Coffeecito House is a very unique Coffee Spot. The Place is clean & super nice. My friend & I went on a Tuesday morning around 10 am. It was easy to find parking across the street. *Please read parking signs* They have plenty of seating available inside & outside, upstairs we seen a lot of people studying, it was very quiet so we decided to eat outside since the weather was beautiful & we wanted to be mindful since we talk a lot. We both had the chorizo breakfast burrito, I feel it was a great size & it was also so good! For coffee, I had the lavender & Honey oat-milk iced latte. It was perfect for my taste & non of the flavors over powered each other, just as described, although I wouldn't mind more of the lavender hint. My friend had a lavender matcha. It was not in the menu but they were able to accommodate her. It is very busy & the employees do a very great job at multitasking & do their best to fulfill the orders. If you are not a patient person, it's best that you figure out a time where they may not be as busy. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing if you need to study. Staff is very friendly. I had an iced Mazipan Latte. The coffee was rich and tasty but I didn't pick out too much of the Mazipan flavor except for the pieces of Mazipan that came up with the sips. They offer a few breakfast and lunch items, but they're prepared in advanced and heated as needed. I was hoping to try the empanada but it was sold out. They also have a variety of baked items such as lemon bars and croissants. Looking forward to trying the other coffees. read more

"WHO MADE THIS COFFEE?!?" - Me, moments before disaster and enlightenment. I walked into this coffee shop like a regular human being, and I left a changed person spiritually, emotionally, and physically (RIP to my pinkie toe). Let me tell you what happened. I took one sip of this coffee and screamed. Not because it was hot. Not because I'm dramatic (though... fair). But because this coffee was so good it hit my soul like a jazz sax solo in a rom-com. I yelled, "WHO MADE THIS COFFEE?!" so loud a barista dropped a muffin. I'm told three customers ducked. One grandma clutched her pearls. I dashed to the counter (not walked dashed) to thank the coffee wizard personally, and in my over-caffeinated joy, I jammed my pinkie toe on a rogue chair leg. Did I cry? Yes. Did I stop sipping? NEVER. This coffee was worth the orthopedic risk. I demanded to see the chef or sorcerer? wizard? bean whisperer?? who created this caffeinated masterpiece. I had to thank him. I had to know if I was still on Earth or if I had just ascended to a dimension where espresso comes with a halo. The barista told me his name. I have never seen someone so unbothered by orders piling up. The girl making drinks for the 10+ people waiting for their orders with another 10 or so waiting to order moved GLACIALLY slow. After 30 minutes waiting for our drinks, another person came out to help her, and actually moved with urgency. As I left, I thanked her for it and said other the other girl was moving very slowly. She yelled at me as I walked away lol something about the wait being because the girl was making drinks all by herself. Customer service was great, the girls had great vibes but the drinks were very basic for what they charge, they have breakfast food too but looking at the sizes and the prices it didn't make sense for me to want to try something. Coffee.. where... ! I love coffee and saw this new location emerge. An inviting retreat right off the main road wrapping around the corner. I love how Riverside business owners give new life to the city. Knowing when to keep the good bones and crate something simply charming. Enjoyed some coffee here on the patio area. Remember to watch that first step up to the front door. It's a little steep. Good service wasn't too crowded when we arrived. So great to see a lot of foot traffic in and out from the nearby workers stopping in for a pick me up. Maybe soon they can team up with some local roasters and create their own coffee blends. I prefer a little stronger taste but it was a great first experience. They have pastries, sweet and savory treats available to admire and choose which ones you want to indulge in. Not a great experience. No greeting when I walked in, which already felt off. I ordered an iced drink, and the ice melted almost immediately--so it was basically lukewarm. I asked for half and half, but they were out. I saw someone about to pour heavy cream and asked if it was for my drink--they said no. Then less than a minute later, they handed me that exact same drink (and I know it was the same one, because they didn't pull new espresso shots). Disappointing service all around. The ambiance also feels corporate and jarring, especially considering the beautiful architecture of the Victorian house it's in. read more

Decided to give this coffee house a try and ended up extremely disappointed. I paid $7 and waited for 40 minutes for a drink that was not even mixed properly. I'm sure it would have tasted good if the syrup was actually incorporated into the drink, but it just tastes like a bitter and plain latte with a thick layer of goop at the bottom. I was wanting to like this place. The ambiance is great and the menu is very creative. But overpaying for what is essentially a plain latte and waiting for 40 mins when there were only three individuals in front of me was pretty frustrating. I love to try new places, but wish I had just stuck to what I know today. read more

My friend and I tried this place because of the cute little house and vibes. The inside is super cute and has a welcoming atmosphere. She ordered a latte and i ordered the cold brew. Although my coffee was good her latte had very little coffee taste and when we asked them to possibly make it taste more like coffee than milk they said they were going to have to charge us to add more shots so my suggestion is to stick with a cold brew. I also ordered the egg bites and they were cold in the center. Cute place, mediocre drinks and not the best customer service would definitely be a no come back for me but maybe it was just my experience and i suggest giving this place a try for yourself! read more

