    All American
    Hungrytommy ..

We got very friendly service and a nice breakfast. I ordered the All American with bacon. The bacon and eggs were spot on. It also came with toast and hashbrowns. It's hard to find hashbrowns around here so that was nice. They needed a lot more salt and pepper though. My son got a Mickey Mouse pancake with chocolate chips. Boy are they generous with the chocolate. He certainly was a fan of that. The atmosphere is shooting for a retro look, but doesn't impress. The cost was fair and it's a fine choice if you are nearby.

Ohhhh my :) large plate silver spoon deliciousness as far as the eye can see Fresh flavored French toast - brisket cheesy hash brown & beans under 2 eggs - pastrami & Swiss omelette !!! & soooo much more. I feel like I just discovered the holy grail of breakfast places.

I love the retro decorations at this place! The staffs here are friendly. Their fries and bacon were surprisingly good. Great spot in town for breakfast.

FUNKY DINER. Great food. Really good breakfasts and a good size portion as well. Had omletes with hasbrowns (go for the hasbrowns over the home fries). Also had some eggs bennie as they call them. And, of course, a stack of blueberry pancakes. All were excellent and cooked just right. The bottomless coffee cup hit the spot. And the price cant be beat. A great place that we are glad friends took us too. Highly recommend the place at anytime.

SO like I said...I hit this place up every weekend...usually twice... And my order is pretty much the same... Usually two medium eggs, toast, hash browns... And I've actually been on a little omelet kick lately...kielbasa, colby cheese and onions...with some hash browns and a nicely grilled English muffins. One of our fave staffers, Robin, waited on us this AM...and challenged us to go off the reservation a little bit...and order up some Egg Benedict...Zeus style...which amounts to some spinach, feta cheese and a slice of tomato between each egg and english muffin. Except she threw in her version...and suggested we get it with ham...all copiously covered with some hollandaise sauce. Now, I've had Egg Bennies here a while back...and while I am not the hugest fan of Bennies, they were pretty good. This time, however...wow...Good Call Robin! Now the eggs, at first, actually came out minus one key ingredient...the feta. Mike, the Owner and grill expert extraordinaire, had Robin grab those eggs from us immediately....to make that Greek Zeus proper... Wouldn't have been the same without it...we probably threw him off with our unusual order...lol. Now, this is a ton of food...my phone camera doesn't do it justice, but I did attach a pic. Bring your appetite... Between the good eats...and the awesome staff and the way they take care of us...and all their patrons...this place is tops. Trust me...get a bite there next weekend morning, last weekend before Xmas...and if you walk outta there unhappy, then you just wouldn't know a good breakfast if it hit you upside the head.

Do not miss the homemade hash. Also, in the back, the eggs zeus is awesome.

Came up from FL and out went for an early Mother's day dinner with 2 of my sons + others. (6…read moretotal). Food: i couldnt find too much on the menu that really stood out that i HAD to try. I asked the waitress which she would pick, Hot honey chicken or the fish & chips? I went with her suggestion and got the Hot Honey Chicken Stack.. it wasnt the best. Chicken was a little over cooked and I had a hard time cutting it. And the taste was just blah.. nothing special to write about.. Def pick something else on the menu. The others all got different things and they all liked there meals. The tater tots and sweet potato fries were great side choices. My husband got the steak and cheese crunch melt.. and I don't know if it's just cuz he loves food or if it ws actually good, but he devoured it (he did mention to say it was good). 2 others got steak tips with mashed and broccoli, no complaints and the other 2 got a club and a chicken ranch Handheld. They all enjoyed their meals. Service: its was mediocre. Nothing to brag about. Noone went over and above for me to mention about. Only one check back after our food eas delivered, until it was time to drop off check. Ambiance: its your typical American sports bar scenery. Huge bar throughout the whole place. Pretty busy. I honestly wish I had something more exciting to say about the place. Maybe next t time ill try a dessert and hopefully that will be exciting..

For my entrée, I had the General Tso's Chicken, and it was so good--definitely my favorite part of the meal. The only thing I wouldn't order again was the Lychee Boba Cocktail. It just wasn't for me. Overall, the food was great, and I'd definitely come back, just with a different drink next time!

