Whoa! Unexpected find today on the fly. Out with colleagues and had extra time to stop for a bite to eat. This place is a gem!! Friendly. Check. Good food. Check. Good coffee. Check. Good seating inside and out. Check. Check. I wish I'd taken pictures of the food before we devoured everything. Suffice to say they have a formula and it works. I came across this place on someone's social media post. I looked it up on Yelp and was blown away by the reviews. The place seems to be known by locals or if they found them by searching for breakfasts in the area. My husband had a coffee and I had a raspberry mocha with less lumps of syrup (just the perfect amount of sweetness for myself). My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. He said everything was well balanced. I have the Build Your Own (chicken, provolone, spinach, & garlic mayo on sourdough bread). My panini was tasty. All in all we loved our meal and will return here again. There's outdoor seating (as well as indoor) and the meals and drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Hubby brought me here and it is soo delicious. I had the breakfast bagel on a jalepeno cheese bagel and it was yummy in the tummy delicious!! And the ice coffee was great. Staff was friendly and I can't wait to come back to try their lunch sandwiches. read more

Wow. You really do have to come on over! Took a random trip up to Oceanside and we needed caffeine. This was our second pick because Libra Coffee was closer, but closed even though posted hours said open. Come On Over Coffee, we definitely would visit again! Tucked away in an industrial area, it really isn't that hard to find, but you wouldn't know it was there unless you're a local or Yelping it (: The vibe was casual and laid back on the Tuesday late morning/afternoon. The menu is straightforward and uncomplicated. The coffee and food, though, made with love and delicious! They even brought the coffee and food out to us! Awesome service. Our picks: Raspberry Mocha, hot. They asked me if I wanted Dark or White Chocolate; cool, I have never been offered a choice before! I chose the white. It was smooth, and the flavors well balanced. Chicken Dijon Panini. Very pronounced Dijon. Dijon-ey, which I like. Healthy sized sandwich. I only ate half and was full. Iced Horchata Latte with Almond milk. Less sweet than some places, but that's a good thing to me. Thirst quenching on this 80 degree afternoon. Chicken Bacon Avocado Ranch. Also well stacked and tasty. Thick cut bacon, crisp, not too crunchy, avocado oozing out the sides. The place definitely has its regulars, and I would be one too if I lived in Oceanside. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch avocado Panni. The sandwich had chicken, bacon, avocado, onion, jack cheese and ranch on multi grain bread. The sandwich was grilled to perfection and very flavorful. I also ordered a hot green and earl grey tea with lemon and honey. The tea was great. Customer service was very helpful and great knowledge of the menu. The ambiance is very customer service friendly oriented and very peaceful. A great place to eat for a great lunch. read more

First check in and review of 2023. Let's talk about how great this place is. It's a little hidden, but when you find it tucked away beside an auto repair shop you're golden. They have a set menu (that I didn't get to take a pic of), but they also give you the option to create your own sandwich, and let me tell you, I would pick this option again and again because my sandwich was AMAZING! I got a custom breakfast sandwich on a bagel with garlic mayo (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), turkey, pepperjack cheese, spinach, onions, and fire roasted peppers. This was everything I imagined it to be when I was picking the ingredients and more. 10/10 for sure. I ordered a raspberry mocha which I highly recommend also. It didn't disappoint at all. My wife ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Avocado Panini and she said it was absolutely delicious. She had a coconut mocha for a drink which she loved. The gentleman (I apologize for not asking his name) that took our order was great. He came and checked on us multiple times while we were seated, and brought me a fork with my sandwich because he thought it would get messy. Very thoughtful. The lady working the food in the back was very welcoming when we entered. The ambiance is very quiet and a good spot to grab breakfast in the area. Oceanside's hidden gem! It's tucked away in an industrial/automotive area so you'd never guess it was there. We walked in and had some questions about the menu. The girl at the counter was very accommodating with our dietary restrictions and she offered alternatives for us as well. She also offered some bacon for our pups! We split the tuna melt and the veggie sandwich and they were delicious! Both sandwiches came out warm and were filled with food. The pesto on the veggie sandwich was a dream. Came here while waiting to skydive. It's out of the way and in a weird location but is a real gem. The food and drinks are great and reasonably priced. Interior is a bit small, but cozy and nice, restrooms are very clean, and there is outdoor seating as well. Staff was friendly and patient, and didn't mind going out of the way to make my experience better. Italian Hoagie Roll was recommended to me and it was so savory and delicious, also quite large, can easily be 2 separate meals. Had an ice mocha while was not overly sweet and delicious. Parking is on the side, you have to go up the "driveway". The paving isn't very good here but beyond that, everything else was nice. read more

