Colletti's is the party place all the time, but they have outdone themselves for the holidays. Last Saturday night, I danced my buns off! They have ample room for their separate private parties. The week before, one party had a DJ and it was such a good time. The music seems to separate itself from others rooms, which I thought was so appropriate. I keep on love, love, loving Colletti's! The owners of this restaurant should be absolutely ashamed of the business they run. This is an embarrassment to pizza everywhere, and the staff and service are worthy of being on the show "restaurant impossible". Pizza here was so terrible, it seemed like they would have had to try and make it this bad... I could have made a better pizza at home with no skill. The staff was hanging out and having fun and messing around, making it awkward for the customers and very unprofessional. As we walked out, the whole staff was around the bar drinking like the restaurant was closed (an hour before closing). Hire a real chef with some actual culinary knowledge and uphold the name and legacy of your restaurant. read more

Overdue review from Mother's Day Just like others-we wanted to like the restaurant-especially for Mother's Day. The food was good, but a bit overpriced. The service was mediocre and the kitchen was terrible, We showed up at 3PM with kids and and a senior. You would think they would be observant to the time needed with each party. So the meals come our at 4:20-mind you , we're not having drinks- and the kids & grandma are starving. The filet is comes out overcooked-it's late , so offer to comp it. They insist they will get it out in 5-8 minutes. It comes out at 4:45. We have to rush out, take the food to go, and no time for dessert for the Moms. The restaurant was also quite empty and not at prime time. The twostar is not towards the staff, but towards the people in charge-who should be aware of the needs of their guests. read more

I give it 3 stars because of service and Covid protocols. The Nonna's Lasagne was delicious. I was using a restaurant.com coupon and come to find out that Colletti's decides that it can't be used for takeout, even though it does NOT say that on the coupon. While waiting for takeout, a group of people with 2 people not wearing masks walked by to exit. They ended up sitting on the bench near the door so there was no way to enter/exit the restaurant with social distancing. The 2 ladies at the hostess stand did nothing about this. They didn't even inform the 2 to put on their masks. When the woman brought my order out, she came right at me and I kept backing up so there was 6ft. It's as if she didn't know that she is supposed to be 6feet away. I asked her to put it on the counter and I will get it. She didn't quite understand that. When leaving, I had to ask the male customer to put on his mask so that I can leave, since he was in front of the door. Colletti's has been one of our local spots for many years. My favorite time to go there is on a weekday night. It's not as busy. The staff is very attentive and your water glass is always full. They give you complimentary bread, and we always get more (no extra charge!). They do change up their bread sometimes. Sometimes it's the artisan style one or Italian. Our favorite to order is their thin crust pizza well-done. Their margherita flatbread is awesome. Their meatballs are HUGE and delicious. read more

The outside area is nice and the live music added to the ambiance. The food and service on the other hand was lacking. The lasagna had little to no cheese and dried out noodles. The hamburger came without cheese so hah to be sent back. After a more than 5 minute wait it returned with the same fries which now were barker warm. The waiter was terrible. I just left Colletti's and this is my first YELP review. The server was amazing but the owners' were in the bar and had hosted a baby shower in their party rooms. There were screeching children in the bar area, which may be illegal, but also very obnoxious and distracting. In addition the food was mediocre at best. Very disappointed. Came here for "chocolate lava cake" for dessert because I had a taste for it. We asked for a scoop of vanilla for each cake. What they served us is NOT lava cake. It is a cake mold with a small hole on top with chocolate syrup in it. The cake was tasteless and the "gelato" is just regular ice cream. $21 + $2 tip. $23 down the drain. Ordered take out food online and everything went smoothly in regards to the ordering process and payment. The food was ready and tasted good. Unfortunately when I arrived at the pick up door I waited a long time in front of the counter before one of the many people passing by saw me. They have a ringer but it is behind the plastic screen and cannot be reached. Also the waiting area is next to the kitchen and the staff does not wear masks or gloves. It might just been a coincidence but in these days you should do the extra step to protect yourself, your business, and customers. read more