We chose to have Easter dinner at Dreo and I am so so glad we did! Before we even got there I had…read morecalled a few weeks before to add a person to our reservation and they had no problem with it which was quite a relief! We had a party of 7 and we were very excited to finally try Dreo. We started with 2 orders of the calamari and the spinach dip special. My husband noticed the calamari also had shrimp which I am allergic to. They happily removed the shrimp but unfortunately it's fried in the same oil (which is completely logical) but everyone at our table (besides me) throughly enjoyed the calamari. I cannot even begin to explain how good the spinach dip was. I'm not sure I'll have want to eat spinach dip without garlic bread again!!! Next up entrees: 2 ribeyes, 1 NY strip, 1 Korean BBQ Bowl, 1 Soy Maple Glazed Salmon, and 1 Tuscan Fried Chicken. I am newly pregnant and to be honest I was not looking forward to eating out because my go to is rib eye but I refuse to eat well done meat so instead I ordered the Tuscan fried chicken. I also asked to sub the mashed potatoes for truffle fries and the veggie medley for green beans. They had no problems with my requests which I loved. I loved every single bite of my chicken and I actually stopped caring that I was missing on steak! In fact every single person at our table loved everything they ate too. We ended our meal with cookie skillets and again absolutely delicious! Now our meal was fantastic by itself but I have to say our waiter Brett was just as amazing!! He couldn't have done a better job and he totally rolled with our parties over the top personalities. Even if the food wasn't outstanding we'd go back just for the service! I really hope of the owners or managers see this; Brett is fantastic and deserves praise!! We will definitely be back and since I still have about 7 and half months to go I will be coming back for more Tuscan fried chicken soon!!

Update after a few more visits has them down to a 4 based on inconsistency…read more -- Roast Chicken: Hearty fall/winter dish with crisp skin, herbs aplenty, and gravy underneath, with roasted carrots and mashed potatoes. A little dry in the interior. No longer on the menu as of last week. -- Grilled Shrimp: Plump shrimp whose paprika-heavy rub and grill flavor balanced the butteriness, with a pepper aioli joining as well. On top, pickled fennel. Underneath, grilled sourdough that soaked in the grill, butter, and seafood flavors. Fantastic but no longer on the menu as of last week. -- Forge & Vine Cheeseburger: All the same ingredients as on a Big Mac, only of much higher quality, on a thick burger of high quality. I've been hoping to relive the glory of my first burger here (see previous review), but it's been rocky. Good grill flavor and outer crusting, but medium to medium well when I ordered medium rare. (Yes, I mentioned it to the server and manager.) Still a pretty good burger, and the bacon I added this time was thick and walking the tightrope between crispy and bendy. But a big miss on hitting greatness again. So I gave it another chance the next visit, and it was again overdone. But this time I sent it back, and the one they sent out was very good. The most recent visit only required one try: excellent, with the right crust outside and proper pink and juicy inside, along with a solid assortment of vegetables and condiments. An exemplary burger-- when they cook it right. -- Calamari: An eye-catching appetizer with the mostly thin rings pretty much treated like chicken wings, with a spicy tangy glaze, an aïoli underneath, and some kimchi on top for presentation. Very good crunch and flavor, but thicker pieces would have allowed a better tasting of the seafood itself. Still very enjoyable and I'd get it again. -- Shrimp Cocktail: Solid job, good size, presented in ice with lemon wedges and a cocktail sauce a little light on the horseradish. -- Grilled Swordfish Meunière: A thick slab, lightly grilled, fairly. A thin brown butter sauce, capers, and sautéed mustard greens added some much needed moisture and oomph. No longer on the menu as of last week. -- Jimmy Nardello Peppers: Long, bright red, no heat, slightly sour, and somewhat fruity like peppadew, dressed up with garlic aioli, chimichurri, and coriander seed. Outstanding. Great beer pairing. Beautiful space. Good to outstanding service. Cody pours his heart and soul into the experience, exuding enthusiasm from the greeting through the check. Some might find it a little overdramatic, but after enduring too many AWOL and near-comatose servers elsewhere, I can't get enough of it. I like this place, and consider it good to very good, but it seems like the proteins (especially the grilled items) turn up a little too dry a little too often to consider them great. Their pricing is high but well worth it when the execution is there. When it's not, it's a too-expensive just-okay. Despite the inconsistency, going with a 4 based on the most recent visit being problem-free.

The space is…read morebeautiful, though I'm not a huge fan of how close the tables are to each other--even if I understand why they do it to maximize seating. My biggest wish is that the menu changed up a bit more. Every time I go, it feels very similar, and I often find myself struggling to find something that truly stands out or excites me. The food is good, just not particularly memorable. That said, the service is consistently good and it's still a nice place to meet up or go for a casual night out. I'd love to see some fresher or more creative menu rotations in the future because the setting definitely deserves it.
