I requested for a quote for my company's web hosting issue on Yelp. Among the several quotes that I received, Website Depot seemed most trustworthy because of their number of reviews and the ratings. Zeke was really friendly over the phone, and was able to resolve the problem that I had wasted many hours. So glad I saved time and money through them. read more

One star is too much for this company! Upon an introductory call it went directly to a call center that I believe was offshore and the mere fact that they don't have time to talk to a new client tells me they would never have enough time to work with me on my website so I have to turn them down for work it's a shame cuz we've got an awesome business read more

For any website issues contact Robert at Website depot. We have been working with him for over 5 years. During COVID I needed some quick repairs on my website and they responded right away. Took care of my situation and off I was back to business. Affordable, honest, and relatable service. I would definitely use them in the future. read more

I hired website depot to construct a website for our business. I dealed with Robert and Alan. Robert was clear in communicating the fees and the process. Alan was in charge of execution of the plan. I must say I was very happy with their work In making what I had in my mind into the actual website. I currently receive their services for maintenance of the website. 5 stars for the great work! read more

I'm writing a review since that seems to be the quickest way to get a response from someone who could give me some insight on what's going on with my company's site build through Website Depot. (But, as others have commented, I may just get a lot of hot air and a reply claiming I'm not actually a customer...) Truth is, I commissioned a site with Website Depot (then "Websites Depot" on Sunset Blvd) in early June 2019. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks and this is also in the contract. It's December 2nd and the site is not near complete and it seems impossible to get a straight answer on what's going on. Everything gets mediated through the project manager (Alan) and there's always a new excuse for the delay, but promises that the final pieces are simple and will be ready in a day or so. I have missed a lot of business opportunities because of them. It's incredibly frustrating. I could go on in greater detail and I have also had issues with other services of theirs, however, I am giving them an opportunity now to make this right before going into it all. read more

First things first. If you are looking for customer service, THIS IS NOT the place to be. In the first three months, I was shuffled between four different account managers. And one did not know what the other was doing. They never bothered to ask in-depth questions about my business. And Danny, the owner, was upset when I asked that they come out to my office to meet me. He talks a mile a minute and thinks he is impressing you, but in actuality is just covering his mistakes with fast talk. Plus when you call the person you are talking with is in a room with others talking (like a credit card call center), so they have to talk over the other voices. On the scale of 1-10 on customer service, they definitely get a minus 5!! And when it comes to SEO that is a joke too. The owner Danny supposedly wrote a book with a title the secrets of SEO. He is right. It is a secret and he has not told his employees about it. My SEO and therefore my inquires dropped drastically the first three months with them managing it They always had excuses and even doubled my monies spent on pay per click with negative results. I would have done better without them. So if website management is what you are looking for with good customer service, I am sure there are better places out there. I found out the hard way. read more

I first reached out to Websites Depot about a year ago, I needed a website designed for a new company that we were launching. Not only did I need the website designed quickly, but I needed a company I could easily get in touch with and get quick responses from. Our deadlines were all met and our website was launched. We're so pleased we decided to use Websites depot to take over some other services for us. We now use them for SEO and PPC management. Whenever there is an issue with the website, they're on top of it and they alert me so that we can find a resolution quickly. read more

Website depot is definitely hands-down the best SEO Company around!! Danny, The owner is awesome. Right from the beginning all the way through he's giving me a hands-on attention and as a result has created a ton of business for my company! I don't know much about technology so when I met Danny I had to put my trust into him, which was not very difficult at all. I knew right off the top after spending about an hour talking with him in person that he was trustworthy, was not going to play any games and that he was going to be ethical, and he has been all of that! Since then I have referred six of my friends to him and his company. All six of them are getting great results and have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. Even at the expense of possibly losing business Danny, picks and chooses who he wants to work with, who he believes is going to be ethical and NOT ask any on ethical favors. If he senses that from the person then he will not work with you. On the other hand if you can get in with him he knows his stuff! And as a perk he is one of the few true Google partners in Los Angeles. Thank you Danny, and to your team I greatly appreciate all that you have done for my business and what you have done for my sister and a few other friends that I have referred to you. Many blessings to you :) read more

I could not be more happy with this company. Zeke has taken very good of care me from the inception. My website www.thewritetouchla.com is growing and growing in terms of customers. Updates are handled with the utmost respect and attention to detail and timeliness. I absolutely recommend this company 100% to perspective people looking for website design. Again, thank you Zeke for all your customer support and thank you Danny for the great team you have there at your company. read more

These guys are awesome. They're genuinely nice people who are easy to work with and get projects done. I have been working with Alan for the duration of building my company's website, and he has made the process seamless. Sometimes it's hard to get up with the team, but, since they're a smaller company, they have to work on multiple projects at one time- hindering their ability to quickly respond. In the end, they always come through and get sh!t done. I will definitely be recommending them to any frIends or colleagues who are looking to have some help in building their dream website. These guys know how to make it happen. read more