I really enjoyed this coffee shop/cafe in Oceanside. I was in the area and came across this option and so glad I checked it out craving coffee. When I first came in, I immediately smelled delicious food and thought I need to try it as the menu looked very appetizing with the variety of sandwiches. Torn between trying the Bacon Swiss and Pizza Panini- I asked the workers for their opinion and the lady recommended the Pizza Panini. For drinks I tried the Ice Caramel Macchiato which was fantastic and had the right amount of sweetness and espresso flavor. My sandwich was scrumptious and filling- so glad I tried their sandwich. Parking is plentiful and they have ample seating inside and a nice outdoor patio. Very solid coffee spot and wonderful service from the man who served us. 5 Stars! read more

I moved to Oceanside recently and found this place when looking for a new coffee shop to try, I'm tired of the coffee chains. Driving to the place I was confused because its in the middle of an industrial zone, we almost turned around but we're so glad we didn't. It is a total hidden gem. The people are always kind and the service is great, they make you feel like family. The food NEVER disappoints, and their dirty Chai latte is the best I've had. A little off the beaten path this place is in a quiet industrial area (at least on a Saturday) with friendly and accommodating staff. The coffee was pleasant but not remarkable; not sure if it's the beans or the add-ins; i.e. Mocha, Coconut, etc. Cold Brew comes in a bottle so no Nitro or fresh pour. They have some nice outdoor seating on the patio as well as a table indoors. The Panini sandwich was a little mushy, but had decent taste. Overall this place needs some attention to detail and they could be worth venturing out of your way from the beach. read more

The bagel was so soft and eggs so light and fluffy - yummy and the make your own bagel - with tuna, onion and lettuce with chipotle / garlic mayo.. out of this world! So thankful for yelp or I would have never found this place. From the location in general I was not expecting such a clean, eclectic and inviting interior. Somewhat limited seating inside, no more than 30 seats probably. 3 outlets available. Wifi and bathroom available. The only downside I would note is the noise level is a bit on the higher side even with noise cancelling headphones, difficult to study or take meetings here. It's much more of a social or grab and go coffee shop. The offer discounts for teachers, first responders, and transit workers as it is conveniently located across the street from Oceanside Transit Center. They also have a points system tied to your phone number. Would come back for coffee!

Sunday morning at 9:15am, the drive thru seemed to move much faster than for those dining in. Our food was delicious. The breakfast sandwich hits home, and the ham and cheese croissant is always crisp and buttery. The pistachio croissant is another favorite, it never disappoints. Our drinks were a different story. I waited 30 minutes for my cortado - which tasted absolutely horrible. It was burnt and awful, I couldn't bring myself to finish it when I tried.. The mint iced coffee was off too (we've had better at other locations).. Other people (before and after us) were growing furious and impatient. While the person at the register was friendly and kind - the speed and turn around time for drinks was lacking. There seemed to be no sense of urgency even as the line inside grew longer and longer - both the line to order and the line at the pickup counter. A family of four was seated at a table when we walked in. When we left, I noticed someone from that particular table walking up to the pickup counter still waiting for their drink... If I waited 30 minutes for my drink, how much longer did they wait? Yikes! It might've been an off day, who knows, but it was pretty terrible. All in all, while the food is good and the location is convenient - I will probably stick to ordering items on the menu vs. ordering something like a cortado for any future visits.

We arrived as a party of 3 around 10 AM and had to wait about 10 minutes for our table. We put our names on the wait list, but they forgot to come get us when the table was ready so the table sat for a couple of minutes until we went in and asked about it. Inside is extremely small, there are about 12 to 14 tables. There's a small free parking lot in the back otherwise free street parking is pretty easy to find. Our waiter was not the most polite and he brought half of our dishes, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. He forgot the side of bacon, the side of toast and a few other things until we went up and got them. Then we were supposed to get coffee refills, but had to hunt him down for that as well. Which is kind of crazy given how small the restaurant is. I would give this place another try however Beach Break Cafe down the street really blew me away the previous week, so hopefully my next visit here will be a bit of an improvement.

They also have a fun little assortment of items you can shop for, including handwoven baskets, coffee paraphernalia, and other merchandise. They have pastries and prepackaged snacks, some of which were gluten-free, which is always appreciated. I got a iced strawberry Matcha, and it was very good. They use ceremonial grade Matcha and a yummy strawberry jam/purée spread. It takes a little bit to mix it into the iced Matcha, but once you blend it in there, as I did, it was really tasty. The staff was very friendly as well! Overall, really enjoyed my drink and the good vibes, and would love to come back.

I was helped out in the cafe by a girl named Kira, she was incredibly sweet and helpful. I explained to her that I had certain aversions to some foods and I asked for an item that was not on the menu. She said, "No problem." She took my name and I waited for my order. It's a small gesture, but not many people will take the extra step or two outside of their normal work duties. The desserts were delicious, but Kira's customer service was the icing on the cake.
