So I order from Pizza Barn all the time. We ordered for delivery today and I left out a one number in the address so when I called back, they said they already delivered it, but they delivered it to an address that doesn't even exist their statement was well you messed up the address but nobody called to say hey we can't find this place when they talk to the guy. The guy said I went to a different street and just dropped it off. We're talking about an $80 order and they didn't have the common sense to call and find out what the correct address is and the guy didn't even care that he dropped it off to somebody who didn't belong to Also the young when I called back to let her know I drove to the address they gave. Didn't exist. She huffed and exclaimed I'm done with just send her food. I apologized for my mistake but not a word about dropping 80 dollars worth of food to a random address. read more

Small town feel, tucked away in a corner. When you walk in you will see park benches and a barn style decor. Order all the way in the back. We love the Tuesday specials with the beef tacos! I haven't been here in a couple of years, but I remember this place When it had picnic style benches and tables. Food was amazing my husband and I ordered a turkey sandwich and a salad, can't forget about the pizza. It was so good. The sandwich came out tasty and warm, it had the right amount of everything in it. Pizza we had to go half and half, I'm not a big meat eater, but they were super nice and accommodating to our request for half and half. Side salad had lots of veggies in it, i was pleasantly surprised, most places just put tomato and cheese. All in all food was amazing, service was great. They have a lot of beer on handl, I'm not a big drinker.. but it's nice know that I have options and lots of them if I wanted to drink with my pizza. read more

I understand prices going up, but damn, you don't get what you pay for. for example. they rip you off on their zucchini fries. almost $10 for half of a small zuchinni battered in soggy dough. 1 small-medium zuchinni costs under $2 in today's market. they charge you damn near $10 for that trash. they rip you off blatantly. not only that, the quality of food has gone down and customer service is shitty due to the young folks that work there. too bad, it used to be a gem in the east mountains. So we said ok not that far away well go in. Went up to order and let the gal know we couldnt get through on the phone. Her response, "oh yeah I know can't you see it's busy"? Uh ok, strike one. No apology no I'm sorry we're just really slammed just attitude from the get go. So then I placed my order its taco tuesday so 4 tacos a meatball sandwich and a turkey sandwich. It took almost an hour to get four tacos and two sandwiches. Pretty sure she did that on purpose, and The turkey sandwich supposed to be cold was like it sat under the heat lamp for 30 min was hot and wrong as it had no lettuce and was so wafer thin and we paid like $13.... Now I'm as understanding as the next guy I know that everybody's shortstaffed and things are difficult but to have a messed up attitude on top of it and treat your customers like absolute crap they lost my business for good. And unfortunately the girl at the counter I think is related to the owner so It will do me no good to complain. This is my first time here and I love it! The restaurant has a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Service was really good, and the food seems a little pricey, but other restaurants have increased their prices during Covid. Some have reduced their food quality as well. But at Pizza Barn, you'll be happy with what you pay for. My husband had an absolute chicken sandwich with 1/2 lb chicken breast on a sandwich while my daughter and I had the ultimate sandwich with roast beef, turkey, cheese, pickle, lettuce, and dressing. They were very tasty and filling, so we had to save dessert for later. We will definitely come back and bring our extended family and friends. The Mario's Ultimate is definitely worth coming here/ordering out for. Order a szie you cAn finish because it gets soggy if you try to keep it for leftovers. A small is more than enough for 2 People. The pizzas are pretty good too. I wouldn't recommend the Stromboli as it was pretty soggy. This place definitely has old bar feels. There are no windows and it's pretty dark. You can buy lotto here. Small parking lot, but plenty of spaces in the adjacent lot. No deliveries during the day, you'll have to pick up or use grub hub. Accepts card including Amex. read more

Let me first off start by saying this place has great food. My family ordered here often usually spending 50-75 dollars. The food is great customer service not so much. I get it im a service manager at a repair facility and we get extremely busy. I called in to place a delivery order tonight and was asked if I can wait on hold. I reaponded politely and said of course. I sat on hold for nearly 18 minutes with 0 response I assumed the lady that answered the phone maybe got busy and forgot about me. I hung up and called back and was asked again to wait on hold I responded by saying I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes she told me well were busy. She then said you know what "what can I get you with a attitude". I simply just said nevermind ill order from somewhere else. I called back to speak to a manager now the wont answer. I get being busy but you need to fit your phone and delivery orders in somewhere and not take up an attitude when dealing with the public.