First time visit. My grandparents had a restaurant on this exact location. It was called El Centro Tavern. Colletti's does a great job. I had lasagna and my aunt had the Gnocchi. Both were top notch. This place is A-Ok I have had it before in the past, but couldn't recall the taste so I went and ordered delivery, it arrived ahead of time and when I went in on the Ribs some were cold some were warm. Passed by Colletti's many times always wanted to check it out. Decided to go there last night for our 30th wedding anniversary. Came on yelp to check some of the reviews. Although the reviews weren't real favorable decided to find out for myself. I don't generally let others opinions complete make me decide. Made a reservation on yelp. Even received and confirmed our reservation via text. When we arrived the hostess had no idea or record of our reservation. Just said oh ya did you set up the reservation on yelp? We don't get those. It was pretty empty so we were seated right away. So beware, don't set up your reservation on yelp. I'm not sure how they would handle that if it was a busy day. The food was ok, not fabulous. My husband ordered bbq ribs and fries. Which were good. I ordered chicken Parmesan. The top of the dinner page said you get one side and soup or salad with your dinner. So I ordered a baked potato out of the choices they listed. When the food arrived the chicken Parmesan came with pasta which I was not aware of or I wouldn't have ordered a baked potato. When the bill came we were charged $3.95 for that plain baked potato, again that I would not have ordered if I knew there would be pasta with the chicken. If there's going to be an up-charge I think you should be told about it. I thought it was a bit pricey for the glass of tap beer that I ordered. I also heard the table behind us mention they were not told or aware of the up-charge for the baked potato they received either. Sounded like several of the waiters were new there. And not real familiar with the menu. The bus boys were nice and right on track. Keeping the table cleaned off and the waters filled. Very polite. I really miss another Italian restaurant that we used to frequent. Seems I'm not able to find one that holds a candle. We had my father in laws funeral luncheon at Colletti's. The food was absolutely fantastic! We had appetizers and cocktails for an hour on the beautiful patio. We then moved into the banquet room. We had three more hours of open bar. The salads were served perfectly chilled. The sausage and peppers and chicken Angela were outstanding! The vodka pasta was done to perfection! My family and I went to Coletti's tonight for the first time in a few years. The experience was less than satisfying. In previous years their food was very good. That has changed dramatically. I ordered the Chicken Angelina which was a fatty chicken breast with 2 pieces of asparagus atop baked under parmesan cheese, served with a side of angel hair pasta covered in oil. My daughters both ordered Rigatoni Vodka, served "cold" let alone with zero taste. I allowed my nearly 13 old granddaughter to order a sirloin steak that we asked to be cooked "well done". It came blood red, not once, but twice, after being sent back it was still returned blood red. We spoke with the server who sent the owner, Rick Coletti over. Not to apologize, but to be combative. He stated they're trying to draw business since they're "off the beaten path". I explained that I didn't wish to pay for food that was not edible and that was not eaten. He said he would adjust the check, he adjusted it by taking $40 off which left 4 of us hungry with s $97 bill. We had an appetizer, soft drinks, 2 glasses of wine, salads (that were included in the dinners we didn't eat) and 2 "children's meals" for my 2 younger grandchildren. We requested to speak with him again to dispute such a charge for poor quality, cold let alone not eaten food. To which he threatened to call the police. Mind you, I had patronized this restaurant many years in the past. I had my husband's 50th as well as my sisters 50th birthday there. Mr. Rick Coletti, if your hope is to draw customers, you should not charge them $74 and have them leave hungry. Never will I attend your establishment again, nor will I recommend friends or family. We had decided to celebrate my great uncles 84th birthday and we ordered ribs for 5 people and steaks for 3 people, Every person that ate the rib dinner was sick for 2 days!!! We called and told them how every person that ate ribs was sick, their response was I highly doubt our ribs got you sick, you must have ate something earlier that day that got you sick? Meal stunk; drink stunk. First dinner out since the pandemic so I got a "double" cocktail and the most expensive thing on the dinner menu, lobster carbonara. The cocktail had less alcohol in it than a regular single drink, so was no fun. As for the entree, I didn't begrudge the small amount of lobster--I know costs have gone up--but I was unhappy there was the equivalent of maybe 1 slice of bacon in it. Worse, the pasta was dry with almost no creamy sauce and few herbs to flavor it. I was brought a black pepper shaker that was supposed to make it right. REALLY TERRIBLE. We had my mother's retirement party at Colletti's in 1990, and I don't know why we hadn't gone back since then. I remember the service was great, and so was the food. When I was telling my husband about a building being torn down kiddy corner from them, I used Colleti's as landmark. We then questioned why we hadn't been back. So today, for our 48th anniversary, we went to dinner there. And again, everything was superb! My husband first ordered a Brandy Alexander. Most places and wait staff don't even know what it is, let alone know how to make one. He said it was perfect. He ordered the Veal Parmigana, our daughter had the Penne Paesano and I had a small pepperoni, spinach and garlic pizza. While we were waiting for our food, the waitress brought over a basket of warm Italian bread, olive oil and parmesan cheese. HEAVEN! We don't have a complaint at all except for ourselves. For waiting so long to go back there! Trust me, it won't be that long between visits any more! read more

