We came to this repair shop several times in the past. We liked their computer repair and service. The costs were very, very reasonable and fast repair. I took all my son's computer problems here to fix. Highly recommended. read more

I came in and made it clear from the start that I was ready to pay for a consultation, specifically around AI tools and data security. I was not browsing, not wasting anyone's time. Within two minutes, the employee (I believe his name was Josh) redirected me to the owner. The owner wasn't there. No offer to schedule anything, no follow-up, nothing. I asked about laptop pricing and whether they could compete with Amazon. He said yes, they can match prices. Fine. But the entire interaction felt rushed, like he had somewhere better to be. No effort to actually help me understand anything or earn the business. That's the thing. I was ready to spend money. On a consultation, on a laptop, potentially both. But when an employee doesn't own the outcome, it shows. The owner should know that customers willing to pay are walking out the door because the person on the floor doesn't seem to care either way. Left with nothing. Spent nothing. Completely avoidable. read more

I came in earlier today for a pretty specific cord and the two working there were able to help me in no time. Would definitely recommend

Very professional and helpful. They explained what the problem was and offered options on solutions.

They know what they are doing. Calm, respectful and honest. Good prices. I tried doing it on my own using the internet, but I couldn't figure it out. They plugged in and knew right away. Thank you. I will be back when I need a fix. read more

Very good service give , Jeff is excellent. Explain to me very well. Get me some knowledge too. thank you, Alice computer employee.

They are located in the Yes Plaza now! I had a great experience with them from start to finish. They were very clear and thorough with quotes, getting the job done, and customer service. I recommend them! They were able to finish my laptop very quickly. They even even went above and beyond to notice that I had a missing part, and I opted not to fix it because it was just cosmetic. They reached out to me a few days after and offered to install it! Super nice of them and they do value customer satisfaction. read more

Worked with Jason whom remoted my pc with team viewer that I already had installed. Professional and fast. He started texting me and we communicated with no problems and he was lightning fast at solving my issue remotely. I can tell that he knows what he was doing. Before I even had a chance to get to know him and chat him up he was already off my pc and asked me to check his work. Really good to have a pro just go in and get it done. He asked me to call back in and provide payment. That was easy too. It's amazing to have good help when needed. They tried to upsell me with a "package" deal for virtual IT guy but to be honest, I'm not very thrilled about it and the way it was presented. Still 5 stars service for what I needed done. Overall really good work. If this was a review for the total package, I might ding them a star for that pitch they tried to swing my way. But as for the service today, you got it! The full five star. Enough for me to swing by next time I'm at Yes Plaza. Good luck guys! read more

I came to this place because of the rating and couldn't agreed more with it. I came because my pc was having a problem with turning on. I was quickly asked what I needed and I gave them all the details. They said they will diagnose it to see what's going on and to give me a call when they find out. Well, not even an hour goes by and they tell me what's going on and how they can fix it. They recommended some changes and we went with it. Their customer service was superb and I would especially like to give a huge thanks to Nicole because she helped me with everything I needed. I asked so many questions and she answered every one of them. She is fantastic and I couldn't have asked for better service. This place is definitely the spot to go for tech help. Wow! What a fantastic encounter I had with this business. I have a MacBook Pro that is so old that I didn't think it had much chance left. I was welcomed right away by two of the most understanding and accommodating technicians. They did not try to sell me anything and instead took the time to explain all that was accessible to me. I want to publicly express my gratitude to them for all of their efforts. I'm thrilled to have my computer back and "healthy" again. read more

Came in with a MacBook that had liquid damage and Jason immediately told me that it could be salvaged with a detailed clean of the interior hardware. I was worried about the repairs but Jason was very knowledgeable and explained to me step by step on how they were going to clean it. I left my computer there for about 4 hours and they called me back telling me that it was cleaned. The price that was quoted was very reasonable and I am satisfied with the outcome. You can really say what you need to say, as all customer's problem, made me sounded like unreasonable customer, unfortunately, you were not there, you only heard what your employee like you to hear, have you contact me and asked me my side of story? it always 2 sides of story, at least any other company would contact customer if they really care what customers opinions. As a business owner, you just just show me, how much you really care about your customer when there is issues. I am glad to understand your philosophy with your response to me, read more

Called today about purchasing a hard drive. Woman on the phone said yes they sell hard drives. When I asked a more technical question about the hard drives connection she asked a tech for help. Then I was told they do not sell hard drives or parts unless they to the install? Waste of time and horrible customer service. Don't advertise parts if you don't sell them. Edit: they ended up calling me later on in the day to offer me a hard drive. However, I had already purchased one elsewhere. read more

Went in to get my two keyboards cleaned. It cost me $50 each but one was definitely dirtier than the other. The technician explained that they used special water which I assume means that they used an ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean the keyboards. They told me to come back in two days. Came back in two days, keyboards were really clean, not out of the box clean but definitely better than expected. Service was good, price was a bit high and so was the turnaround time. Value is decent, but not great. read more

These guys are wonderful!! I'd been researching new laptops for months & really didn't want to have to buy from a Big Box store or from Amazon. From the first time I called this place the guy on the phone was super friendly, polite, & helpful so I decided to drive over and check them out. Guess what? The same guy on the phone from the week before turned out to be their very friendly "Guy" who helped me! (Seriously, that's his name!) I was really picky about all my desired specs and both Guy & Jeff, his boss, went out of their way to ensure that I'd get exactly what I wanted in a new laptop. They even dug around in their backroom stock and produced a magnificent laptop I'd never even heard of, but I'm sooooo happy with now! I was super impressed that they'd take the time to sit down with me and carefully listen to all my specs, & then really put their heads together to find me an exact match. I also got to meet one of their chief technicians who repairs our "Lifelines" - and y'all, he's a computer NINJA!! These guys REALLY know computers, inside & out (literally), and will graciously take good care of you and your device. They also have another friendly store in San Marino, & one in Tustin/Irvine. After 5 months of intensive research, I feel I can TRUST this company with a computer I'd never heard of(!) because they carefully vet ALL of the devices they sell, selecting ONLY those which have withstood the test of time re. reliability & durability. With so MANY makes & models out there now, you've gotta watch out -- lots of them break down about as quickly as they were made! I can't thank these guys enough for selling me a FABULOUS new laptop at an AMAZING price! I will definitely use them now as to my Go-To Computer guys from here on out! read more
