She doesn't speak any English and is always incredibly rude to me. One night, I had to confront her when she refused to let me start a load at 10:35 p.m. I get that the last wash is at 10:30 because of the drying time, but I only needed to wash since my dryer at home was fine. Even after someone translated my request, she still wouldn't budge. The translator was clearly uncomfortable with her attitude and even apologized to me on her behalf. I was so irritated--I would have been done by 11, a full hour before closing. I'll never give this place my business again, and I'm tempted to call ICE on her.

I would say probably the second best thing about this place is that there's plenty of air movement as you know laundromats get very hot, but the air is great in here. There's lots of fans and you're not sweating losing 10 pounds while you're trying to do your laundry. I highly recommend this place for anybody and everybody. I'll definitely come back here.

The only thing about this laundromat that is modern is the vending machines. There was no ATM available on the premises so I had to go to the Northgate Market down the street. If you come here, make sure to have cash on hand before you arrive or else it'll be a hassle getting it.The vending machine overcharged on the items as well. An Arizona ended up costing $1.75 and a blue plastic bag ended up being $1.25. There was a sink towards the right corner in the back that you can use to wash your hands. However, I think they must have closed the valve for the hot water because nothing would flow out so you end up with cold water only. Overall, I think I would not come back and would look for another place to do laundry.

I come here sometimes to wash a couple items our machine cannot wash. Today was just horrendous. We had a big bill and needed change but nope no changes here. Plus a terrible attitude. It's fine they don't have changes - I can always go to nearby stores. But their unprofessional manner and horrendous customer service made it feel so unfriendly and uncomfortable. Perhaps they don't like good loyal customers coming here. Their goal is accomplished. Go somewhere else if you can. If you really have to wash here - just steer clear of those two ladies and your day will be fine-hopefully.

One star for the basic use of the laundromat. I'd you need to wash your clothes good luck…read more Like other places this laundry shop was pretty crowded on a Saturday. They have regular side loading machines and top loaders. Lots of dryers that don't get very warm even on the highest setting. You will feed the dryer quarters for a while. The washer did fine. I had a machine that stopped accepting my quarters when I was half way through feeding the required amount to start a load. I had about $1.50 to go and it was jammed. I saw the sign stating the money would be refunded if there was a problem so I moved to a machine to get started. Moved all my clothes out, started a wash on a working machine and went to the service door to fill out a refund form. Just then a lady folding clothes said what's the problem. I said the machine wasn't accepting more money to start the wash, so I need a refund for the money I inserted. She rolled her eyes and asked which machine. I walked her over and she began banging on the machine, tired to put quarters in herself. It didn't work for her either. The she pulls out something like a nail file out of her pocket and begins to insert it in and out of the coin slot. After a while it took the quarter. She looks at me and say see it's not broken. I said yeah well I don't have your little file tool and you saw it did not accept your quarters either until you wiggled your file in there. I didn't want to break your machine. Customers are only supposed to insert coins not bang and jam objects in the slot to get it to work. She continues to walk away saying it's not broken. Well I told her I have no more washing to do so I need the money back since it wasn't working properly. She refused. I pointed at HER SIGN and she said it's not broken and to find a customer who needs a wash and have THE OTHER CUSTOMER GIVE ME THE REFUND DIFFERENCE. Like what the actual heck. Terrible service. Unprofessional and did not honor her own policy. Then asks me to negotiate a refund with another customer. Wow. Stay away. Plenty of other places to do business with.

I come here regularly to do my laundry and have always recommended this laundromat to my friends…read moreand neighbors because I've consistently had great experiences--until today. I was washing all of my white blankets, towels, and expensive quilts in Machine #36 when it just kept spinning and never actually began the wash cycle. I had also paid extra for the Ultra Wash option. I went to let the staff know the machine wasn't working. One employee came over and tried to help but didn't seem to know how to resolve the issue. She noticed I had selected the Ultra Wash with hot water and then informed me that there was no hot water. If there was no hot water, then I didn't receive the wash cycle I paid for. I explained that these were my white blankets, towels, and quilts, and I wanted to make sure they were properly cleaned. I asked if they could simply restart the machine so I could rewash everything, but I was told they couldn't. Then Martha stepped in, and unfortunately her attitude was very dismissive. She again stated there was no hot water and said the best she could do was give me a rinse cycle. She also told me that if I had informed them before starting the machine, they would have refunded me. How was I supposed to know there wasn't any hot water before I started the wash? What upset me the most wasn't the machine malfunction--it was the lack of concern for the customer. Instead of trying to make things right, Martha told me I could go to the laundromat across the street. I had just spent well over $60 washing my laundry, including $15 for a single washer load (DOUBLE WASH), only to be told to take my business somewhere else. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply expected to receive the service I paid for and to have confidence that my laundry was washed correctly. Instead, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude that made me feel like my business didn't matter. To make matters worse, after our conversation, the employees gathered together and appeared to be talking about me. Every time I walked by, I could see their reactions, which made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. I still had several loads of laundry to finish, but instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt unwelcome and embarrassed. The owner has always been kind and has always seemed to genuinely care about customers, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I have a hard time believing they would approve of the way this situation was handled or how I was treated. I sincerely hope Martha receives additional customer service training so that no other customer is made to feel the way I did.
