The owners of this restaurant should be absolutely ashamed of the business they run. This is an embarrassment to pizza everywhere, and the staff and service are worthy of being on the show "restaurant impossible". Pizza here was so terrible, it seemed like they would have had to try and make it this bad... I could have made a better pizza at home with no skill. The staff was hanging out and having fun and messing around, making it awkward for the customers and very unprofessional. As we walked out, the whole staff was around the bar drinking like the restaurant was closed (an hour before closing). Overdue review from Mother's Day Just like others-we wanted to like the restaurant-especially for Mother's Day. The food was good, but a bit overpriced. The service was mediocre and the kitchen was terrible, We showed up at 3PM with kids and and a senior. You would think they would be observant to the time needed with each party. So the meals come our at 4:20-mind you , we're not having drinks- and the kids & grandma are starving. The filet is comes out overcooked-it's late , so offer to comp it. They insist they will get it out in 5-8 minutes. It comes out at 4:45. We have to rush out, take the food to go, and no time for dessert for the Moms. The restaurant was also quite empty and not at prime time. The twostar is not towards the staff, but towards the people in charge-who should be aware of the needs of their guests. read more

I give it 3 stars because of service and Covid protocols. The Nonna's Lasagne was delicious. I was using a restaurant.com coupon and come to find out that Colletti's decides that it can't be used for takeout, even though it does NOT say that on the coupon. While waiting for takeout, a group of people with 2 people not wearing masks walked by to exit. They ended up sitting on the bench near the door so there was no way to enter/exit the restaurant with social distancing. The 2 ladies at the hostess stand did nothing about this. They didn't even inform the 2 to put on their masks. When the woman brought my order out, she came right at me and I kept backing up so there was 6ft. It's as if she didn't know that she is supposed to be 6feet away. I asked her to put it on the counter and I will get it. She didn't quite understand that. When leaving, I had to ask the male customer to put on his mask so that I can leave, since he was in front of the door. The outside area is nice and the live music added to the ambiance. The food and service on the other hand was lacking. The lasagna had little to no cheese and dried out noodles. The hamburger came without cheese so hah to be sent back. After a more than 5 minute wait it returned with the same fries which now were barker warm. The waiter was terrible. Colletti's has been one of our local spots for many years. My favorite time to go there is on a weekday night. It's not as busy. The staff is very attentive and your water glass is always full. They give you complimentary bread, and we always get more (no extra charge!). They do change up their bread sometimes. Sometimes it's the artisan style one or Italian. Our favorite to order is their thin crust pizza well-done. Their margherita flatbread is awesome. Their meatballs are HUGE and delicious. read more

