the vegetables. Next time, I'll ask for a bit more mushrooms. I actually saw a customer order a pizza with a wild amount of toppings that they had to bake twice. The pizza had a nice char. We recently came here to try their vegan pizza. We ordered a 14" two topping pizza. They have keto friendly premade crusts made of cauliflower, but we ordered a regular crust with vegan cheese, cauliflower, and mushrooms. There are many other veggies to pick from as well. The young people working here were attentive, welcoming, and friendly. There are plenty of tables indoors. We made it into your pie for the soft opening to try the pizza, but really we were there for the gelato LOL (we were driving by last week and saw the sign for gelato and so we stopped before they were open and found out about their soft opening). My husband and I were just saying last week that if somebody opened a gelato place in the Glendora area they would clean up because I'm sick of driving to West Covina to get gelato. All the workers were friendly, restaurant has plenty of light from windows and good lighting. The ingredients all looked fresh, except for the mushrooms which were strangely brown and mushy, so I didn't get those. The gelato was great and the chocolate was very rich and delicious, although I think they serve it more at the temperature of ice cream than Gelato, so it doesn't have that creamy mouthfeel...but still yummy! The thin crust pizza tasted delicious. The restaurant was clean. The staff were warm and friendly. However, the pizza fell apart due to collapsing crust. Too thin? Heavy toppings? Too moist? I don't know but we had to fold our pizzas and treat the slices like tacos. I ordered the meal which included a drink and gelato. The drink dispenser head plopped into my lemonade. Gross and strange. The gelato felt gummy and tasted like unfresh ice cream. I tried two flavors and both were not palatable. Came in during my lunch break just trying out a new spot. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and an order of their buffalo wings. The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the food was ready very quickly leaving me good time to actually eat my lunch, which is a huge win in my book. The sandwich gets a 3.5/5 from me as it had a bit too much onion for my taste however the bread felt and tasted like a thin pizza crust which was delicious and new. the sauce that came with the sandwich was also extremely delicious and the sandwich itself was HUGE. The wings get a 5/5 from me. They were crispy and saucy, and extremely flavorful. Heard music on a Thursday during an awesome street fair. We got hungry and followed the band to Your Pie. Not your average build your own pizza, I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I am a sucker for bread and they used a pizza dough that was so yummy and deliciously soft. The flavor was great. The kids meal comes with a pizza, drink and Gelato for $10! Alert! New pizza place in the area. Made a trip on Friday to have lunch. Your Pie is a very similar concept to Pieology, Blaze or Mod Pizza which I wasn't expecting. My first time order was a 7 inch pizza, with a grab and go Ceasar Salad, a small fountain drink and 1 scoop of Gelato. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza was good. Right on par with the other concepts mentioned. The crust was thin with a nice crunch. Next time I'll try the larger size to see how that differs. The grab and go salad was simply a serving of Romain and house made dressing. ( efficient for ordering but not inspiring) it was fresh. The Gelato was delicious and my 1 scoop order was just that, 1 carefully measured scoop, nothing more nothing less. The service here was awesome. The staff was very helpful attentive and nice and I hope they continue this as the store matures. The energy was very good, you could feel the excitement of the new opening. My order which I shared was basically $27 before gratuity. To me, a bit pricey for a single lunch. If you go with a couple friends and order the larger pizza, you can probably get your cost per person down. They also serve beer here. Hopefully some lunch specials will be added in the future once they settle in. Bad customer service and harassed customers for their own mistakes. We have paid for the salad, but it is their fault that they messed up on the bills, so they thought we didn't pay for it. In the middle of our dinner, the cashier who messed up our bill came to us and asked us to pay for the salad, after we told her that we have paid already and she left with apologies. The most irritating part is how stupid the manger handle the whole situation, which we called him to complain about the situation. Instead of apologizing to us first, he told us to not feel offended and it's very common that human beings made mistakes. At last, he apologized in a brief way and left without a word. This place opened by my house. I am one for trying new places in my neighborhood. I ordered pizza for my family. Everyone had their own personal pizzas. I also ordered chips, pasta with meatballs, parm wings and jalapeno ranch. I picked it up after ordering online. I There was no parking, so my son ran in to get our order. He came out with a box and a round container. That's it! I had to go in and show them my order. So we are big foodies and love to try new things as I said. After we started eating, we all discussed the food. Everyone said it was bland. there was no taste. Even the wings were bland. Oh and they forgot the jalapeno ranch dressing. Very bad customer service. First we ordered the 10 pieces chicken wings and we made it a meal with a salad. We have paid $4.99 for the salad, but I don't know why the system didn't recognize it or not, so in the middle of our dinner, the cashier who charged us $4.99 for salad came to us and asked us to pay for the salad. I felt so offended and harassed, so I pulled out the receipt and showed to her. She apologized and went back, so I called the other guy who was the manager of the store. I explained to him the situation. Instead of apologizing to us first, he defended for his employees and said it is common that systems sometimes made mistakes and humans made mistakes too. I should not be offended and at last he apologized, then walked away. If this this restaurant does not take care of the training of the employees at the customer service, nobody is gonna return.
