The phone was ringing in the background the entire time. Several people in line. 2 people helping customers. One woman and one man. Woman helped everyone while man was on computer the entire time. Specifically asked for a room with 2 beds. Upon entering room noticed there was one bath towel. If there are 2 beds,. Why would you supply only one towel? Also one tiny bottle of shampoo. Had to go to front desk to get more towels. I assumed the next day when they made up the room they would catch that and correct it. I didn't know that the room was only made up once every five days? What hotel does this? I would not have minded had they told me when we checked in. My used towels were thrown on the bathroom floor. Again assuming like any normal hotel this would be taken care of by housekeeping. We were out all day Saturday visiting my son. When we returned there was no where to park. Luckily after driving around for quite awhile someone left and I was able to park way far away in the back. There was a wedding going on. Very noisy children running around and screaming until very early in the morning. No coffee for customers. (You could by a cup for $3.00.) I had two Keurigs that I used Saturday morning. I thought they would be replaced by housekeeping. (They would have if there were any.) I had recently returned from a trip of several days in the same areas. MIchigan, Illinois and Indiana. We stayed at several hotels. This was by far the worst one. I will not stay at a Holiday Inn again. The excuse that Covid is ruining everything cannot stand in this case. The other Hotels I stayed at were more than adequate. Why can't Holiday Inn do at least as well?

We used approximately 7 tents total for an event that had 550 attendees. Tom was clear and consistent in his communication with us from the start of the planning. He was quick at getting us floor plans and flexible with changes and last minute snafus (ie; the city forgetting to post no parking signs on a street where a tent was to be erected). A tech was on site during the event to handle any problems we had. Only a few occurred (carpeting coming up, flooring loose, etc). They were dealt with immediately and fixed before a guest had time to injure themselves. Use HDO for all your large scale tenting needs! Their service is impeccable and personal.

Gingerbread house making, haunted houses, swim team, mother's day brunch....It's a pretty spectacular place. I've grown up here, no doubt about it. The people who belong there are kind and have truly curated a community like no other. I'm so grateful this place was apart of my growing up.
