Fantastic service!…read more I have an old Surface Pro 7 that I was going to give to my parents so they could have a laptop, and I haven't touched it in years so it was no surprise to see an error screen upon turning it on. The computer turned on, but couldn't go past the blue screen asking for the recovery key or it showed an ongoing system update that never ended. My husband and I tried everything we could on the internet and decided to go to Andrew for assistance. Andrew did exactly what I asked for, wiped everything off the computer and installed Windows 10 so that the laptop was functional again. It was done in one day, and he charged me for far less than what I expected. The process was super quick, and I would absolutely go back to him again.

I searched for several pc repair stores around the area and none of them could promise file recovery. I didn't even know if it was possible at the time. When I ended up going to Jose's repair shop by the valley mall at the time, I was near the point of giving up and ready to cry(because, again, high school overachiever). Jose immediately changed all of that around for the positive. He assured me that he would be able to not only recover my files but run a virus check to ensure that there were no hidden spyware. He even included a anti-virus at no additional cost. This was back in 2006 and I still continue to trust him with my computers and ask him for recommendations on new tech or applications. He is the only person I trust with my personal files and has managed to set my up with a system that fits my needs. I do data analysis for a living and I am guilty of having a multiple spreadsheets at the same time which slows down my PC. Jose has managed to make it work properly. I have lost count on the times that Jose has saved me from complete tech chaos. I highly recommend him!

They've now helped us with our security cameras, key card access for our doors, Wi-Fi, speakers throughout the house, and so much more. They're incredibly knowledgeable and always make sure everything is done right, but what we appreciate most is how easy they are to work with. Chris and Jon are SO responsive. Anytime we text them with a question or need something added or adjusted, they get back to us right away. They're also always willing to work us into their schedule, even when we know how busy they are. Going through a full home renovation, we've worked with a lot of different companies, and you really start to appreciate the people who communicate, show up, and do what they say they're going to do. Chris and Jon are definitely those people. They've become our go-to guys for anything IT/tech related, both for our business and now our home. We completely trust their recommendations and their work, and on top of all of that, they're just genuinely great guys to have around. We'll continue recommending WinC Services to anyone looking for this type of work. Thank you Chris & Jon & the entire team for always taking such good care of us!!

Within two minutes, the employee (I believe his name was Josh) redirected me to the owner. The owner wasn't there. No offer to schedule anything, no follow-up, nothing. No effort to actually help me understand anything or earn the business. That's the thing. I was ready to spend money. On a consultation, on a laptop, potentially both. But when an employee doesn't own the outcome, it shows. The owner should know that customers willing to pay are walking out the door because the person on the floor doesn't seem to care either way.
