Second, chefs kiss for the awesome customer service that I was provided. Muuuuaaah! The Redondo Beach Blvd. location is a non-stop shop location for my Jeep restoration and I love that for me. Items on hand, lo prices, easy to navigate store, and the excellent customer service will absolutely have me driving back to this location before I even check stores that are closer to my home base. The parking lot has an epic amount of spaces available with plenty of handicapped parking near the front entrance. No steps or flights of stairs are needed to access this business. The noise level is low and the area very casual.

I had just come from AutoZone where I couldn't get the help I needed, and honestly, it was frustrating. But Adrian completely turned that around. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. He took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed without any stress. His customer service stood out big time -- super friendly, respectful, and really knew what he was doing. People like him make a huge difference, and O'Reilly's is lucky to have him. I'll definitely be coming back because of that experience.

An error on their website caused me to end up with a battery that will not fit my laptop. The 'customer care' rep continues to say I ordered the wrong one, and that I will have to pay return shipping. I ordered it per the instructions of their website. They have the incorrect battery listed for my brand/model laptop. I have shown them proof of their error, but it makes no difference to them. I refuse to pay for someone else's mistake. In my opinion, there is NO 'customer care'. I will cut my losses, and spread word of my experience, and the POOR 'customer care'. Check out the reviews/complaints at BBB.org for this company.
