I love getting breakfasts and lunches for the week for me and my kids here. I've never had anything that tasted bad, it's all so good and fresh and the sauces they give are a nice addition to the meal. It's very clean inside and they always have music playing. Every employee I've dealt with has always been super nice which is great considering I have them make 20 meals every time I go in so I know it's time consuming. My only complaint is that I get the same thing each week and the prices are never consistent. Also, one week I went in and was told I couldn't get chicken, black beans, corn, zucchini and asparagus-which is what I ALWAYS get, I was told it had to be chicken and just 3 items one week. So far, so great. Lytebite is a neat lil spot for Glendora. It's like having meal prep done right. Even down to the weight of portions of your meal/protein choices. You choose your protein, your veggies, your side, and you have options to season or unseasonably. I've been here 3 times so far and each time is a unique experience and tasting. 1Trip: BBQ Tri-tip, Sweet Potatoes and Broccoli 2 Trip: The Surf and Turf plate (chicken & shrimp), Undercooked Rice, Fajita Veggies and Broccoli 3 Trip: Carbless Pizza with Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes and Garlic Herb corn. I was happy with my all 3 meal trips, separate days. Was definitely not a fan of the Cinnamon sweet potatoes, the Cinnamon was horribly overpowering. Like having "fireball mashed potatoes" if that's your thing. Otherwise the tri'tip and steak plates are delicious. On my "hibachi" order unfortunately my rice was very hard and Undercooked. Like wax pellets. Definitely get your stuff seasoned, unless you want things just plain and microwaved "steamed" for dine in. I like this place, it is great for a clutch dinner after the gym. LyteBite is a great and tasty meal prep resource. They weigh out the protein! There are picky eaters in my home, so it's easiest for us to purchase the cooked chicken and steak by the pound, then make the carbs and the veggies at home. It saves me a ton of time (and dishes to clean) in the kitchen. The service is always spot on, consistently friendly and very patient while I decide what to order. The parking is shared in a lot with many other businesses and I have never had a difficult time finding parking. The interior is very clean and minimal, and you order at the far right side then pay at the left side. They also do delivery, but I always stop by after work so I haven't tried this yet. read more

I tried this restaurant because I wanted to see what they had on their menu. Boy, was I disappointed. The chicken was so, so dry that I had to drink water after every bite. I chose the protein pasta, and it was so dry that it seemed like it had been in the tray for a week. Healthy food is supposed to taste good. Not here! So first off, I should disclose that I have only ever ordered my food through delivery but...the delivery service has been excellent. I have my meals delivered to my place of work because I live in Los Angeles so thy unfortunately don't deliver that far out but I NEED to get my meals from here because they're just that good! But back to the delivery service: the customer service for this business is impeccable. My meals have been delivered by 3-4 different people & the ladies who receive my meals for me at the reception desk tell me they're always very friendly & courteous. The meals: Every meal that I've had has honestly been very good. They can all be customized as well which is typically what I do so they've always been prepared perfectly. The tri-tip steak with chili garlic, ground Turkey with caliente seasoning, swai fish, and salmon are my favorites! The veggies are also always fresh & still have lots of crunch! Soo...if you don't like what you're eating from here it's kind of your fault lol. Pricing: I have tried 4 different meal plans (Factor, Freshly, Flexpro Meals, & another small meal plan company) & I'd say this has to be the best bang for my buck. The food is fresh & not frozen packed plus I love that I can change what day it gets delivered or change my meals at any given moment. That's the flexibility I personally need. read more

I like the concept of this place. I ordered the teriyaki plate, all chicken, brown rice, broccoli and mixed veggies. Unfortunately, the teriyaki sauce ruined it for me as it was WAY TOO SALTY. I should have tasted it before pouring it all over my meal or even at the restaurant. I guess I thought a healthy restaurant like this would have fresh and delicious sauces. Went this afternoon to try this place out. The young men working there didn't greet us and no other customers were inside. My husband and I asked how it all worked and the worker just mumbled some details and it was hard to make out. We asked for a menu- they didn't have one. I asked how much the fit butters were- the worker didn't know. We ordered a smoothie and left. I just wasn't impressed nor did I feel welcomed. I think they need to have a better attitude since they weren't doing a good job at selling their food and services. I do not recommend this place for several reasons; the biggest reason is the food has no flavor. I am a healthy eater, and with a little effort, anything can taste good; unfortunately, that premise escapes the person creating the recipes. Another issue with this place is the employees are unfamiliar with the ingredients of the recipes, which is a problem for a place that claims they serve "clean" food. Restaurants that are offering healthy alternatives should have ingredients listed. They do not offer sugar-free sauces to add some flavor. This restaurant is a horrible place for people who have special dietary needs. I hope that the owners read this and they make some changes. Healthy places to eat are in short supply. read more

The customer service is great here, however the chicken breast cubes have a very off putting texture, and the sliced chicken breast is always dry when I eat it. The white rice is always over cooked, and the broccoli doesn't get soft after it's warmed up, it's still crunchy. I ate turkey breast, white rice and veggies when I ate inside the store , they warmed it up and the turkey became very dry I couldn't finish it and it was only 4 oz - asked for salt and pepper and they only had lemon pepper seasoning to sprinkle on my veggies because the veggies have no seasoning or sauce on them. I will still come here though to keep trying other things before I find a different spot read more
