Build your own pasta - penne, pink sauce, and shredded parm

This food was GREAT! I am so excited to try more items from their menu. We ordered delivery and were so very impressed with the quality and taste of our food. Everything was seasoned to perfection! We got the spaghetti chicken parm and a BYO pasta. Both were awesome! My only downside was that we asked for spinach in the chicken parm and it didn't come with that but everything tasted so good that I didn't even mind.

Create your own with pink sauce, basil, spinach, Parmesan cheese and breaded chicken.

After seeing so many great reviews, we finally tried it! The reviews said portions were shareable. Not if you have a teenager! Good size portion for a teenager or two adults. We created our own pasta with pink sauce, basil, spinach, Parmesan cheese and breaded chicken. The best pink sauce I've ever had! The breaded chicken is so good, needed a double portion. We used their app to order. Parking is awful on a Saturday night. My daughter said there wasn't available seats inside when she went in to pick up the order. Will definitely be back!

Pastaphony is located in the Glendora Public Market. It replaced the Filipino food vendor that was previously here. Inside and outside seatings are shared by all food vendors within this public market. Love its orange decor colors! PASTA, PASTA, PASTA!!! They offer signature pastas or you may build your own pasta. Breakfast items, salads, breads, drinks, and desserts are also available. I ordered via the kiosk, but you can order via the counter. I was debating to get the Fettuccine Truffle Mushroom with grilled chicken or the Spaghetti Bacon Garlic Butter. I went with the latter. It looked really good in the picture. It looked really good in front of me. However, it didn't have any WOW flavor IMHO... just butter, bacon, and spaghetti as what's in the name of the pasta dish. Taste was just okay. Portions was decent. Hence, 3 stars! Staff was friendly and helpful. Wait time was about 15-20 minutes... not too bad. Pricing was a bit higher than the norm for pasta. Nevertheless, I would still return to try their fettucine dish next time.

I ordered the Fettuccini Truffle Mushroom Pasta ($19.99) at Pastaphony (Glendora). The portions are large; the pasta's sauce is creamy, thick, and flavorful; and its ingredients are a solid quality. Pastaphony (Glendora) is a solid option if desperately craving pasta. Unfortunately, Pastaphony (Glendora) feels like elevated fast food. My pasta's noodles came starchy, dense, and thick. These noodles were casually prepared and rushed. Next, the bold and tasty truffle cream sauce came very oily. Its strong one-note flavor makes you feel full quickly. In addition, its sparse thinly sliced mushrooms still had that faint raw taste that's commonly found in salads. Pastaphony (Glendora) drips with the flavor of a cookie cutter assembly line. Despite this, Pastaphony (Glendora) is tasty. The Fettuccini Truffle Mushroom Pasta is creamy, cheesy, and contains that faint aftertaste of truffle. Pastaphony (Glendora) is also delicious like an oily pizza from your favorite fast food joint. I arrived at Pastaphony (Glendora) on Tuesday (around 7:25pm). Staff (receipt says Louis) was robotic, dismissive, and fatigued. When I'd arrived, there was no line. The Fettuccini Truffle Mushroom Pasta ($19.99) was completed in eight minutes and two seconds. Absurdly fast! Pastaphony (Glendora's) ambiance relies on the Glendora Market. It's located within its building. Unfortunately, when I'd arrived this evening, it felt uncomfortable. The location smelt funky, bits of trash was on the floor, tables felt sticky, no music played, and the area felt warm & stuffy. Pastaphony (Glendora) sat silently with a bland, generic counter. Overall, Pastaphony (Glendora) is a good option for hungry guests. Its food reminded me of cooked buffet food that used quality ingredients. If searching for something casual and filling, I recommend Pastaphony (Glendora). 3.9 out of 5

Located in the Glendora Public Market, this place serves up some of the freshest Pastas you can have. Every dish is made to order as I saw a few chefs doing each order one by one. It took awhile to get our order (about 25-30 minutes) but it was totally worth it. Fettuccine Truffle Mushroom (With grilled chicken) - This dish was SOOOOO good. Big portions too so the price of 20ish dollars felt worth. Truffle flavors were kinda weak though but everything else was tasty. (4.5/5) Nutella Bombs - Pretty much like donut holes stuffed with Nutella. It's good but also nothing that crazy. (4/5) I would totally get this spot again. We ended up taking home the pasta (IMO it can easily serve 2 people comfortably). Worth!

I visited the Glendora public market and noticed a few new restaurants. I was looking for something light and decided to try their salads. The menu looks great, I really wanted to try their salads pasta but, I stuck with the Cesar salad. The cashier was super sweet and ordering was a breeze. The salad was a great choice, they give you a nice portion of protein and the dressing was already mixed it. My only issue with the salad was it was plated in a round container with a lid. I wish it was plated in an actual dish to avoid soggy croutons and warm salad. Since the chicken was fresh off the grill, it made everything warm and I prefer a cold crispy salad. I will definitely come back and try some pasta. I would recommend giving them a try.

I've been wanting to try this spot in Glendora Public Market for a while. It was worth trying! Huge portions of pasta. I love LOVE that you can customize your pasta (they also do have signature pastas listed on their menu too). Their pasta is cooked al dente, lots of free toppings, they have lots of bacon, and the flavor was delish! Everything was made to order and FRESH. Fantastic option for takeout. The lady that helped us at the counter was sweet. Our two pasta bowl order took like 15 minutes or less. Fast takeout wait time. She provided crushed red pepper packets and one grated Parmesan cheese packet. However, she forgot to supply napkins in the bag. A slight oversight but doesn't deter from the awesome customer service and quality pasta! Would come back. Next time, I'm gonna ask for less red pepper flakes or none at all, because the pasta was a tad too spicy in some bites.

