The guys of the sandwich were subpar but the bread was good. The price for this was no great but I'm guessing he's riding the Disney coat tails of the area. Too many homeless people begging for money outside of a dingy storefront when we offered to buy food or sodas the beggars sneered and said cash only! Not a great location and I'm pretty sure the meat was cheap sliced up cold hot dogs but the sauces were good and covered that gross bit up some. Location was not good food was not good and prices were not good. Find the food truck if you really want a Cuban sandwich. I ordered the namesake El Cubano sandwich: succulent pork and sliced ham, the mustard and pickles cut through the fat from the pork, grilled until crunchy, fries were thin and crispy, the potato balls had a great outer crunch layer filled with seasoned ground beef, and the fried plantains were sweet (but a bit oily).
