I needed to get a battery replacement for my mid 2015 macbook pro and I called a few places and all them said it couldn't be done. Their service and part fee is reasonable also if you're Mac user it's better to come here than other 'computer' store because they are professional of all Apple products. WOW. I came in with a broken macbook air screen, and was so astonished at their prices I ended up buying a laptop for my girlfriend. Her old one has been broken for ages and we've been saving up for a decent replacement, but Mac EZPC had such insane bargain prices--I got an EliteBook G8 with a terabyte of storage (retails at Walmart for $850) for less than HALF that! And on top that--Mitchell replaced my screen in TWENTY MINUTES for less than half of what Apple would have charged to do it in 1-2 weeks! Chris and the staff have been incredibly helpful with my MacBook that had severe liquid damage back in December. TLDR: I totally recommend this place. Worth the price and value. Great service and customer support. I brought my laptop in to be serviced by Christian. One of the USB C ports on my MacBook Pro stopped working. Charging cable shorted and ruined the port. I was quoted around $800 at Apple, and literally no other computer repair shop answered my calls or voicemails left. Christian picked up the phone first try, and was able to squeeze me in the same day. I was quoted a very reasonable price (more than half of what Apple offered). The laptop needed some extra time to repair which was totally ok, as the quality of service I received was incredible. My laptop was returned to me in like new condition and I have no issues with it now. I really recommend this place and will definitely be coming back for other laptop/electronics issues I have. Drinking my early morning coffee while being cramped at a small desk, I reached over to grab a pen and boom coffee all over my laptop and keyboard. I panicked and was trying my best to dry it out with napkins and shut down the computer immediately. Screaming at myself for placing the coffee cup next to the computer, I'm an idiot and now I would need to spend a lot of money to repair this laptop. After looking and calling MacBook repair sites all over downtown LA I stumbled upon Ezpc MacBook Repair. They walked me through the steps to take to make sure my laptop did not get destroyed. They were able to suction out all the coffee and return my laptop to me in fantastic condition the following day. If I could give them over 5 stars I would. Everyone was helpful and it cost me around $95 for the repair! The staff who returned my laptop even informed me if an issue came up a few weeks later bring it back and they would take a look at it for no additional cost. It's been about 5 months since the incident and I have not had a single issue! read more
