I broke my work laptop charging cable, and my old laptop doesn't hold a charge without being plugged in. I NEED a laptop for work. After panicking, I called a couple places which didn't have what I needed. I called C&A and immediately the own was like "yeah I have it, come by and bring the laptop." I drove over, showed them the problem, and was out the door in 5 minutes since I needed to get back to work. They took care of my huge problem in the span of 20 minutes. As of the time of this writing, only JC Penny and See's Candies remain as original tennents in their original location when this mall opened in 1975 as the Fox Hills Mall. I came here in need of a few necessary items, among them a new unlocked mobile/cell phone that was solid and affordable, as well as a 16gb flash drive that could hold a good deal of Ring Vids, and other data. To be quite honest, I didn't know where to start, and that's when I was approached by the CSA (Customer Service All Star) for this experience. Nick (pictured) went above and beyond, coming back with a solid Motorola phone (a tad above a c-note and unlocked) as well as a great option for the flash drive. According to Nick, the Moto G 2024 is a solid choice for those of us old-school Android phone users, who can't contemplate spending more than a few hundred bucks on a phone-regardless of its specs. I've been doing business with Pascal since before he opened his shop, and I can't count the number of times he has helped me with computer crashes, cracked screens, broken charging ports, iPhone issues--you name it. Pascal is approachable, patient, and very knowledgeable about technology. Over the years, he has saved me a lot of money. He has never overcharged me or tried to upsell me on products or services I didn't need. He's honest and genuinely cares about his customers. That's why I continue to support his business. Based on past reviews, I guess this Target actually did have restrooms but based on how semi-sketch the area is and I guess how it's a passing area for a lot of tourists, staff probably didn't want to deal with it, so even if you are a paying customer it doesn't matter. You'll be directed across the street, so hopefully those places are open, have public restrooms, and aren't fisted either. Decent amount of parking, but there are do not enter signs, pedestrian walking signs, and someone definitely did gun it and almost hit us when we were exiting, so be careful, bad drivers here. I took it back with the receipt expecting an exchange only to be told they needed to send it out for repairs which could take 2-3 weeks. I later learned from a Best Buy sales associate that they never recommend this brand because they are so glitchy and problematic. Mind you, this is their store brand. Next time I will buy my television from Costco where they stand behind their products. It's been over two-weeks and I still don't have the TV nor have they called me with a status update.

Not only did this small but mighty outlet have a huge variety of various earbuds and headphones, they had the Klipsch S4 I'd been seeking; they also had the S4i (for Apple products) and the S4A (for Androids) as well. The employee helping me unlock the security device on the stand talked me through the differences in products, inquired whether or not I wanted to try the earbuds out before purchasing them, and actually helped me unpackage the product and throw away the box after cutting out the UPC so I could save it for the manufacturer warranty. We have bought from them quite a lot and have never had a problem with returns or any purchase. They are super nice. Their selection of All In One desk computers is not great, but they have more than some. And the salespeople are trained and know what they are selling. They take their time with every customer. The place is spotless and their prices are usually the best in town. When you walk in you are greeted and it does not take long to get help. I would give them a 5 but their Geek Squad is not the best and I can't recommend them. I am sure they are great for simple things. They are nice, but trying to reach them on the phone is next to impossible. I will keep going to this Best Buy.

You're sitting there staring at this game thinking this is the coolest thing you've ever seen. That feeling is exactly what this place brings back. I came in looking for a PS2 for my boyfriend's birthday and, honestly, I know almost nothing about video games. I was a little intimidated, but these guys were great. They knew their stuff, explained everything, and actually cared about helping me find the right thing instead of just making a sale. I had my 8-month-old with me, and they were super welcoming. I walked out with the perfect gift, and my boyfriend was absolutely ecstatic. You can tell these guys grew up loving games and never lost that excitement.
