We came here on a Sunday for lunch and got seated right away. We got the following items: - sticky rice wrap - shrimp dumpling - shrimp and pork siu mai - steamed BBQ pork buns - fish porridge The portion is actually really big, which really surprised me! However, the majority of the dishes we had were very mediocre. The sticky rice wrap was especially disappointing since the rice wasn't as sticky - not sure if it's because of the type of rice used. Service was really attentive!

You'd never guess there's excellent cuisine at this fairly nondescript restaurant. Friendly, unrushed service and excellent dishes...surprisingly so. The Dim Sum comes out when it's ready: Perfect temperature, Perfectly delivered. Casual ambiance but comfortable. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced.

Good dim sum place that serves dim sum at later hours than other local dim sum places If you're craving dim sum late afternoon or early evening, this is a definite option My main complaint with what I ordered is that the sauce is already mixed in with the shrimp rice noodle. I would have preferred if the sauce was on the side, so you can control how much sauce to add to your taste. The sauce is a bit too salty for me so I would have added very little if any at all, but since it was already mixed in, there was nothing I could do about that Otherwise, a solid dim sum spot

First time. I was not disappointed. Very good service and very tasty food. I had the lunch special which included choice of soup. I took the hot and sour which was probably some of the best I've had. I had the orange chicken which came with egg roll little cream, cheese, wonton, and fried rice. Portion was very nice very tasty and very quick service.

The highlight was the service - extremely attentive and sweet! And the dim sum was so good too-- everythinf we got was as good as (if not better than) versions we've had in the past: 1) BBQ pork buns (not pictured) - the softest yet not soggy buns I've ever had 2) turnip cakes - more savory and cris than I've ever had, with a nice surprise of Chinese sausage bits inside 3) fried tofu- perfectly crispy with a nice dipping sauce 4) shanghai soup dumplings- homey taste with a nice chewy wrapper, served atop Napa cabbage 5) shiu mai (not pictured) - hefty size, filled generously with pork and shrimp 6) chow mein - flavorful (will have to try the chow feng next time) 7) sesame balls - perfectly crispy on the outside and steaming on the inside, not too greasy at all! We loved the casual, family-run feel of this place and will return for our dim sum fix in the future!

Wow, what a hidden gem! First time here with my mom, aunt and uncle and we had such great experience! Amazing fresh dimsum and we didn't have to go to Alhambra for it. Exceptional service by Julie. Cant wait to take my whole fam!

We ordered online pickup. Food was ready in about 10 minutes nicely packaged! Even on a holiday the staff showed me my order. Food was tasty. Interestingly some items were more sweet than expected. I guess they are catering to their audience. We ordered pad thai, beef and broccoli, fried rice, and panang curry and they were all good just sweeter than you would usually expect at traditional places. Plenty of parking. Be aware the sign on the door says to order online if you want take out (they provide their website on the door) and they don't do takeout in person. Probably for the best to eliminate errors and they are pretty fast at order fulfillment!

A friend was *craving* coming here so we came for dinner. I love shrimp fried rice and theirs was delicious!!! She had something way more adventurous and loved it. Their spring rolls were really yummy as well. This place in in an open mall area and is probably hard to miss if you don't live in the area, which is kind of a shame. I hope they have nothing but great success. The restaurant was super clean and the service was beyond quick and friendly. I will definitely go back with my friend when I visit her.

Yay!! 1st attempt - SUCCESS! We had Pork siomai, Porridge with century egg, steamed dumplings, chicken feet, Kung Pao chicken (lunch meal), pork bun, steamed "something" - all for only 2- we were hungry, yes. We had to gos afterward. From these orders that we had- I can say that KUNGPAO CHICKEN and pork siomai are the best. Eeeeeverything taste good, but if I will come back here these two will be present on the table again. The place, I can say is a little high-end compared to other Chinese restaurants that serve the same dish- it's decent and good for dates and group. It's clean, the staff is really attentive, restrooms are available, and a lot of parking. So yeah, all in all I recommend! Nice place to visit for Dimsum cravings!

This place is pretty new in Pasadena. It was on my list to try so I decided to try their lunch. It was ok. I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice. The chicken was overcooked and the sauce was just ok. Great service. The atmosphere was clean and modern. Huge menu with a variety of choices. Easy parking in front of the location.

The service is consistently great... attentive, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Fair warning for anyone new to Sichuan cuisine, the dominant flavor is "spicy". That said, the dishes are not just about heat... they're layered, aromatic, and incredibly well-balanced. Every dish I've tried has been outstanding, both in flavor and presentation. If you're a fan of bold, authentic flavors and reliable service, this spot is definitely worth visiting. Tip - If you're new to the cuisine, I strongly recommend getting everything MILD spicy. I've been told by some of my colleagues that MILD spicy is still pretty spicy, so be warned. With that said, strongly recommend the dishes below. Lamb with Cumin 11/10 - My favorite dish here by far. Aromatic, flavorful, and the spices are just on point. Dan Dan Noodles 9/10 - Solid and consistently good. The sauce is properly seasoned and truly compliments the perfectly cooked noodles. Shredded Cabbage with Pork 9/10 - Not to be confused with twice cooked pork. This dish is so simple and bland looking, but it's packed with flavor... so good! Garlic Pork Belly 8/10 - This is a cold dish. The meat was perfectly cooked and properly coated in chili oil. Solid and consistently good. Kung Pao Chicken 8/10 - In my opinion, it's an elevated Kung Pao Chicken. Solid and consistently good.

It was an enjoyable experience where you can talk with each other and be able to hear one another. At the same time, they had a clean and classy decor to their interior design. We ordered the stirfry lamb with cumin, shredded potato, and the chili oil fish fillet. The Lamb - 5/5 was perfectly cooked and seasoned with a very nice heat to it. Be careful because this is not for those sensitive to spicy food, but if you do like spicy, this has such a nice kick to it. The shredded potato - 5/5 one of my favorite dishes to substitute for the rice. Don't be deceived by how it looks. It definitely has a kick and can numb your mouth; however, you can still taste the pickled flavor in each bite. The chilli oil fish - 5/5 one of my most favorite dishes from both locations. Although the spiciest of the dishes, you taste the flavor through each bite. The dish is perfectly cooked and just dissolves in your mouth. The squid tentacles were tiny, and the dish felt like it was mostly filled with mixed vegetables. For $25.99, it definitely felt a little like a rip-off. On the brighter side, the Tea Smoked Pork Rib was really good--super flavorful and probably my favorite dish of the meal. That said, most of the menu is on the pricier side, and the portions aren't very generous, so value-wise it's a bit questionable. Service was just okay. No one really checked in on us, and we had to wave our hands a few times to get attention when we needed something. Overall, solid flavors in some dishes, but the portion size and pricing hold it back from being a full 5 stars.

Of course, we declined the extra charge since we genuinely thought it came with our order. What happened next is what lost me as a customer. The manager took the dish and immediately dumped it in the trash right behind me, where I could hear it. It felt unnecessary and honestly a bit disrespectful. This place is not for the faint of heart, if you're afraid of spicy food. However, if you're adventurous and like a little kick to your dishes , this is the place to be. I did ask for my kung pao chicken to be less spicy, but I ordered the Dan Dan noodles to be regular spicy, and it was quite delicious. The noodles had the requisite springiness in its bite. The Jamaican lady sitting at the next tables shared a spicy Tin Foil pork rib with me, it was also delicious. She also recommended the Happy Chicken dish.