My family has been going to Colletti's ever since I can remember, we have used the Banquet Room for many family occasions including my Dad's 50th birthday, a baby shower, and my engagement party. They have a lot of delicious options on the banquet menu and Rick Colletti helped us from start to finish with small touches to make our event unique. From recommendations of a band for our event, table linens, and centerpieces. I also loved after our engagement party we were able to enjoy a night cap on the patio while continuing to be entertained with the live band. We have also spend time eating in the restaurant and have always been treated like we were part of the family. The fried oysters are my favorite appetizer and the garlic butter sauce drizzled on top is perfect to dipping your bread. read more

To all Future Brides to Be, Mom's to Be or anyone in need of a banquet hall to host a party. I hosted a bridal shower at Colletti's this past weekend. This was after reserving the room I wanted with the owner Bob Colletti months in advance. Two days before my event, I received a call from Bob telling me I would no longer be in the room I requested. His reason was because he had a larger party he needed to accommodate and that my party would be put in a smaller room. Even though when we reserved the room, we told him we would have between 25 - 30 guest and he said that is fine for that room. However when I received his call, he mentioned 25 was too small which is why he switched me. Because of all these last minute changes, we did not have enough centerpieces for the tables, menus, or room to play our games comfortably. When the actual event started, tables were too small for family style dining so our waitress and my sister had to remove all the extra dining ware to make room for the platters. The family style food was okay (a bit too salty) as far as flavor but it was very scarce. Very small amounts of food considering it was $22 per person. Also, the strawberry sorbet was awful; it tasted old. During the event Bob never came to check on our party and worst of all NEVER apologize for all of the last minute changes. At the end we were summoned to his office to pay the bill and were not asked how everything went. He really did not care. The only positive comment I could make about Colletti's was the wait staff. Tracey was fabulous! She was so accommodating and helpful. My only regret was not giving her extra tip but after being charged 20% gratuity on top of everything we dealt with, we left with a bad taste in our mouth. In summary, if you're considering Colletti's for your next party, sit down with management and really understand their policy. (1) What are the chances of you getting switch to another room (2) How many people will be seated per table (3) Explain how much room you need for games (4) Get anything you can in writing. (5) Have management guarantee your room...Not sure if that's possible but we really wish it was. A note to Management: This review is to hopefully assist you as well. I understand you're a business man and your number one priority is to make money. However, when you're dealing with brides and new moms, we CARE about the details. How we envision the event will go. We PLAN for certain number of tables/guests. We expect so much room for activities and so forth. It's stressful enough having to organize these showers. Having Colletti's add stress on top of that was not appreciated and to not even offer an apology was rude and unprofessional. read more

