What an awesome breakfast place. There are diners and then there are DINERS! Awesome options. Servers were super friendly. Cool decor. I got the Yard Work Skillet and it was the bomb. Substituted Cheezy grits for a biscuit and they were delicious. I wish we had one in Orlando!

First off, everything here is delicious! Truly, it is! They even have a special gluten-free menu if that's what your needs require. We sat at the very busy bar because we realized it was spring break after we had already pulled up and got inside. I always love to sit at a bar as long as we've got a great bartender, and today we did! Today I opted for the ham Poboy instead of a breakfast and I'm so glad I did because it was delicious. I brought home a turkey and Swiss for my husband. The hash cake is not corned beef hash cake. It is a hash brown cake, but that's OK because it is very delicious nonetheless! The ambience is busy and crowded, but still friendly and a family friendly place to eat. However, the prices aren't as family friendly. I paid for my friend because she did a big favor for me, my lunch and my husband's was $45 and neither of us got any cocktails. This isn't a result of the current situation because it was this way last time we came as well. The food is delicious, the drinks are delicious, the service is great, but the prices could be a little more in line even for Mt. Pleasant. Don't hesitate to go at all whether it's for brunch, lunch or breakfast and grab one of their delicious breakfast cocktails!!

Stopped in due to good Yelp reviews on our way to Charleston and it didn't disappoint! Everyone enjoyed their meals. The chicken tenders looked home made and not something frozen. My wife commented that her Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and did a great job too. As for the restaurant, it's your typical diner/cafe experience but tucked into a building shared with phone store. I didn't see any outdoor seating area (but it was a rainy day) I don't know if there are other breakfast places in the area, but this has to be one of the best. I will note, the music seemed a bit loud, but I think we were pretty close to a speaker.

Food was average. We used to go to BBB in Birmingham, AL when we lived there, and it was phenomenal. This location is only alright. The breakfast burrito was good, but nothing special and not worth $14. It was also super greasy. In addition, the breakfast skillet was ULTRA greasy, and also only tasted ok. We don't plan on returning unless something changes.

First off, we called in for pickup and the employee on the phone was exceptionally nice. I asked if they had flavored lemonade and she explained they use homemade jam in their flavoring and it did not disappoint. The sweet tea is spectacular too! Now, onto the actual food- the biscuits and gravy are divine. I wish I lived nearby to visit more and try more food items!

Great breakfast place that EVERYONE seems to know about-crowded! Lucy our server was very helpful. Yummy Fresh squeezed OJ. I had a DELICIOUS skillet with a side of grits and gravy! My family enjoyed the French Toast and Shrimp n Grits. Our breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed. Parking was a tad tight, but the place is popular so what would one expect!!

Mother of All Biscuits w/side of hot sauce and honey

Cute breakfast spot w/a bar! Service by Kevin was great, and the food was pretty good. The prices are very reasonable also. I tried the mother of all biscuits which included a delicious pickle brined crispy chicken breast with a slice of cheese and opted for the dirty bird add on's of hot sauce (not really hot at all) and honey. My only critique is that the cheese was not a good addition, and the biscuit began to fall apart quickly making it a pretty messy bite of food. The star was the brûléed grapefruit! I don't usually put sugar on my grapefruit, but to brûlée it was a different take for me, so I had to try it. It did not disappoint! It wasn't super sweet, and the bits of mildly charred crystallized sugar against the bitter grapefruit was perfect. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to BBB and would most certainly return to try other menu items including maybe a cocktail. 8/10

BBB offers top quality for a price. I happily paid $26 for my Classic 2 eggs, bacon, toast, grits, orange juice, and coffee. The bacon was thick sliced, and crispy as I ordered. My wheat toast was Texas cut, and I chose a delicious peach jam to accompany. The grits were top notch, creamy while still having a good chew. Great service too, friendly and efficient. I had my eggs n bacon in no time, and my coffee got refilled before I had to ask. BBB is a clean, modern-casual design, welcoming without being cozy or tired. I noted that the counter spots each had USB/AC power and hooks for jackets or bags. Nice touch. There is also outside seating, something I'll try next time. Accessibility note: there are 3 HC parking spots handy, and plenty of table seating where moving a chair makes room for a wheelchair.

Upon entering, you will noticed the floor's water flowing marble vibe. The staff greets you with a smile. BBB handles food allergies and celiac perfectly! Their menu even mentions celiac showing you that BBB cares. The interior design is very cool and not overly done. It's a bit noisy during a rush; however, overall it was a good experience.

