These guys are LIFESAVERS!!! My daughters headphone jack had broken off inside her iPad. I took it first to an Apple "authorized repair place" and The guy took a look at if for two seconds and said he couldn't get it out. Then I took it to the Apple store and the worker there told me to try using Krazy glue and a qtip to get it out. He said to look it up on YouTube. I tried that for an hour and other you tube tricks. Didn't work at all. I brought into Computer Answers just to be sure before I threw the iPad away and BOOM, they got the headphone jack out in under 1 minute. These guys are awesome and super nice! I never write yelp reviews but I felt the need to give people an accurate read on this place. I had the worst experience with these guys. It took almost a month just to get a RAM upgrade. A task that takes about 15 minutes to complete, add a few days to ship in my part, this should have taken 5 days tops to get my computer back to me. They dropped the ball on multiple occasions. when I asked them to have someone call me back with an update I was assured someone would call. I never received any such call and when I called them the guy that was on the evening shift had no clue what was going on. I will never go back there. read more

They ripped me off. I had to pay in two installments. When I did the second installment, they added service fees. They never told me about the fees. Just uber angry at this. Never going back here again. I went in for them to fix the Ethernet port. That never happened. I do have to say that they fixed whatever else was wrong with the computer. They gave me a decent price. Then the next day told me it was more and unfortunately I could not afford it. I just wanted it fixed. It took longer than it needed. On top of that, I could not take my computer home until the fees were paid. Like I said, never going there again. read more

Wow. Great service and reasonable prices! I would never have opened up my iMac if I realized I could have paid to have it done for such a good price. I always assume that bringing a computer in for work entails spending hundreds of dollars. I opened my iMac and broke a piece off. I took it in for advice and ended up leaving it there, so they could figure out how they can fix it and what it would cost. All of this for free. Once they figured out the repair, they did it very fast and the price was so inexpensive, I'm kicking myself for not researching this before trying to do it myself. It would have been 1/2 the price.
