Valet parking is complimentary, and there isn't any self-parking. When I checked in with the hostess, she gave me the option of sitting in the front outdoor patio or the back patio. I chose the back, and I'm so glad I did because the view is absolutely beautiful. I also had my dog with me, and they were incredibly dog friendly. They brought her a dog bed and a surprisingly extensive dog menu with some really great options. We ordered: *Lobster Tacos : Three generously filled tacos served with salsa and guacamole. They were absolutely delicious and loaded with lobster, topped with fresh avocado. *Rancho Burger: Easily one of the best burgers I've had. It was cooked perfectly, and we added Swiss cheese. They even cut it in half for my friend and me to share. The fries were fantastic too, crispy and somewhere between steak fries and thin-cut fries. *Shepherd's Pie (Dog Menu) : The menu listed it with beef, but they accidentally brought out the chicken version. Since my dog is allergic to chicken, they immediately apologized, took it back, and made a fresh beef version. The customer service was excellent, and my dog absolutely devoured it. The portion was generous, and it looked fresh enough for a human to eat. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. Our food arrived in less than 20 minutes, the views were stunning, and the menu had so many tempting options that I'll definitely be back to try more. Overall, this was a fabulous lunch, and I highly recommend it.

Their food quality is also very good. Of the several times we've been, we've struggled with food temperature not being warm enough about half the time. Servers are kind, but can be inconsistent. Again I would say half of our visits we've felt forgotten. My biggest irritation was during our latest visit, in which families with children were seated next to us not once, but twice. This was disturbing because on the booth side of the table where my mom and I sat, we felt the movement of squirmy children from the table next to us. Highly recommend more attention to table selection by the host staff. Given the classiness of this place, I find it silly that I'd have to go out of my way to ask for hot food and to be seated only around adults. We will be taking The Pony Room out of our rotation for a while.

Fish tacos needed more sauce or salsa and also I tried Pueblo's the other day and the price and size of their fish tacos can't be beat. Well fried but like fancy fish sticks. (No hate, I love fish sticks). Personally for me needed fat. Octopus plate was gorgeous. Potatoes had a nice garlicky kick. Octopus I've had more tender and flakey elsewhere. Here the cooking was uneven. Lovely when everything combined together. Needed salt. Pork belly taco was almost completely topped with parsley. Ceviche was made with cooked fish. Enjoyed the lightness and brightness. Needed salt for balance. Great acidity. Flautas looked nice but he said it was fat on fat with pork belly, egg yolk, and crema. Coconut Margarita was refreshing.

We started at the bar and then wanted to table inside and they did their best on the incredible soccer night to accommodate us which they did and we thank them for that. The happy hour menu is truly fabulous and a whole bunch of ways. Sandy was our server and I just have to say she was as overwhelmed as the rest of the restaurant. She had 11 tables to look over and we were just happy that she took our order and it came out and it was great. I really can't comment on the food because we only had our table for a half an hour. But what we had was delicious and we will certainly come back on a non-soccer night to get the best of the rustic..

My sister has beers and I got wine and then one Hugo spritz. For beers, it's pretty pricey imo at $10 a glass. Wine was average priced. The Hugo spritz was an interesting take on with some sort of orange flavor in it. Not my favorite one I've had but did the job. The aesthetics are lovely here and the huge outdoor, open seating is what drew my sister and I here and we did enjoy a lot. Maybe would come back to have food if in the area for a show.

It was a vegan Ceviche and the fish was not missed. My friends ordered really cool cocktails and raved about them. My one friend said that this is the only place she can get this particular cocktail and that she comes here just for it. I ordered 2 tacos (Mr. Asparagus and the Baja fish taco). Both delicious and they came with housemade potato chips (which I thought was weird until I tasted them). I was so full but I couldn't not eat the chips because they were so good. One friend ordered the Quesabirria and she didn't love it. It was very strange as it was wrapped in fried cheese. They also ordered the other tacos and loved them. I ordered the mahi mahi fish tacos and a house coffee. The coffee was actually pretty good! Cream and sugar were delivered separately to finish with your preference. As for the tacos, it was okay. The fish was a bit dry for my liking, cabbage could have been chopped with more finesse, and I wished they QC'd their limes a bit before putting them on the plate. Both were bone dry and I had to ask for more. Moreover, the cilantro lime rice was also a bit bland. It needed salt to lift the flavors in my opinion. There weren't even flecks of green if it was supposed to be cilantro? I tried boyfriend's veggie hash but was disappointed to find that it was almost all potatoes. Having said that, it was an extremely generous portion so he was filled up. While I didn't try it, our friend that had the chorizo hash also said it was okay so I'm guessing the ratio wasn't quite right. Anyways, ask for their chili sauce on the side, that's actually quite surprising. It had really good heat and was more like a chili crisp than a vinegary hot sauce. The plates that did score favorably at the table were the carne chilaquiles and the divorced eggs.