Friendly service and excellent food. Pasta portions are huge! Definitely had to take left overs home and finish up there. Pastaphony is located inside the Glendora Market so parking can be a slight pain if you're arriving during the lunch rush. I'd recommend the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Grilled chicken was tende and sauce was creamy.

    Spinach Spinach and Cheese Ravioli

Pasta has good flavor.. not sure if I would say it is a good portion for the price... definitely not worth the attitude from the staff. Walked out was not greeted. I've never been here before and kind of just got stared at by the gentleman that was working. I ordered the spinach raviolis (I think this was the only kind they offered), he just gave me a blank stare as he keyed it in. Because I have not been here before I was not sure if you choose a sauce or if it comes with on. Also, it looks like you can build a pasta based on the menu, but he wasn't asking me questions so I asked him what sauce came with the ravioli, and he looked at me like I was dumb and said Alfredo. We also ordered the chicken Alfredo. For two pastas and nothing extra it was $47 ... personally I think this is pricey for a place that is not a seat down restaurant that we are being waited on..but we wanted to try it so yeah.. When you order you get a buzzer so when my buzzer went off, I came to get the order. There was no one standing there. They were off to the side. I walked up, looked around and looked at the employees put the buzzer down, and asked "am I supposed to just take this? like is this one mine?" The same guy that assisted me earlier just said yeah that's yours. I personally do not just walk up and grab food from a counter and assume it's mine. I always prefer an employee to acknowledge me and ensure that I'm properly taking what's mine. Based off of the interaction with this one employee alone, I won't be coming back. I was expecting the bowl to be fuller or to have left overs. The chicken Alfredo had good flavor and the chicken was tender and juicy. The spinach raviolis is something I would not order again.. I love spinach and love spinach raviolis but there was just something about this one I did not enjoy and it also most tasted earthy or grassy.. just not my thing.

    Ravioli with bacon! Amazing

This is the best pasta I have EVER eaten!!! The staff was incredibly nice. I got the butter garlic spaghetti with bacon and my husband got ravioli with cheese and spinach and he added bacon. When I say this was the best we have ever eaten, we are serious! I will post a picture, you can see the care the sauce was made with. I will only be coming here from now on for my pasta! Loved the feel of the entire place. They were great.

I've enjoyed seeing diners enjoying some delicious looking meals countless times so we finally made it a point stop in. We had an amazing experience from when we were seated until the end of our meal . The decor was very warm and inviting. It's nice to have a fancy restaurant in the area. Chad , our server was very personable and attentive. He gave some very constructive opinions on the wines and food options. I opted for the chicken parmagiana which was an excellent choice . The portion was large, our food came out piping hot and every bite was delicious. My partner enjoyed the special which was a spicy seafood pasta. At first bite , he actually exclaimed, "wow." This is a welcoming breath of fresh air when a lot of brunch spots have hours long waitlists or need to book reservations weeks in advance. This brunch spot features large portions at good prices, though now it is okay prices given they surcharge extra 40 cents per egg so each dish will cost $1-2 more so it can add up. We got the breakfast burrito, pork belly sandwich, pork belly hash, and steak and potato. The breakfast burrito is pretty large and hearty, with a good amount of eggs and potatoes. The pork belly sandwich has lots of sauce but the pork belly is still fairly crispy and hearty. The salad on the side was okay. The pork belly hash features crispy pork belly with a boat load of potatoes, along with spinach, caramelized onions, and roasted bell peppers. There was probably 8 pieces of pork belly so it is okay portions compared to a very hefty amount of potatoes. I love the flavor of the pork belly and how nice they made the egg over easy. The steak and potato was okay. Steak was overcooked though it was still tender. Yet again there was a hefty amount of potatoes. We also got nutella bomboloni which is a fried donut. They do it differently as the nutella is placed on top. The bombolonis I am familiar with have stuffing inside and optionally sugar outside. This was a bit sweet but it was fairly low commitment as it was $3.50. Service is decent as they check up on you a few times. I wished they gave less ice for water as the water refills were iced water too, so each refill you get less and less of actual water as ice accumulates in the cup. Food-wise, if you like the greasy spoon type of brunch spots here, then you will like it. I am more a quality over quantity person, so this was just okay of an experience for me. They just stuff lots of breakfast potatoes to make the dish filling, but in itself you are not getting that much more value than any other sit-down restaurants.

Here's why: Friday @ 12:45p, I called to place a catering order to be delivered tomorrow (Saturday) @ 5:15pm - over $200 in food. Everything was confirmed to be good-to-go. Saturday @ 5:30p as I was finishing the prep for 50 people arriving to our house (25 of them kids), I realized the food hadn't arrived so I called for the ETA. The girl was baffled at the inquiry - there was no such order - she then discovered it had been wrongly inputted as an order for Sunday! She immediately put me on hold to transfer me to the woman who incorrectly inputted my order w/o relaying any of the info to her. So when the woman got on the phone, I had to repeat the info, wait for her to understand & connect the dots, and discuss a solution. All I got was an offer to check with the kitchen and, if they weren't too busy, get the order made. She never apologized, but did agree to "rush" the order. Food arrived an hour later (after our guests arrived). No discount on the receipt, no apology - they did include a container of about a dozen mini-cookies - gee, thanks. not even enough for 1/2 our guests. And, to add insult to injury, some of the ham sandwiches had hard cartilage/ham bone (not sure) in them. Chew carefully I guess. Maybe the ownership changed b/c this is not what I expected from PPP .. how disappointing.
