Unfortunately, one of the legs on the chair broke and I needed to replace it. I started looking around many places and couldn't believe how hard it was finding an office chair. Due to so many people working from home and using office equipment, most stores were sold out of these type of chairs. Staples had some but they weren't well made along with being very expensive. I also have back issues and am tall so I needed a really comfortable chair that I could try out before buying so ordering a chair was not an option. I was really getting frustrated but noticed this place listed when I did a Google search. This establishment got good reviews on Yelp and Google so on 9/5/20, I decided to take a drive to the other side of town to see what they had. This place is a hidden treasure trove! You walk in and there is office equipment everywhere! The 2 male staff, as mentioned in other reviews were really helpful and nice. They had so many office chairs to choose from and I tested every one. They were having a 70% liquidation sale as they are moving soon to a different location. There were 2 chairs in particular that I was interested in and both of them had really good price points. I was surprised to find out that this business has been around for over 50 years! I finally narrowed it down to the chair that I wanted to purchase (see photo) and it was leather too! I had a great conversation with Kemchan who was so friendly and helpful and even took the chair to my car to fit inside which I truly appreciated. Most stores don't go that extra mile. You can negotiate prices but their current sale is so good, I didn't feel the need to. I highly recommend this place from standing desks to tables & chairs to file cabinets, this place has got it and nice quality at that. I left there so happy, I wanted to cry. I made an appointment with Jeff, the owner, who was absolutely amazing. He helped me find the perfect chair and I can't say enough good things about my experience. Although it is obviously more lucrative for Jeff to work with customers who are outfitting an entire office rather than buying just one chair, he made me feel welcome and spent a great deal of time having me try out different brands and models to make sure I got something that was very comfortable and supportive. We had a similar issue with our scanner and printer a year later and called Joe to make an appointment. We again, pre-payed upon his request for what he said was needed. Since writing him the check for our scanner parts, he has cashed our check for the parts and has not responded to any calls or messages. I have tried contacting Just Office Equipment and have gotten no response to resolve this issue. Anyway they allowed (1) free piece of furniture and also was selling preused furniture for $39 and $99 bucks. We really lucked out. My husband found a big chair for our living room for free. We purchased a huge book case for my office. In addition to these pieces, we found a rolling ottoman and a side table. We were thrilled with our finds. This wharehouse is open to the public and had a floor dedicated to sale/clearance items and a bunch of new items too. The prices seemed reasonable on the new items too. Checkout website for items currently on sale. I would like to shout-out Mark (owner) and Junior for having awesome customer service. Junior helped me with approximating how many yards of fabric I would need to reupholster the chair that we got for free. Oh yes, I failed to mentioned they have lots of fabric for sale. At the event the fabric was only $5 a yard. Such a deal. He absolutely saved me this week…read more My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud.
