It's often busy during peak hours, but I've always been able to find a spot on the patio. The patio is nice, tucked in next to the building. There's often some shade from the building over the tables. Everything that I've ever gotten from VBC has been delicious. The strawberry bliss cooler is my go-to since it's similar to a Starbucks strawberry açaí refresher, but the ingredients are simpler and the caffeine comes from green tea! I love to get a strawberry bliss cooler and an egg sandwich for brunch. My favorite egg sandwich was the Lilly, but since that has been discontinued, I build a similar sandwich with BYO.

I'm not even a huge almond person but this changed my life's trajectory (all roads lead back to VBC now). The Betsy was also great, I wish I got some greens to pair with it. Cheese danish wasn't overly sweet either. Not depicted is a vanilla latte, a tad disappointed with it but only bc everything else was stellar and the coffee pales in comparison to the food. Incredibly friendly staff despite the line wrapping around tables. Would not suggest coming here on a weekend after 10am though, it was packed like a store on Black Friday before online shopping got popular. Wish there was more seating!

The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. I decided to tthe borek. It's a pastry that can be made either savory or sweet, I decided to have mine with. Spinach and cheese. I also ordered the baklava, and a little cup of the Turkish coffee (whoa!!). The Borek , I didn't look that big in the case spoiler alert, it was.... The dough was wonderfully flaky , and the filling was amazingly savory. I liked the spinach, and I'm not sure what type of cheese it was. But it played with the spinach perfectly it reminded me very much of a spanakopita, which I also love. The baklava was also excellent. It was perfectly flaky on the outside, and the honey, and the nuts inside were just fantastic. It is one of the better baklava that I have ever had. Now let's talk about the Turkish coffee. I've had Lebanese coffee, and I loved, and Ithought was strong.... the Turkish coffee makes Lebanese coffee taste like decaf that you would get from a cheap corner diner. With just a little bit of milk and sugar, it was perfect it was rich, and it was strong! At this point, I could probably make it to six hours to my destination without a car :). All of this great food, and I was only roughly out the door 20 bucks. For such high-quality food, it was worth it. I hope I'm back in Rochester again, because I would easily stop here again.

I came in for something simple and left fully committed to the experience. The Turkish coffee arrived in the most adorable cup, strong and velvety with that classic, unapologetic depth, paired with a soft, rose-kissed Turkish delight that made the whole thing feel like a ritual rather than just a caffeine stop. I took my time to enjoy every sip of it. And then the rice pudding. Served warm in a rustic clay bowl, topped generously with pistachios--it hit that perfect balance of creamy, lightly sweet, and comforting without being heavy. One of those desserts that sneaks up on you and suddenly you're scraping the bottom of the dish. The space itself is cozy and thoughtfully put together, and the people working there genuinely elevate it. Kind, welcoming, and happy to let you linger a bit, which feels increasingly rare. The first thing I noticed is how healthy and vibrant the plants look and to me that was the winning point. This is a great cozy spot for folks who don't enjoy social interactions and high energy vibes. It's more for the slow in the moment experience to sip and relax.

Staff were pretty quick to clean up tables so there was always somewhere to sit down. The Iced Mango Matcha Latte was my favorite, where you can taste a sweet matcha flavor with a hint of mango. All of the desserts looked delicious, but what peaked my interest was the Pistachio Croissant. They warm it up for you, which allows for the croissant to have that flakey crunch to it paired with the pistachio paste.

It looks like has gold accents dripping among a natural wood, white and tile backdrop. Whenever I drive by the parking lot is slammed. I knew this place had to be good. There is almost completely instantly a line and I felt lucky to find a table. It's simply so popular, I don't know if it's large enough. The tables are close so if you're trying to have a private conversation-you won't get it here. There is a variety of seating options. Comfy conversation chairs, a booth banquette with chairs on the other side, chairs and tables, and a bar top along the windows with outside eating for warm sunny days. The cups are a rich brown color with gold probably Arabic writing. The dessert case is filled with sumptuous fruit shaped mousse desserts. The coffee itself is beyond compare. There are boxed games. Things are delivered to your table on wooden trays. It's so elegant. I cannot say enough nice things. The staff is so friendly. I had a Nutella latte and a raspberry dessert. I asked which dessert was best, the lady at the register said the mango. Mango is not my thing but she said next best is raspberry. It's the perfect size. A hard crisp shell, creamy mousse and a perfect raspberry center. I also got a pistachio latte. Both were excellent.
