Instead of standing behind a high-ticket item, their customer service refused to offer any help, exchange, or support, hiding behind Amazon's minimum 30-day policy. Dropped them off on a Saturday and picked em up on Tuesday. They're both back to great working order. Great communication (texts to let me know they were ready and questions if they had any). It's nice to see a place still going and doing it. Although I bought them way back when you could get a set of 2 for under $500 (good luck getting ONE for that now) I can't be mad at the price for the service.
