The pizza is good, I am a fan of bread-y thicker crust, which was yummy! It could use a bit more sauce but overall the pizza was good! Zucchini fries were good too, normal frozen Zucchini fries. Unfortunately each time that we have stopped in to the restaurant or called its been disappointing as far as service. I wouldn't say they are rude, but not friendly, not welcoming, very dry and almost like you're bothering the staff being thereand asking a question. We came in one night maybe 20 minutes before closing time, just to ask a question and we were told before and after the question that they're closing up very soon. I'm not one to leave reviews but I feel obligated for this one. Pizza was good, however the service was awful. Every single employee is on their phone, no hospitality what so ever, they seem bothered by people asking a question. The kid that brings the pizza out just sets it down and doesn't say a word, walks away, and we have no plates or napkins. We had to get up and go ask for plates. Biggest thing that bothers me is all the employees buried in their phones, highly disrespectful to your customers in my opinion. Expect decent pizza, but don't expect good service. read more

Bought lunch for a customer after they recommended Michaelangelo's and liking their pizzas. I preordered the night before for it to be ready when they opened the following day, which it was and right on time, great service l, the lady behind the counter was nice and helpful. We got a Pepperoni, a vegetarian and Michaelangelo's Special, along with garlic bread and a large green salad with blue cheese. The pizzas were tasty, a lot of toppings and the edges were crispy, I would have preferred the overall crust to stand up better, floppy on the specialty pizzas, but I guess that may be expected with the amount of toppings, but still very enjoyable and I liked it. The garlic bread was good, perfectly toasted, buttered, but not a lot of garlic. Which that could be a good or bad thing depending on taste, I prefer a bit more garlic, but again, very tasty. Lastly the salad, greens, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, pepperoncinis and mozzarella cheese, with blue cheese dressing. The blue cheese is homemade, but misses the mark for me, I typically love homemade restaurant blue cheese, but this one not so much, something was just off with it and I could not use it and enjoy the salad. I am sounding picky, which I don't mean to be, and I am not, just giving my experience. I love a good pizza spot. The space itself is large, lots of tables, decor inside is nice and feels like a classic pizza spot the also have beers on tap and has a nice game area for the kids. I go here a few times and have steered customer to here as I go to Montanas night club often (same parking lot) and this not the first time I've been put on hold for 10+ minutes to order a pizza for pick up, end up walking over (while on hold) to find at least one person at the register not do anything. If I was Dave Portnoy I would give this pizza a solid score of 6.5! The hot wings are also great and the ranch is homemade which is the best kind! Service is very friendly and ambiance at the new location is the same as the old, flat screen TVs, long tables and a few arcade games as well. I usually order the pepperoni/mushroom or the pepperoni/sausage pizza. Sometimes it has a slight flop, but not too much to where you have to fold it. Crust is crispy, not hard, but not soft, just the right amount of crispy. Cheese is the perfect consistency and not super greasy. Like I said, solid 6.5 pie. I had to escape the 57 fwy and found this restaurant for a quiet late lunch escape. I was in the mood for a personal pizza and the lady recommended the pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, bell pepper and olive pizza special. I was sold. This small sized pizza was beyond a personal pizza size (six slices). It was very fresh, hot and tasty! I spent the next half hour debating myself to bring half of the pizza home, or have lunch and dinner in one sitting. Lunch/dinner won out and I was content for the rest of the day! I was hungry walking in and I left very content. I recommend this cheerful casual restaurant. As a traveling business person, I'll plan to be back! Excellent pastas and pizzas. Their wings are so bomb too. I loved that they had those video games for the little ones to entertain themselves with while us adults relaxed and had beers. My kid attended so many birthday parties here and the staff was always so patient with him and his little friends even when they would run around because they were so excited to be around each other outside of school. It broke my heart to see it empty during the pandemic but it makes me so happy to know that it survived. It's a gem of a restaurant and it is a permanent fixture in San Dimas. read more

Place is ran by kids, no Managment. Glad there offering opportunity, but the they can clearly lack customer service skills. This place was much better at their last location. I can't say enough about how much I have enjoyed the food! The Calzone is just amazing, the marinera sauce soooo delicious, The ravioli's are huge as is the side salas the meal comes with, and the garlic bread as well. I can make two meals out of one dinner. After living in area for over 30 years, we finally ate at Michaelangelo's Pizza. It was pretty good. We ordered a Greek salad, fried zucchini sticks, a vegetarian pizza, and a build-your-own pizza. Well, I am pretty disappointed with the cleanliness, or lack of here. The trash cans were overfilled, spilling over onto the floor, also, the floor has trash all over the place at the tables where people eat. As I'm eating my pizza, which I really like, and have always liked their pizza, so I have no complaints there, but I see 3 employees just standing around talking, when they should be taking the trash out and sweeping the floors. Poor management in my opinion. I'll probably just have my pizza delivered from now on, I just can't see myself eating at place that doesn't clean up where customers eat. read more

This place is a hidden gem tucked in a shopping center. The food was delicious. The ranch is the nest and I see why they charge extra for it. I wish this place was local to where I live. I've been a regular at this establishment for quite a while and I would like to say that I've had nothing but good customer service and food every visit. As I always do, I came in to watch the game on Monday and a little later during the evening, I saw a grown man yell at one of the workers because of a dollar he had lost to the game machines. Since coming here the game machines always state, "No refunds play at your own risk" on most of the machines if not all of them. The worker had told him that they can't do refunds because they don't own the games and that's was all they could do. Instead of the man walking away and leaving it at that, he proceeded to harass the workers and ask them for information pertaining to the game machines that they don't have. A worker had made a remark to him and the man had pulled his phone out and started recording the her without her consent, threatening he was going to post it on YouTube and walked back to his table. I thought that was the end of the situation, but the sheriffs had come to remove the man. The man proceeded to get aggressive with the sheriffs and was escorted outside. He had also started recording then. After he was escorted outside the wife got upset and started to harass the workers, asking for their names, yelling at them and causing a commotion. She had then aggressively walked towards one of the workers and yelled at her for her name and because the worker wouldn't give the wife her name she proceeded to yell at her even more. The wife and their two kinds finally left the building but kept yelling at the workers and belittling them, telling them they don't have real jobs. After that the children got involved and started yelling at the workers. At one point the sheriffs had to step in again and close the doors. After they had all left, this family started calling the workplace phones nonstop and kept harassing the workers and even proceeded to have their children yell through the phones as well. The police were called back in and heard the phone calls. Many customers were also witnesses to this event, as well as cameras that have recorded everything, and one of the workers also proceeded to record these phone calls. So Paige T./ StepUp T./Luna V (keep changing your name) I think it's very immature for you and your grown husband to make yourselves out as victims in a situation he started. Going as far as to say the workers abused your children is far from the truth. As well as minors pouring beer. Especially being grown adults harassing a team of all girls who're just trying to do their job and follow the rules they were given to run the establishment to the best of their ability. Especially over a dollar. read more

My friend was camping at Bonelli Park. And she invited two other classmates and myself to visit. And then we made plans to have lunch. One of my classmates used to order from this place when she worked. So we gave it a shot. What a perfect lunch place. We shared pizza and some lemon pepper wings. And one friend ordered naked wings. We each also had side salads. And everything was wonderful. That side salad was not just a bowl of lettuce. The lemon pepper chicken wings had just the right flavoring and the pepperoni pizza was very good. Not sure how the person behind the counter did it all but she did.