Wow bloody wow.... Heard about this place from some friends so had to check it out. From the outside it just looks like you are going to enter a small restaurant but when you open the door it's like a step into Narnia :) This awesome diner has it all. Great food, (their menu is abundant), a spectacular bar set up with craft beers , amazing art, oldies playing non stop so you really feel that 50's style diner experience but best of all their customer service. My wife and I were treated like family from start to finish. So happy that this place is right here in Mt. P just minutes from our home so I had to make a song for them: https://suno.com/song/bb06b792-55e0-4ea1-9174-0b1655385422 5 Stars & 3 Thumbs Up from the Mrs. & I.

The service was slow but it was extremely busy. The food was amazing and worth the wait. The inside was relaxing and the had a lot of cool stuff on the wall.

I have never had a bad drink here. I got the Batata Clarified Milk Punch (description in picture) which was fantastic. The toasted marshmallow garnish was a great touch for the season we were in. My mom got the Bourbon and Clyde and she said it was incredible. Description also in picture. The orange foam and pistachio crumble was a great addition. Another great drink for autumn. My second drink was the Smokin Indo which was probably my favorite. They performed the smoked glass technique with applewood which was not only cool to watch but added a unique flavor to the drink. We always make a point to get the assorted cheeses when we are here because they make a great charcuterie board. They switch up the cheeses just like they change their cocktail menu. The restaurant itself is large and nice, but does not give off a cozy vibe, and we felt too close to our neighbors. I wasn't sure if I should do the meal review from good to bad dish, or by course, but decided it makes sense to the latter Starting with the Aperitivo course, we both got the Scallop crudo. The wife and I disagreed on this dish, as I enjoyed the aroma of and taste of the fried capers, and thought lemon added a nice touch of acid. However, I thought the dish needed either more capers or salt as the sauce was bland and there were not enough capers to make up for it. For the Antipasti I had the Seafood Arancini which was a crispy, golden Italian rice balls consisting of a mix of lump crab meat, Miss Paula shrimp (which upon looking up is from the seafood market at Tarvin Seafood), along with scallops, mascarpone, and creme fraiche aioli. This was an OK dish The wife ordered the Sicilian Octopus, with summer squash, zucchini, smoked pecan romesco. Here is another dish we disagreed on, but only because my wife has decided she does not like Octopus. I on the other hand loved it and thought the dish was great. The meat was tender and had a great char flavor. There were two sauces, one was a romesco and the was green (I think pesto) that the wife and I both really enjoyed. For the Zuppa y insalata course I had the Lobster bisque with sherry cream, crispy focaccia crouton. I took the 1st bite and immediately knew it was good; however, I had to send it back because it was served room temperature at best. Upon having it reheated, I thought this was easily one of the best Lobster bisques ever. The flavors were bold and spicy, but not so bold that I could not taste the lobster. The wife ordered the Seafood salad. Another dish with Miss Paula shrimp, bay scallops and pieces of calamari, supposedly topped with lemon herb vinaigrette. We both agreed this dish was bland, bland, followed by more blandness. There was no salt, no acid from the Lemon Vinaigrette and not a whiff of spice or taste from the herbs. It was just Scallops, a few pieces of calamari and some thinly sliced shrimp with zero flavor. For the Secondo course I had the Scallop risotto, with fire roasted peppers, sweet corn, crispy pancetta, and parmigiano. Here we go another amazing dish. The Scallops were cooked perfectly, and the risotto was loaded with flavor. The fire roasted peppers with sweet corn just added extra pop. The dish was made more pleasing to the eye with a ring of green sauce halfway around the risotto and the other half with a red sauce. There was so much flavor in the risotto, I could not tell if it added flavor or not, but it was clearly added to the visual aspect. Here is where the meal really took a hit as the wife ordered the Grilled branzino mediterranean sea bass, with charred broccolini, potatoes, artichokes, fresh herb oil, yellow tomato vinaigrette. When I took a small bite my first reaction was OH NO, I don't think she is going to like this. When I took a second bite, I realized it was uneatable. The skin on the fish was a bit tough and Slimy making it hard to cut. The fish was covered in a sauce that was just gross and not eatable. The only good thing about this dish was the charred broccolini which we both agreed was good. After that Sea Bass we were both done and decided to get the Dolce course to go. I ordered the Tiramisu cheesecake which we both enjoyed when we got home. The wife's Limoncello cake which was an olive oil cake soaked in limoncello, sweet cranberries with orange marmalade, was OK but neither of us would order again. So here we are with a tale of two dinners experience. Except for the 1st dish, we both thought everything I ordered was really good, but on the other hand, the wife didn't like anything she ordered, while I really loved the octopus, thought her Antipasti And Dolce dishes were just OK, the Seafood salad was tasteless, and the Sea Bass was just awful.
