I sped over to Computer Pros the Monday right after Christmas, hoping they could get my PC back up and running. This was my first visit. Luis immediately opened the case and started troubleshooting. After a couple of minutes, and a few pokes here and there, he asked if I could leave it with him so he could give it a full diagnostic. Long story short, Erik called me back. They found the problem! I was saved! Their price was more than fair, and the problem I had was something I know I had caused. If I ever need these guys again, I'll rush back, even if I only need my PC cleaned, I'll run back immediately. Did I mention how quiet my 7, yes, SEVEN fans are now? I have brought my computer in more than once with serious issues and was never disappointed by the genuine professionalism of these two terrific men. They give free diagnostics and go above and beyond what other places do. I've worked with computers in jobs for many years, and am able to fix simple things. However, when my computer has literally crashed completely, these are the ONLY people in the area that I would ever trust to do an honest job. I build computers and I was having an SSD problem and needed some ARGB pins fixed on my new M/b. After a week of playing with the bad SSD(new) I needed a 2nd opinion and the pins fixed so I called Computer Pros due to their ratings and too my newly built PC in. These guys are great to deal with and talk to and they are so very reasonable to deal with. They worked on the problem for a few days and came to the same idea I was fighting with but I needed confirmation and they helped me resolve the problem. The peace of mind they gave me was awesome. I am older and my vision is not great now and these guys fixed everything I couldn't. Thank you so much for your help. Went in to get my screen fixed however the kind man told me that while they could do it, it would be too expensive and he wasn't sure if it was worth it for me. Instead, he offered the option to disable the touchscreen so I would still be able to use it. They clearly care about their customers, and look out for them since getting my touchscreen deactivated was less than $30 compared to the $250+ it would've cost me to replace the screen. I went in about 30 min before they closed, yet they had it fixed by the next day. I will definitely reccomend this place to others, and come back if I have any other computer issues. read more

Happy to have found this place! Better yet, glad this place found me! They left a business card on my car door and I was excited to check it out! My MacBook Pro needed some love. I had already went to Best Buy before, but in order to get serviced I needed a member ship and a tune up alone was over $100. These guys took care of my Mac, replaced my hard drive, memory sticks, and transferred all my info onto the new one! Now It's running as good as new! Excellent service and customer care. I also like the fact that they repair both PC's and Macs (I have both) and that they give very good advice as to how the repair should be handled and what the best parts for the repair will be. They were very fast, efficient and sensitive with my time. I got a call a couple hours later with a solution and fix for my laptop and believe it or not it was ready same day. I had dropped and broke my laptop. They charged no diagnostics fee and gave me the results the same day. They told me that the cost of the repair would be worth more than the actual value of the broken parts and advised that I purchase a new laptop. It was really great to not have the pay the diagnostics fee. I also liked how quickly they got back to me and for being honest about the cost of the repair. read more
