I highly recommend these guys if you have a computer problem. I had an old desktop that broke a couple of years ago due to hard drive failure . I now use a laptop but was keeping the desktop due to it having business documents and tax data stored. I now needed this information and took it to the Computer Doctors for repair. In short, service was superb. They extracted all the data from the bad drive and like the burger joint, I was in and out in a couple of days. The bonus, repair cost came out under the initial amount that I was quoted. The staff is professional, assuring and easy to deal with. What can I say that hasn't already been said? This place deserves 6 stars. The workers here are honest, sweet, patient and knowledgeable. You know how computer techs, like mechanics, could easily mislead you and sell you more than you need? How would you know? Well, this place is the opposite of that. Absolute integrity. I know quite a bit about computers, but not enough to fix every problem. And when I run into major issues that I can't solve, this place give me a FREE diagnosis, and tells me what to do if it's something I could do myself. Of course, I usually have them do the work for their very fair price (shockingly inexpensive for the work quality). Honestly, it's like having a friend who is an expert work on your computer and basically just charge you for parts, and you pay a little more because they have so much of their time and you're grateful. I took in my desktop after failing to properly put my new build together. Victor was extremely kind and helpful. Reasonable flat rate to build my computer, and he informed me that I would not be charged if it turned out that my components were damaged. I am normally skeptical of computer repair shops, but I felt comfortable and relieved the moment I stepped into this shop and saw the clean professional layout of the place. It only took a day and half for them to build my computer and install windows and all of the updates. They even had a cart for me to take my heavy computer to my car. I feel so terrible that I don't remember my diagnostician's name but he did absolutely incredible work. This company was very professionally run, with a front desk individual referring you to a technician that had their own desk. I only went in there for virus removal (mind you I had to attach a keyboard to have one, and my old laptop had a slew of additional issues). The totally fixed my hard drive, removed any viruses on my computer. In addition to this, they installed a new keyboard into my computer and cleaned my screen to the point that I thought it was a new one. I believe they did all of this for 120 dollars. This was such an amazing experience for me. I went in to fix one problem and I payed much less than I expected and got so much more out of it. Very satisfied, highly recommend. I had a bunch of videos I made on an old hard drive that I couldn't access because the drive wasn't functioning. I brought it in to Computer Doctors and they took a look at it free of charge. They also explained in lay men's terms what was going on with my hard drive and were happy to answer all my questions. They ran a few tests on the drive and it was unfortunately too damaged to repair. Even though they spent a decent amount of time looking into my hard drive, they didn't charge because they weren't able to solve the problem. I was very impressed by this. They also recommended another company who may be able to go more in depth into my drive in order to recover my old videos. Even though Computer Doctors wasn't able to fix the problem, I'm confident that they care about my well being over making a quick buck. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone. read more

I discovered this place actually by looking at Yelp reviews. It is everything that the glowing reviews indicate. I love these guys. A group of serious hard working considerate computer pros who took the time to hear my concerns and answer lots of questions about software and other computer related issues. I brought my laptop in to see if they could save it. It had a virus not discovered by Norton or any other program. its a 2006 Envy HP machine and needed to be cleaned have the cooling pad changed and a new 500 GB hard drive replaced. They did all of that and updated my drivers and repaired my external hard drive which had malfunctioned for $206. I am so thrilled with these guys that I almost hope my computer fails again so I can be as happy as I am right now...(note to the Universe: don't take me serious on the computer failing again - I chose to be happy whether my computer is behaving correctly or not) I am a very happy customer!!! read more
