Everything was fresh and perfectly portioned. I added a Caesar salad - and while very simple, it was made of crisp lettuce with crunch croutons. Dressing was the classic variety. The counter staff was very friendly and our order took only about 5-7 minutes to make. There's indoor and outdoor seating and a little shopping area where you can browse wines, oils, and more. Lots of dust on the top of toilet tank and the handicap bars. Then residual dried water spots under the paper dispenser and wall where the trash can was sitting. No effort here. I really don't like giving a review like this, but it was disappointing. I have visited Groucho's in the Columbia area and they were much better. While food taste and value usually come first, the appearance (cleanliness) also contributes to the experience. I've read other reviews that share similar experiences, so this is not a solitary moment. Hopefully feedback helps, maybe owners/managers will see the need to react to concerns.
