We started with the lamb, guac, crudo, and focaccia, and everything was delicious. The filet mignon was cooked exactly how I love it: a perfect medium rare. For dessert, the apple cobbler is definitely my favorite. Warm, comforting, and the ideal way to end the night. Great food, lovely ambiance, and easy service from start to finish. We'll be back!

Valet parking is complimentary, and there isn't any self-parking. When I checked in with the hostess, she gave me the option of sitting in the front outdoor patio or the back patio. I chose the back, and I'm so glad I did because the view is absolutely beautiful. I also had my dog with me, and they were incredibly dog friendly. They brought her a dog bed and a surprisingly extensive dog menu with some really great options. We ordered: *Lobster Tacos : Three generously filled tacos served with salsa and guacamole. They were absolutely delicious and loaded with lobster, topped with fresh avocado. *Rancho Burger: Easily one of the best burgers I've had. It was cooked perfectly, and we added Swiss cheese. They even cut it in half for my friend and me to share. The fries were fantastic too, crispy and somewhere between steak fries and thin-cut fries. *Shepherd's Pie (Dog Menu) : The menu listed it with beef, but they accidentally brought out the chicken version. Since my dog is allergic to chicken, they immediately apologized, took it back, and made a fresh beef version. The customer service was excellent, and my dog absolutely devoured it. The portion was generous, and it looked fresh enough for a human to eat. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. Our food arrived in less than 20 minutes, the views were stunning, and the menu had so many tempting options that I'll definitely be back to try more. Overall, this was a fabulous lunch, and I highly recommend it.

We got the fish tacos, Caesar salad, hamachi crisp, and oysters and have no complaints about any. I am someone who typically hates oysters and I actually liked the oyster I had from Mia's. I also highly recommend asking them to add the chicken tinga on top of the Caesar salad! I would also recommend if you are bringing your dog as they are super dog friendly and even provide a few treats in a cute bag for your dog. Also a smart way to make sure everyone understand the rules of having your dog on there patio.

Happy Hour review, with some non-HH items thrown in…read more We sat on the mostly empty patio with the pups, and enjoyed the atmosphere. However, it almost came not to be because when the server came to take our order she said "you can't have happy hour on the patio" (this made no sense as every other patio table, except for one, was vacant). Fortunately a manager or the like overheard the conversation and said that it was okay. We found the corner table of the patio a great place to hang out with the pups and enjoy some food and drink; they had plenty of room to chill, and we could people watch. For drinks I tried their Oaxaca Old Fashioned; which was okay, but I've definitely had better (the OOF at The Remy for example). For my second drink I switched to beer, and I was quite impressed with the La Lupulosa IPA (from Insurgentes). As for food the wife and Itried: - Volcano Tostada x2 ($5 each) -- I wasn't a fan, but my wife liked it (makes sense as she is much more partial to chorizo than I am) - Ceviche ($12)- not to our liking as it was on the sweeter side (we like ceviche to have a nice kick to it; Mia's, like too many others, seem to Amercanize their ceviche for people not accustomed to spicy) - Fish Taco ($5)- it was fine, but not a standout in an - Chile Relleno ($22.50); it was good. - Empanadas x2 ($5 each) -- these were the standouts of the food; we both enjoyed them a lot, and this is what will get us back for their HH in the future. Total bill $100 + tip. Next time we come back will probably add in an entree to share as they list some good ones on the menu.

Our server was fine and friendly. The food came out quickly. We had the chips and salsa (excellent). I asked for a non spicy salsa and my friends wanted spicy so they brought some of each. We split the the Heart of Palm Ceviche! So amazing and it was big with a beautiful presentation. Just delicious. I could have eaten that alone with no other items. It was a vegan Ceviche and the fish was not missed. My friends ordered really cool cocktails and raved about them. My one friend said that this is the only place she can get this particular cocktail and that she comes here just for it. I ordered 2 tacos (Mr. Asparagus and the Baja fish taco). Both delicious and they came with housemade potato chips (which I thought was weird until I tasted them). I was so full but I couldn't not eat the chips because they were so good. One friend ordered the Quesabirria and she didn't love it. It was very strange as it was wrapped in fried cheese. They also ordered the other tacos and loved them. The only one that didn't get a thumbs up was the Quesabirria. I am looking forward to introducing this restaurant to other friends. So good!

Honestly, 9/10 for a veggie taco because the filling was well seasoned and dressed. The asparagus taco was unfortunately a different story. The asparagus was prepared well, crunchy on the outside but still tender when you bite into it. However, it was not seasoned as well and paled in comparison to the Yogi. The shrimp taco was okay. I think they were very heavy handed with the toppings and dressings and did little in terms of the actual preparation of the shrimp. The chicken taco on the other hand was DELICIOUS. The meat was seasoned well and so juicy. The pineapple salsa was the perfect touch!