I have gone to Colleti's many times over the years, but it had been a while since our last visit, so we decided to stop for lunch while out Christmas shopping. It was very pretty inside with the holiday decorations, but I have to say the quality of the food has gone downhill. It wasn't bad, but it sure wasn't good. I had the fried chicken which is their Thursday special. It was uninspired at best and might as well have been "shake n' bake". The French Onion Soup was nothing to write home about. Christoper had Angel - Hair pasta Florentine with chicken. It was seriously bland. I watched him dumping more and more Parmesan cheese on top to make it tastier. He did the same with the potato soup. The service was ok, but the bill (with tip) came to over $40.00. It was so not worth it for the lunch we had. I doubt we will make another visit anytime soon. read more

The first impression was not great, which should have been an indication for us to run out of there. The waitress took forever to bring us a menu and when she did she rushed us to place our order. The bussers were nice and accommodating, unfortunately that was not the same sentiment we had for our waitress. The food was bland and overpriced. The only time we saw our waitress was when she rudely rushed us through our order. We finally saw her at the end to charge us. My Mother in law paid for the food and left a tip of 12 for like $60-$70 worth of food. The fastest we saw that waitress move was when she rushed over to us to rudely ask if we were dissatisfied with her service. I honestly wanted to say yes but when my mother in law said no the waitress rudely asked then why did we only top her 2 dollars. First of all you don't question how much people tip you, second you learn how to count money before you accuse people of anything. I went to Colletti's for New Years Eve, because we got a great deal on a special, being offered for Black Friday, or so I thought. My family has been visiting this place for years & this visit was quite different. The special was pay $120 for one & get half off ($60) the second. The package was supposed to include the following: fresh seafood bar & passed hors d'oeuvres, a choice of 3 entrees, open bar, a champagne toast at midnight, coffee bar & pizza, after midnight & live entertainment, all night. Sounded like a a great deal. A group of 30 of my friends & family booked it & so did I. At the time of booking, I informed the manager, Rick, that I am in a wheelchair. He said that was not a problem. In addition to that, my cousin went into the restaurant & booked, who also told him I was in a wheelchair & she watched him write down "wheelchair", next to our group name. When we arrived on NYE, we discovered that he set up our group of 3 tables, in the very back corner of the banquet room, next to the band. It was inaccessible to navigate through the other 20 tables, where people were seated. So, instead of being cornered into the room, where I'd be constantly bumped into by other patrons, we were given the option to sit in the bar area. 10 of us sat in there, without the rest of our group. We didn't have access to hear the band or the seafood bar, the passed hors d'oeuvres, the champagne toast, the coffee bar, or pizza. So, basically we ate dinner & had drinks. Nothing worth the $90 per person. My steak was overcooked & barely edible, by my standards. Later in the evening, my cousin & I were having a conversation at the bar, about the fact that we got charged for drinks & we probably shouldn't have due to our inconvenience. The bartender, Rocco (the manager's son) butted in & started a very loud and hostile fight with her. He said, "you don't like it, f%#k off & get the f#%k out of my bar!" All while slamming his fist on the bar top several times. That is beyond disrespectful & unacceptable! I called today to see if the manager would offer any sort of compensation & he refused. He believes he did everything he could do to accommodate me. I'm not too satisfied with that, because had he done anything to make the seating accessible, after knowing I was in a wheelchair, over a month prior to my arrival, there wouldn't have been a problem. Needless to say, we won't be spending another cent in this place, ever again! read more

Brand new beautiful patio......full of smoking people, puffing away while you are trying to enjoy the food. Well, not much to enjoy though, we ordered salad with balsamic on the side and got... swimming in ranch dressing! Chicken flatbread so salty we couldn't eat it. Steak sandwich was excellent, too bad it wasn't what we ordered. We end up paying $41 for bread, butter, and tiny piece of steak, the only thing we actually could eat....rest was inedible. I strongly recommend against going here, I firmly believe that the ownership does not deal honestly nor fairly with its customers. I will not go into the details, but for approximately an extra $60 on the bill these owners have lost our business forever. At the time and under the circumstances It was not worth quibbling over, but at a minimum this was an exceedingly poor way to treat paying customers.
