For this meal prep service I get meals for myself and my husband and both of us hands down believe that the quality, quantity, price and most importantly flavor of these meals are amazing ! I have ordered a few times now and tried a combination of everything on the menu. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. The quality of the proteins used is great, knock on wood, never eaten a nerve or anything funky in the protein. The amount of food in each container is perfect to satisfy hunger and make you full til your next meal. I know some meal prep companies over fill the containers with carbs or veggies and you're hungry within an hour, but the portions are relatively consistent just enough protein veggies and carbs and you stay feeling energized and ready to tackle your day. We love it! The pricing is extremely reasonable and dealing with Justin is absolutely a pleasure. He is very attentive and always makes sure to keep in communication to let you know when your meals are ready. They offer protein smoothies in 24g ($12) or 36g ($14), energy teas ($9), bowls ($13.50), protein ice coffees ($8.50), and more. She recommended the salted caremel pretzel protein smoothie. That's what I got in the 24g size. It was huge and had plenty of goodness. I can taste all 3 ingredients. They were blended nicely together. Well done! This shop has good comfortable space. Very limited seating though. There was only a small couch. Maybe they'll get more seating later. She labels each meal with the name of the dish and calorie count and cooks it all from scratch, customized to your needs - and I've noticed that they keep in the refrigerator for a lot longer than food from other places because of this! I'm a health nut who has one of these meals every time I'm too tired/lazy to cook, and knowing that the food is healthy and made by a local small business is SO much better than getting takeout from Subway or other "healthy" fast food restaurants. Plus, I've never gotten a meal I didn't like. I especially love that I can mix and match plant-based vegan meals with healthy seafood and meat options.