Very disappointed. Came here for "chocolate lava cake" for dessert because I had a taste for it. We asked for a scoop of vanilla for each cake. What they served us is NOT lava cake. It is a cake mold with a small hole on top with chocolate syrup in it. The cake was tasteless and the "gelato" is just regular ice cream. $21 + $2 tip. $23 down the drain. Ordered take out food online and everything went smoothly in regards to the ordering process and payment. The food was ready and tasted good. Unfortunately when I arrived at the pick up door I waited a long time in front of the counter before one of the many people passing by saw me. They have a ringer but it is behind the plastic screen and cannot be reached. Also the waiting area is next to the kitchen and the staff does not wear masks or gloves. First time visit. My grandparents had a restaurant on this exact location. It was called El Centro Tavern. Colletti's does a great job. I had lasagna and my aunt had the Gnocchi. Both were top notch. Colletti's is the party place all the time, but they have outdone themselves for the holidays. Last Saturday night, I danced my buns off! They have ample room for their separate private parties. This place is A-Ok I have had it before in the past, but couldn't recall the taste so I went and ordered delivery, it arrived ahead of time and when I went in on the Ribs some were cold some were warm. I was a bit disappointed, but after I heated them up they were good. The french fries we had we decent as well, but they need to be heated as well. Passed by Colletti's many times always wanted to check it out. Decided to go there last night for our 30th wedding anniversary. Came on yelp to check some of the reviews. Although the reviews weren't real favorable decided to find out for myself. I don't generally let others opinions complete make me decide. Made a reservation on yelp. Even received and confirmed our reservation via text. When we arrived the hostess had no idea or record of our reservation. Just said oh ya did you set up the reservation on yelp? We don't get those. It was pretty empty so we were seated right away. So beware, don't set up your reservation on yelp. I'm not sure how they would handle that if it was a busy day. The food was ok, not fabulous. My husband ordered bbq ribs and fries. Which were good. I ordered chicken Parmesan. The top of the dinner page said you get one side and soup or salad with your dinner. So I ordered a baked potato out of the choices they listed. When the food arrived the chicken Parmesan came with pasta which I was not aware of or I wouldn't have ordered a baked potato. When the bill came we were charged $3.95 for that plain baked potato, again that I would not have ordered if I knew there would be pasta with the chicken. If there's going to be an up-charge I think you should be told about it. I thought it was a bit pricey for the glass of tap beer that I ordered. I also heard the table behind us mention they were not told or aware of the up-charge for the baked potato they received either. Sounded like several of the waiters were new there. And not real familiar with the menu. The bus boys were nice and right on track. Keeping the table cleaned off and the waters filled. Very polite. I really miss another Italian restaurant that we used to frequent. Seems I'm not able to find one that holds a candle. We had my father in laws funeral luncheon at Colletti's. The food was absolutely fantastic! We had appetizers and cocktails for an hour on the beautiful patio. We then moved into the banquet room. We had three more hours of open bar. The salads were served perfectly chilled. The sausage and peppers and chicken Angela were outstanding! The vodka pasta was done to perfection! My family and I went to Coletti's tonight for the first time in a few years. The experience was less than satisfying. In previous years their food was very good. That has changed dramatically. I ordered the Chicken Angelina which was a fatty chicken breast with 2 pieces of asparagus atop baked under parmesan cheese, served with a side of angel hair pasta covered in oil. My daughters both ordered Rigatoni Vodka, served "cold" let alone with zero taste. I allowed my nearly 13 old granddaughter to order a sirloin steak that we asked to be cooked "well done". It came blood red, not once, but twice, after being sent back it was still returned blood red. We spoke with the server who sent the owner, Rick Coletti over. Not to apologize, but to be combative. He stated they're trying to draw business since they're "off the beaten path". I explained that I didn't wish to pay for food that was not edible and that was not eaten. He said he would adjust the check, he adjusted it by taking $40 off which left 4 of us hungry with s $97 bill. We had an appetizer, soft drinks, 2 glasses of wine, salads (that were included in the dinners we didn't eat) and 2 "children's meals" for my 2 younger grandchildren. We requested to speak with him again to dispute such a charge for poor quality, cold let alone not eaten food. To which he threatened to call the police. Mind you, I had patronized this restaurant many years in the past. I had my husband's 50th as well as my sisters 50th birthday there. Mr. Rick Coletti, if your hope is to draw customers, you should not charge them $74 and have them leave hungry. Never will I attend your establishment again, nor will I recommend friends or family. We had my mother's retirement party at Colletti's in 1990, and I don't know why we hadn't gone back since then. I remember the service was great, and so was the food. When I was telling my husband about a building being torn down kiddy corner from them, I used Colleti's as landmark. We then questioned why we hadn't been back. So today, for our 48th anniversary, we went to dinner there. And again, everything was superb! My husband first ordered a Brandy Alexander. Most places and wait staff don't even know what it is, let alone know how to make one. He said it was perfect. He ordered the Veal Parmigana, our daughter had the Penne Paesano and I had a small pepperoni, spinach and garlic pizza. While we were waiting for our food, the waitress brought over a basket of warm Italian bread, olive oil and parmesan cheese. HEAVEN! We don't have a complaint at all except for ourselves. We had decided to celebrate my great uncles 84th birthday and we ordered ribs for 5 people and steaks for 3 people, Every person that ate the rib dinner was sick for 2 days!!! Meal stunk; drink stunk. First dinner out since the pandemic so I got a "double" cocktail and the most expensive thing on the dinner menu, lobster carbonara. The cocktail had less alcohol in it than a regular single drink, so was no fun. As for the entree, I didn't begrudge the small amount of lobster--I know costs have gone up--but I was unhappy there was the equivalent of maybe 1 slice of bacon in it. Worse, the pasta was dry with almost no creamy sauce and few herbs to flavor it. I was brought a black pepper shaker that was supposed to make it right. REALLY TERRIBLE. My family has been going to Colletti's ever since I can remember, we have used the Banquet Room for many family occasions including my Dad's 50th birthday, a baby shower, and my engagement party. They have a lot of delicious options on the banquet menu and Rick Colletti helped us from start to finish with small touches to make our event unique. From recommendations of a band for our event, table linens, and centerpieces. I also loved after our engagement party we were able to enjoy a night cap on the patio while continuing to be entertained with the live band. We have also spend time eating in the restaurant and have always been treated like we were part of the family. We recently had a daytime private event here in Colletti's private dining room. Everything was perfect. Reserving the room and choosing the menu were seamless. The room was ready when we arrived and perfect size for our almost 40 guests. The staff and service were excellent. The food topped our expectations. We ordered flatbread, soup, salad, the chicken and beef filet entrees and tiramisu, all fresh, well prepared and delicious. I would not hesitate to have another event here. read more

My mom's last birthday party(Sabatino's was closed due to gas leak) it was good. ANYWAY! My pick up of food... "full slab of ribs, fries, Cole slaw, bread and also a Caprese dale". What a disaster. Slab of ribs was petite at best. But delicious. Fries were NOT cooked. WTF? No taste to them either. No salt. Nothing. Hot garbage. Cole slaw was in a rinky dinky plastic container and it tasted like it. The bread was hard as a rock yes I'm no sucka! Except on this order. Totally SUCKED!!! $36 LOL!!! Ripped off bad!!! Caprese salad was 3 pieces with onion. Onion??? Little mozzarella, little basil, huge tomato, huge onion. "Lemon vinaigrette." NO! It was Italian dressing. Shoulda just been balsamic vinegar. I like Colettis but I had the worst dining experience. Me and my wife went there on valentines day, I order 2 apps one came out after 20 minutes server told me the other shall be out in few minutes another 20 minutes goes by nothing and I've already order another app plus our main course. People already sat after us got there 3 different tables. We waited over an hr. I talked to the manager he said would take care of me and he didn't. So our main course was rushed out still never got the other 2 apps, main course seemed very rushed since I complained. The manager was worse than my service. I will not be going back very sad because I liked this place. read more

I decided to come here with my family for lunch as it is located real close to their business. They have their own parking lot which makes it so convenient especially for that area. It looks very nice inside. Service was great as well. Food was all delicious except for my churraso steak. I ordered medium rare, which came out how I asked but it was so charred. It gives it like a burnt taste. I thought it might have been just mine but my brother also ordered the same exact thing medium rare as well and it was so charred. Just tastes like burnt steak on the outside. If it was charred less, I would have been very happy with the restaurant and given it 5 stars. Everything else was great and delicious. Prices are average for an Italian restaurant. I do recommend this place for a quiet nice Italian restaurant. read more
