If you come here, make sure to have cash on hand before you arrive or else it'll be a hassle getting it.The vending machine overcharged on the items as well. An Arizona ended up costing $1.75 and a blue plastic bag ended up being $1.25. There was a sink towards the right corner in the back that you can use to wash your hands. However, I think they must have closed the valve for the hot water because nothing would flow out so you end up with cold water only. Overall, I think I would not come back and would look for another place to do laundry.

After loading…read morethe money, I learned that customers cannot start a wash after 10 p.m. I later noticed that a sign concerning the cutoff time was posted on the machine, but the money had already been loaded onto the card. Since I could no longer use the laundry service that evening, I immediately requested the return of my unused money. The employee clearly refused to refund either the card balance or the card deposit. This is the same problem described by other customers. Customers must place money onto a store specific card, and any unused amount is then trapped as store credit. For someone visiting for a single load or an emergency laundry run, the customer must either return and spend more money here or lose access to the remaining balance. The owner's public response to another review is misleading and directly conflicts with the policy posted inside the store. The owner claimed that the $1 deposit is fully refundable after the laundry card is registered. However, the posted policy states otherwise. The employee's refusal was consistent with the posted policy and contrary to the owner's public statement. This policy also appears to conflict with California Civil Code section 1749.5(b)(2) effective April 1st 2026, which requires a qualifying reloadable certificate with a cash value of less than $15 to be redeemable in cash. This business uses a stored value card that can be used only at this business, yet its posted policy claims that laundry cards can never be redeemed for cash. Customers who encounter the same issue can file complaints with the California Attorney General's Office, the Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, or the consumer protection division of the local District Attorney's Office. I will retain the card, payment records, photographs of the posted policy, and the details of the employee's refusal for those complaints. A business should not trap a customer's money on a store card while publishing contradictory statements about refunds.

Trust me when I tell you, Frank will take care of you. As soon as called them, I was given Frank's cellphone number for a quote on my dress. He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. If you're not sure who to go with, go with him!! He also offers regular dry cleaning and tailoring. I lost some weight coming up to my wedding so I will definitely be bringing some of my pants over to him to get tailored.

I won't lie, i was really nervous about the dry cleaners because my last place I went to last minute did a terrible job.. they did things that weren't asked of and didn't really clean the clothing at all..... The one thing i am most not satisfied in this place is its coin changer machine because it does not GIVE you the right change all the time. Like today i put in two, $10 bill and i got ONLY $9.75 each. I am not sure if they calibrate their machine to ensure customer like us get the right change. I dont want to believe that they are aware of this short change or probably it is a hidden processing fee for using the coin changer. All the customers do not count their coins. If there's a problem with any machine there's a notice on it tagging it to let you know not to use it and the problem is usually taken care of before my next visit. There are so many machines in so many capacities, both washers and dryers. They also have machines for pets! The people I've spoken to that take care of the place are very nice and always happy to help you with any concerns. The price might be the main reason for the low amount of stars but personally, I think they definitely deserve no less than 4 stars at the least.

I witnessed what I felt was the ugliest side of a human being. I wanted to test an electronic massager from a gentleman who comes to this laundromat regularly, but since the laundromat offers public power outlets, we simply wanted to plug it in and unplug it afterward. This woman would not allow it. She said she would call the police and the owner. The owner, when contacted by phone, seemed to agree with her. Because of the way we were treated, I will boycott this laundromat at all costs. We then went to the business next door, El Charrito Meat Market. They do not have public power outlets, but everyone there was very polite, helpful, and friendly. They even helped us find a different plug when the first one did not work. That is kindness without boundaries.