I'm running a very small real estate business these days and wanted to get a Multisite built. The whole concept felt a little overwhelming but it was the next step I needed to take for my business. It was important for me to express my ideas, however small they may be and work from there. So I found Websites Depot through the Silver Lake Chamber of Commerce and worked with Danny and Nick. They listened to me and my little ideas and expanded on them way beyond what I would have imagined. Being that I was nervous that whomever I worked with would discard my ideas and want to take over Nick worked with me in a way that put me at ease. I happen to really appreciate working with a business that listens to their clients concerns and ultimately I felt it was a collaborative effort. Danny and Nick have a lot of creative ideas and whenever I had any questions they always took the time to make sure I was on the same page. Efficient and smart. Call this spot! read more

I've been a client of Website Depot for several years and continue to be impressed with their hard work, professionalism and most importantly: results. Danny is a great leader and has an awesome staff. I've worked with Alejandra, Sam and others and they're all great. Thank you for doing what you do! read more

I was just on the phone for a consult about a website. Narrowing down exactly what I needed was sort of a tricky situation since I didn't really know exactly what I needed. Since technically it's nothing more than a "portfolio" site. The idea was that I'd love to be able to show interviewers in place or alongside a resume to stick out from the crowd upon graduation. Liz worked with me to figure out how it would be possible to actualize my vision. Not being an artist, with visual projects.; I still had things I wanted to showcase; my college writing. I can't wait to move forward to collaborate to create personal site after graduation. read more

I had been looking to do a website for some of my art work and was looking at all the ads on CL and the reviews on yelp. I was surprised to find a highly rated web design company just a few blocks down the road from me in silverlake. I liked the idea of being able to walk in and meet with a real person as opposed to just talking to some stranger on the phone, so I made an appointment to see andrew and got the ball rolling. He explained everything plainly and clearly and quoted me a fair price. The whole process took just a few weeks and I can honestly say I was happy with the results. I have requested a few tweeks to the site since then and they were pretty good about doing that for me for a tiny bit more. All in all a good experience. read more

I work at a printing company Printing Matters in Burbank, we met Danny from Website Depot about 3 years ago and he explained us all we needed to know about how websites work, SEOs, google search... and more, so we decided to let him do his magic with us, well, here I am 3 year after writing a review for him, "lets give Website Depot a try" turned to be a 3 year on going service and it just getting better and better. Website Depot will help you way more that what you signed for, any question you have they answer even if its not really part of the deal. They know that your success is their success, so they will do the best and even more. I will recommend them in a heart beat!! Thank you Website Depot. read more

I couldn't be happier with the amazing job Websites Depot team did designing my logo and website! They were great listening, understanding and visualizing my ideas, that eventually they developed and made them a reality. I've asked for a very specific design for my homepage and the results were even better than expected. I'm very pleased with how my e-commerce website looks and works. When I started to look for a company to build a website for my business, I did what everyone does first- I came to yelp! After reviewing the reviews, I inquired with Websites Depot and a few other companies who had good reviews, to see what would be the best fit. I'm glad I went with Websites Depot. Taking a first look at their own website, you can see the variety of websites they can create for you. We have a small business, and thought maybe "too small" for them. But that wasn't the case at all! I worked with Robert Alvarez and he was very helpful. Being that I have a lot of different ventures that I'm dealing with, he was okay to go on my timeline. He provided all estimates and cost early on, and listen to what I wanted to market. He also helped a lot along the way.. which is awesome because I know nothing of programing :) We've gotten great feedback too from friends and clients. I wouldn't hestitate for hiring them. They are very helpful and readily available. read more

I just had one of the most productive marketing strategy meetings with Danny that I've ever had. He gave me almost 2 precious hours though I had only paid for one. I've got tons to work on. I feel so relieved and unburdened to know exactly what to work on and where to put my energy. For years I've been flapping around on my own, learning little bits and pieces. This was so very much well worth the money spent. I plan to do these consults once a month or once every other month. I know that the information I got will pay for far more than this and any follow-up consults. Do yourself a favor. Flapping in the breeze ain't fun. :-( Thank you so much, Danny. You are a treasure-trove of information. read more

A friend and I had started a website with another company and after that project fell through, Websites Depot was willing to pick it up and finish what was started. We were lucky that they even wanted to take this on. After giving brief information on what we wanted, they were able to get started on the changes immediately. They were able to fix minor bugs and implement fixes for a far greater performance. They incorporated a really clean functioning layout which we love and I am sure our customers would be able to navigate the website with ease. I absolutely love how this turned out! read more

I recently moved to Los Angeles and my mom's company had just started doing business with Websites Depot. Robert had already had our website up and running, and did an amazing job with the setup of our page. Our site before had so many kinks and inconsistencies, and now, we found a one-stop shop within Website Depot. Robert has also been extremely helpful in teaching me the workings of our online website, from an administrator's perspective - when I have never been on that side of a webpage before. Not only did he take his time with me during the 1 hour hands-on training session, but he's also been available to answer my tech questions by phone and email...WHENEVER I have a question!
