I can't have caffeine after noon. And I also have to watch my caffeine intake due to chronic heart problems. I got the hot cocoa. It was meh, honestly. They don't have any decaf tea. Disappointing. I also don't normally go to coffee shops anyway. So I can't fault this place for not having what I would drink. I am not their customer or audience or clientele. Anyway, my other son got iced peach tea. I tried a sip and it was like eating a fresh Georgia peach! So good! The pistachio coffee was amazing! I had 2 baby sips of it. It was epic. I love the nice lamps and the upstairs and downstairs. The place is clean and modern and the customers all looked cool, too. If I drank coffee, I would be here regularly.

I ordered a large dark roast coffee - and a breakfast burrito. The menu listed that among the burritos ingredients is cheese - I requested extra cheese in my burrito - as it seems that often I cannot tell there is any cheese in a given burrito. The coffee was somewhat disappointing - rather average - but I guess I should not be surprised by that. The burrito was delivered to my table - wrapped in foil. I asked about hot sauce and the server person brought me 3 bottles to choose from - I selected the Habanero hot sauce. I cut the burrito in half - it looked like it had zero cheese in it - and I certainly could not taste any cheese. The whole thing was rather bland. It needed seasoning. So I added hot sauce and black pepper in an attempt to make it more interesting. I would come back and try some of the other breakfast items in hope of finding something more flavorful. The brew is excellent--smooth and flavorful with a distinct coffee profile. While it was delicious in April, the flavor profile strikes me as a perfect fit for a fall or winter evening. I'll definitely be looking to stock up on this again once the weather cools down. I may never make it out to Sterling but will keep an eye out for the brew!

I sincerely hope that what I can only assume is a $100 cake was worth the lifetime value of the business they are losing from our family of four, our friends and family. I also hope they consider that reviews matter, and people pay attention to how businesses treat people. Great food should be matched with great hospitality.
