Come for their lunch special! You wont be disappointed! Tons of options and free dish when you spend $48

Really solid Cantonese restaurant. The wok hei on the dishes was great, seafood tasted fresh, and the portions were generous. You can tell they focus more on flavor and consistency than trying to be trendy. Would definitely come back with family or friends.

The restaurant nearby my home is so cozy and tasty.

We've been coming here for a long time to have lunch and just love the food!!!! They are super friendly to us, Every single dish is delicious to eat, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place. The lunch specials are a fantastic deal.....you can bring your dog too, to sit out on the large patio. It's such a great find for food, amazing service and ambience.

Absolutely packed with flavor and great for sharing. The dishes looked fresh, generously portioned, and beautifully presented. The crispy pork belly had an amazing golden crunch with juicy meat inside, while the pork trotter soup was rich, comforting, and full of collagen flavor. The stir-fried dish had a great wok aroma with vibrant peppers and onions, balancing savory and slightly spicy notes perfectly. The fried eggplant/tofu dish added a nice crispy texture to the meal.

Everything tasted amazing. Very friendly staff. You have to try the walnut shrimp! (My photo doesn't do it justice.)

Colette is a fantastic spot with great food, a lively atmosphere, and consistently enjoyable service. The dishes feel fresh, flavorful, and well-executed, with generous portions and strong presentation. Everything we tried had bold seasoning and a good balance of texture, especially the stir-fried dishes with crisp vegetables, tender meat, and rich sauce. The restaurant has a comfortable, energetic dining-room feel that works well for both casual meals and group dinners. Service was smooth and friendly, and the food came out at a good pace. 10/10 -- highly recommend for anyone looking for a flavorful Canton fusion meal in Pasadena.

Always the first choice when I don't know where to go. Everything is recommended. Easy parking with plenty indoor and patio seating, usually don't have to wait but reservation is recommended on holidays.

Food is amazing, service was pretty fast and also portions are good. The ambiance is very relaxed and lots of parking outside

The environment is elegant and relaxing, and the service is attentive and friendly. The ladies there are all very kind, and the atmosphere feels just like eating at home. The food comes out very quickly, and most importantly -- everything is absolutely delicious

Is dim sum only during lunch?

I ordered dim sum at night. They said they're doing it all day as a promo but I'm not sure until when.

Why are they closed? Does anyone know if they will be reopening?

The previous, breakfast place has closed, and the NEW Colette is a Cantonese Fusion restaurant with an excellent chef and top-notch ingredients. Well worth a try under the new management!

Only brunch on the menu. No buffet. Hope this helps.

Perfect family dim sum experience for us…read more We took out my parents and in-laws for dim sum: my parents' very first time ever. We did wait about an hour, but honestly I didn't mind at all because it gave us a chance to relax, talk, and catch up as a family. Once we were seated, my parents were immediately impressed with the decor: elegant and cultural without feeling overly modern or cold. And can we talk about the tea kettles? They looked like literal pieces of art being poured at the table. Ordering was super easy with the QR code system, so my husband handled the whole spread: shumai dumplings, chicken feet, sesame balls, and more. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully plated. The ENTIRE table agreed on one thing: the chili oil condiment deserves to be sold in bottles to take home. It was that good. Smoky, just the right amount of spicy, and addictive. Now for the real test: my in-laws. They've been to *many* dim sum places and are not easily impressed. They declared this place to have the best chicken feet that they've ever had: meat easily sucked off the bone, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and perfectly seasoned. High praise coming from dim sum veterans. Most importantly, my parents' first dim sum experience couldn't have been better. They loved everything from the ambiance to the food to the overall experience. My husband and I want to come back to explore more of the menu because there's clearly so much more to try

On Friday night, after a long work week. We ordered beef udon with xo sauce ($19.75), salt & pepper chicken wings ($18.75), honey garlic pork chop ($19.75) and beef wrap (roll?) $15.50. The beef udon had a bit of spice that was a little too much for me. The noodles itself had a good chew to them. The beef had good flavor but the dish was a little too spicy for me overall. The salt & pepper chicken wings lacked flavor and was heavily battered. Not that much chopped up chilis & green onion with it. The honey garlic pork chop just wasnt for me. You see it and it looks like salt & pepper pork chop but its not. The sweetness threw me off. Just some fried garlic thrown on top... Not a fan of this dish. The beef rolls, as i know them, from the original location looked like a 'lite" version of what I've come to expect and have had from Mama Lu's. There was not as much meat as typical, not as much cilantro which was fine by me but also some of the rolls didnt have the hoisin sauce. That's what gives it the finishing flavor... There was also none given on the side. Bummed cause I was craving it. Just disappointing. Maybe it would be better eaten there but like I said, I've had Mama Lu's before and this was far from the experience I was used to having. Didnt order the XLB cause this was for delivery and we'd rather not sacrifice the quality.

The seaweed tofu salad has a nice kick to it. The black pepper beef was cooked well and the seasoning was not overwhelming. The crab fried rice tasted good, but the flavor of the crab was not as prominent. The dumpling was solid, but certainly overpriced for five pieces. The Dan Mein with chicken was a solid dish, but probably could get similar dish at the Chinese restaurant in San Gabriel Valley. Parking is easy, on the street or in the parking lot behind the restaurant. You can also park in the parking lot behind the Jamba Juice, which is located south of the Cordova Street. The servers were excellent, very attentive, extremely friendly, and definitely helpful. Would definitely come back, but knowing that it is on the expensive side. For seven dishes, pretty standard ones, it was approximately $150 after including tax and tip. The ambience was definitely immaculate, very clean restaurant, and the food was pretty solid.

Food was bomb. Mapu tofu with pork is spicy, but a good spicy, we didn't have to add any additional…read morespice to it. Service was friendly. Dan Dan noodles were too mushy for me and it was mainly because of the peanut sauce. I thought the sauce was too dense. The black pepper beef was tender and super flavorful. Restroom score 6/10 - could use more TLC. I would take a dump in there if I had to. I would recommend but for small groups. The space is charming and small - not good for large parties IMO.
