What I received was a cone shoved face down into the dish with the gummy bears smashed underneath it. I did NOT order a cone. I was clear when ordering I wanted it just in a dish, no cone. Not the cone in a dish. When I asked for the order to be remade, the employees refused because they claimed they had repeated the order back to me and that I had ordered a cone. I called asking for a manager and ended up speaking to the same girls who made the order. I eventually went back and left my information for the owner, Rick, to call me. I also threw away the custard while I was there. Rick did call me, but instead of trying to understand why a regular customer was upset, he was immediately defensive. He told me word for word that he runs his business believing the customers aren't always right. Over a situation that meant a lot to me, it meant very little to him to even hear me out. I agree not everyone is always right but if I'm taking time to speak with you over an issue over YOUR business to correct and make you aware then have some respect to maybe think that your employees aren't in the right here. All of this over remaking roughly $5 worth of ice cream. Almost all of the reviews discuss lack of refund. They must really be struggling and rightfully so. I have been a regular customer but I WILL NOT be back. I also encourage anyone thinking about coming here to read the other one star reviews because, unfortunately, a lot of what those customers describe is exactly what I experienced. Sometimes customer service is simply about listening and showing a little kindness. They had multiple opportunities to make something so small right and chose not to. Take your business to Urban Ice, Sundae Scoop or Dairy Queen down the street instead. And here is the picture of what I was actually served. How is a 4 year old supposed to eat this? It's a mess.

I'm writing to express growing concern over the current condition and operation of your local Cold Stone Creamery location. While I want to make it clear that my feedback is not aimed at the hardworking young adults running the front lines, it's evident they are doing their best under increasingly difficult circumstances. First, the store's cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The lobby floors are dusty, the tables are consistently sticky, and the bathrooms are in a perpetual state of disrepair. This not only detracts from the customer experience but also raises hygiene concerns. More concerning is the state of the equipment and layout: One of the cold stone prep stations has been down for months, leaving employees to share a single station for all ice cream orders, creating significant bottlenecks. Only one cash register is operational, further slowing service. Most recently, I arrived to find the main ice cream display freezer out of order, leaving only an empty ice box visible when customers walk in. As a result, staff are forced to walk to a back freezer to retrieve ice cream for each order, then return to the front prep area -- a process they are repeating dozens, if not hundreds, of times per shift. This setup is inefficient, physically taxing, and clearly unsustainable. Additionally, I placed an online order that was not prepared upon arrival, because the machine that receives online orders is located on the far side of the store -- the side where the cold stone prep station and second register are both inoperable. This creates a disjointed flow, and it's no surprise that online orders are missed. These conditions are not the fault of the team working the front lines -- they are doing what they can with limited tools, poor workflow, and outdated or broken equipment. However, this is a management and ownership failure. It is unacceptable to allow these conditions to continue and expect employees to maintain a quality customer experience. I urge you to take immediate corrective action. The store needs: A deep cleaning and regular maintenance schedule. Immediate repair or replacement of critical equipment. A reassessment of store layout and workflow. Support and supervision from leadership to ensure standards are met. If this is not feasible, then it may be time to consider whether this location should remain in operation. read more

This was my first time here and I love that I was greated at the door!!! The gentleman serving me (Jayy) had a wonderful smile and was very friendly from the time I came in. He offered samples of whatever flavor I wanted and explained everything to me and my daughter!!! We even added waffle cones for just a dollar!!!