Stumbled upon this place while serving on jury duty. Just a short walk from the courthouse, look for the teal umbrella shades. Now back to what you came here for Ambiance 11 out of 10. Whether you come as a small group, couple, or solo....there are plenty of small and private books, bay windows to the outside, or choose upstairs. I ordered an egg croissant that was so damn good. Comes with two freshly and perfectly cooked eggs, cheese, and grilled ham all toasted into a large croissant. Ordered an iced guava tea at their recommendation. Refreshing and flavorful!!!! We've been wanting to try this coffee place and we finally did last Friday. My hubby and I liked the vibe and the simple and modern aesthetic of the spot. It was busy with customers constantly coming and going. The barista was quite friendly and helpful. I ordered an iced Catalana Latte and my hubby got an iced Churro Oat Latte. I also asked for an egg and ham croissant sandwich and based on the barista's recommendation, hubby got a raspberry crunch bar. My latte was very good and the breakfast sandwich hit the spot. This was my 3rd visit and probably my last. The coffee is just way too weak. I ordered the mazapán latte and all it tasted like was mazapán milk. The prior times I had came it was the same but I wanted to give them another try since it's such a nice location and the decor inside is very cute. But unfortunately it's a no for me, they're also very pricey, my small latte and the chorizo burrito came out to $20 dollar. My chorizo burrito was decent but there was a section in it that was cold, so that was unfortunate. The service is nice and welcoming though, very willing to answer any questions you may have. read more

My sister & I came here once last week and I will not be returning.. The service took a bit, but it was busy. Both our drinks (all I got was drip) were barely warm. I ordered a very small muffin that was way over-priced & not very good :/ all the pastries are so tiny! The price should at least reflect that. The place itself is cozy and inviting. I ordered their burrito and decaf espresso. They were out of quite a few food items by the time we got to the counter. The burrito was pretty standard, nothing special. Similarly to the other reviewers, my coffee did taste pretty watery as well. I came here excited to try their specialty coffees, but this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a café. I ordered the hibiscus coffee latte, and it tasted terrible--nothing like it was supposed to. When I politely asked the staff to remake it or let me choose something else, they refused unless I paid again. No refund, no courtesy, no effort to make it right. On top of that, the staff were rude and dismissive. This is absolutely unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I know how important it is to value customers and provide basic respect. This is my second time coming here and I got the same drink: Churro oat latte which was great. However, the customer service was TRASH. The baristas were just having their own personal conversations and did not greet me when I walked into the establishment. The girl who took my order seemed rather inpatient as I was ordering and when it came time to pay. I thanked the barista who made my drink and she either was so rude and didn't respond to me or was too busy with her private conversation that she didn't even hear me. This is such a cute coffee shop. I loved the ambiance. It looks like a great place to study or even just hang out with family and friends. They have some great coffee options but a majority of the food and pastries were not available. We went on a Friday morning and there was a line outside the door. It didn't look that crazy as I've waited in lines much longer before. However, it was painfully slow. Some people behind us had left because it was taking way too long. It took us a little over an hour just to order our drinks. We got an iced dulce de leche latte and it was pretty good but I'm not sure it was worth the wait. read more

Found out about this cafe on Social Media. Of course had to hike Mt. Rubidoux beforehand. Then headed to this cute coffee house. Lots of outdoor seating. Beautiful decor. Inside was modern and well designed. Very busy for a Wednesday morning. I ordered the lavender honey latte with a croissant and my friend ordered the churro latte with a coconut raspberry bar. Everything we ordered was delicious. My drink was a little on the sweet side but next time I'll ask for it to be less sweet. The pastries were also delicious. I loved the music they were playing. Came in to study for my exam and it was packed! I definitely should have came in earlier lol. I got a mazapan latte it was good not overly sweet with a slight hint of mazapan. I also ordered the egg croissant sandwich with cheese and I believe ham maybe it was delicious. They do make them with jammy eggs so be careful with your outfits! I really enjoyed my first time here I can't wait to bring my husband in so he can try it. We definitely need to go in earlier though. Nice locally owned spot! read more

Food: had a 20 oz lavender honey oat-milk latte and it was delicious. For me and my taste buds I would have enjoyed more of the lavender notes to come through but overall one of the best lavender lattes I've had. I also ordered an egg and ham croissants. I have to let you know that this was worth its price. I was expecting fast food quality on this item but got something quite opposite. All ingredients were fresh. The croissant was buttery and flaky, the cheese, to my surprise was a slice of pepper-jack. The egg was over medium which was great however, maybe I did not see that in the menu and, would have loved to have known that prior to bitting into it. I'm not complaining about the food but, should have gotten more napkins for sure. Service: okay here is where I wish had more to say. Service just fell flat. For a gourmet place I wish it was just a bit more personable. This place seems to draw in the crowd through social media so every client counts. I had to wait to place my order while the person behind me and the young lady at the register finished their conversation.
