Our family tried the asada, pollo, pastor, cabeza and lengua tacos. Along with a burrito and torta. The asada, pastor and cabeza are definitely the best options from a protein standpoint. Fresh meats and very flavorful, with the cabeza being one of the most tender meats out there from a taco truck. Their asada burritos is an incredible deal for the portion size provided. We are definitely looking forward to returning to try other menu items. If you're in a rush, feel free to call your order in advance! There's also additional tents and seating with great vibes all around!

This food truck blew me away! I got the Pan Con Lechon sandwich and the pork in it was to die for - super flavorful and tender! It was so delicious that I made my boyfriend go back and get his own sandwich because I didn't want to share. He got the Ropa Vieja sandwich which he devoured (I got 1 bite - SO YUMMY). The man working the truck was great and got our food out quickly. Next time I'm in town I will be trying the classic El Cubano sandwich which looks amazing. read more

This is the best Cuban food in Orange County. I have tried all his dishes and they are all delicious. He caters. During the holidays El Cubano Kitchen cater my event over 40 people and everyone loved the food. The prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it. read more
